No one likes going to the dentist but coming to this practice has been a great experience. I have dental anxiety but always feel comfortable here and I know I am in good hands. The only dentist I will go to. I highly recommend.

My first time here, I was satisfied with everything, from exray to teeth cleaning, to exam from Dr. Janel Hanna, to top denture impressions, everyone was very friendly, question were answered. I recommend this facility to anyone. What else can I say front desk was Excellent along with everyone in this facility.

Time to jump back on the wagon after having a horrible experience with another Dentist that I foolishly paid in advance for work not performed. Reminding myself that All Dentists aren't that corrupt. Dr Hanna's office @ Smile Design Dentistry Countryside is not only priced reasonably but her staff is just as friendly and caring as Dr Hanna is. Instead of paying a $400 membership fee for lower pricing. Simile Design has none. The night guard would have cost an extra $750 in addition to membership. Hanna's office charged $350 for my guard. Even when I lost it, she only charged for the guard! Her assistant Bojana waa friendly and knows her craft. Liz and Becky at the front desk always has a smile and knows that you've entered the building. Jordan has cleaned my teeth twice, being efficient and friendly each time. I see where that friendly attitude starts- at the top. Dr Hanna is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, gentle and Happy! I didn't flinch at her injections as a self professesed Whimp! A reasonable dentistry and obviously interested in the patients health over her pocket. I highly recommend Smile Design Dentistry!

when you complain & leave a bad review they will call to scold you but when you call them they will take long to answer… this never happened to me before I didn’t even out anyone specifically. I didn’t say anything negative about the cleaning. They’re legally interrogating like I’m about to sue. I’m not lol. My main concern was the billing that’s all. I’m nice towards them too when I’m there but this is how they’re treating me. Actually during the cleaning, I asked if I can sit up to burp. She said yes, & then she proceeded to legally lecture me that I probably ate something weird & that it’s not her fault I’m burping. Like girl I ain’t blaming you for anything you’re doing your job just fine. I just wanted to burp. Chill. She then proceeded to call me the next day just to scold me for my review about the extra charge. Like nobody is blaming her specifically lol. I used “they” (plural duh) on my review. I know her name & the name of the receptionists but I’m not the type of person to name drop anyone because I believe in respecting privacy. I just wanted to leave my negative review in peace. It’s bad customer service to argue with the patient. They better not confront me about this again.
