Started coming to the store a few months back Dylan the store employee Is the absolute man Knows every product in the store like the back of his hand always gives me his honest opinion and genuinely seems to know a lot about the products!

Woke up Saturday morning with plans to wash and wax my boat. I am just a boat owner, not a detailer. Figured it was time to do some more waxing than what I have been doing by hand so I started watching videos on how to buff fiberglass appropriately.
It did not take long for me to figure out that the products I had on hand were not the best for the job I was hoping to accomplish so I started searching for detail suppliers in my area. Came across Marine Detail Supply and gave them call. The gentleman on the phone said they aren't usually open on Saturday (this is Saturday Memorial Weekend by the way), but he would wait for me. I told him I'd be there in 20 minutes.
20 minutes later my GPS in my truck tells me I am still 20 minutes out thanks to holiday traffic. I called him again as I feared he would leave, told him I was still 20 out but driving as fast as i could. Michael just told me to take my time and he'll wait until I got there.
I arrive and he asks what I am looking for. My being an empty slate, having only watched a few Youtube videos, I explain the condition of my boat and what I was hoping to do to make it shine. I bet he spent 30-45 minutes going over the products I need, how to use them, step by step on everything. As I am leaving he tells me to call him anytime if I need additional help.
Awesome quality service. I have been a business owner myself for the past 20+ years and I recognize when someone generally goes above and beyond. Michael gets it, knowledgable, professional, straight up owner. He will have a prospering business no doubt.
Thanks for all your help Michael. My 14 year old boat is really starting to shine like new!

Michael recommended cut-in compounds, polishes, sealant and pads. I could not be happier with the results on my boat. It now looks brand new and the finish is glass-like
