Loved the personal service with before and after videos. Now I don’t see you, just one of your employees. No more reports or videos that set you apart from others and the reason I chose your company. Update: Received a personal message and was told company upgrades have strapped him to a desk and was assured that reports and photos will be taken and pressure washing of through hulls will also be upgraded for a more thorough cleaning. You have instilled my confidence in your exceptional service. Back to a five star company. Thank you

Great job for a very ugly bottom on a 25 foot sailboat with a fixed winged keel. Diver worked for an hour and fifteen minutes cleaning all the barricades off the bottom. Best was he took a video before he started and then one after he finished! That gave me a close look at what he had completed.⛵️⛵️ I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a first rate hull cleaning! Marshall

Gavin is absolutely the Best. He does my hull cleaning and thruster. Gavin came out on an emergency issue when an unmarked crab trap got wrapped around a prop shaft. These days, when you find someone who provides great customer service, you just really appreciate it. I can say that Gavin provided amazing customer service. We really appreciated the video afterwards and the ease of having our boat cleaned. I signed up online and the next thing I knew, our boat had been cleaned and I was receiving the video. I called Florida Hull Cleaning and Gavin responded immediately! He explained what he would do and gave me a fair price. He also talked about the zincs, which I honestly didn't even know much about, and made some good recommendations. The day of the cleaning, Gavin showed up right on time, which is always a good sign. He was really nice and professional, and I could tell he knew his stuff. He got to work, and I was amazed at how he cleaned everything up. I wish I could post the before and after videos here, the difference is incredible! My hull looks brand new. Seriously, it's like night and day. He even provided an inspection report that detailed EVERYTHING! I was surprised that there was so much corrosion, and metal chipping. Honestly, I was expecting the whole process to be a hassle, but it was so easy. Gavin kept me in the loop, and the whole experience was just really smooth. He spent hours underneath our boat using a water pressure gun, and sent us multiple documents for record keeping. I'm definitely going to use Florida Hull Cleaning again, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Sarasota area who needs their hull cleaned. He’s honest, does great work, and very friendly. Gavin is extremely thorough and willing to accommodate you. He cleaned my sailboat with one day notice because I had to haul out. The next day after haul out the bottom was immaculate. No areas missed, prop and shaft perfect. The yard workers were amazed. I didn’t need any power washing. Gavin does a great job. We were given his name from a friend who also uses his services. The caviblaster he uses is great for getting into the tight places on the running gear. Unlike many other businesses, Gavin shows up when he says he’s going to. The underwater camera he uses is a great tool. He sends before and after reports and videos. Had a tight schedule and a very neglected boat, got her cleaned on time and very well considering the growth, for a lower price than other local quotes I got. Got an inspection with the cleaning that found a couple of problems. Before/after video was emailed to me. Gavin was very professional and did a good job.
