My first visit was kind of an emergency. I had an infected tooth that needed a root canal. I called the office at 4 and they had me come right over. Dr. Habner took care of my tooth, the infection and the pain immediately. I appreciated the doctor understanding the urgency because of the infection and pain. They’re only open until 5 on Wednesday’s but they stayed until 6 to treat me. I’m really happy I found this dental practice.

This is a great office. The front desk is really on top of everything and they were quick to remember me! That’s always nice. The dentist is super personable and really cares. The hygenist is the BEST. Apparently I didn’t know how to brush my teeth before her. I appreciate that she takes the time to point out my problem areas and tells me know how to fix them. horrible service. will never go back. Caused an infection on a root canal ad after 6 month trying to correct this was told to go somewhere else - a specialist (sor $2500). Fortunate I have a dentist in bogota that I went to and fixed this for $150 including xrays. The crown was done poorly and my colombian dentist fixed everything and said it is a shame there is such bad dentist in the usa that dont know what they are doing and I should get a refund from the terrible service

Friendly, courteous, clean and helpful. Dr Habner is a very knowledgeable and caring Dentist. Her confidence and skills make you feel confortable about your procedure. Answers all your concerns and/or questions in a comprehensible way. She will keep your mind at ease while she is working by engaging in good conversations about many topics. Sheri, at the dront desk, is incredible as well. Friendly, funny, all smiles. She handles all insurance issues and provide you with help and alternatives. Ok service overall, but admin did a horrible job at explaining what we were going to be charged, insurance provided the right information but admin charged us $178 more for our visits because according to them insurance did not cover it, which is weird SINCE WE WERE PROVIDED WITH A DOCUMENT STATING EXACTLY WHAT OUR INSURANCE WAS COVERING. Everyone was very friendly and did their best to give me what I wanted regarding my teeth. Aytal the dental hygienist did a great job on cleaning my teeth and explaining to me how to better keep my teeth clean. The receptionist did her best to get my insurance to cover every thing done yesterday, and I will meet with her in a week to sort out what my different insurance plans will cover of what Dr. Habner thinks I need done. Dr. Habner is a very competent and straight forward women. A wonderful smile accompanied with certainty and a piercing gaze when looking at your teeth. You may suspect that this is just something I have written to make her seem better than she really is, but I am a 78 year old Vietnam veteran with two Purple Hearts, and I have no feelings that I have to do that. The fact is, I have been in dentist chairs ever since I was 8 years old or so, since I even then drank a lot of coffee with a lot of sugar in it. That went on all through high school and on through military training as a paratrooper and then Vietnam. And later seeing periodontist and others like him. So, I have a basis from which to judge, as a patient. And so far I judge her to be a competent woman, and the same goes for her staff.

I’ve struggled with dental anxiety for years, and when I first visited Keep Smiling, I was understandably nervous. However, my fears were quickly eased. The entire team is nothing short of amazing, and their commitment to personalized care is exceptional. Dr. Laura Habner is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. She is incredibly kind and understanding when it comes to dental anxiety, making the experience much more comfortable. Her team is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. I’ve recommended this practice to friends and family, and everyone has had an outstanding experience. Highly recommend Keep Smiling for anyone looking for top-notch dental care.

I hate dentists but Doctor Habner, who is 70% Miss Frizzle and 30% Professor Macgonagall is really great. She fixed a tooth I had broken, promptly and with a level of skill that only comes from years and years of practice (and possibly a magic shrinking school bus and/or some wizardry) - painlessly and without any anesthetic! I brought my motorcycle helmet with me and I had decided that if she brought out the drill I was going in the helmet and not coming out, but I didn’t even need to! The ladies at the front desk definitely deserve a shout out too. They’re literally THE most helpful office staff I have EVER met at any doctor’s office. They are insurance gurus and they take the time to answer your questions. I don’t go to the dentist often, but when I do, I’ll only go here.

Typically I experience a reaction to local a anesthetic, yet after seeing Dr. Habner for dental work, I didn't have any reactions, pain, etc. Thank you, thank you. For anyone who experiences same, I'd highly recommend Dr. Habner, and her staff.

Hi all ! I did have ankle surgery and I apologize that the 2 weeks I was out . The dentist Dr milan , covering my practice did not do ortho . Apologies . Also , ortho can’t be done legally without a comprehensive exam in the states of florida . Happy holidays to u and ur family .

This the worst person in world. The staff are rude and think that they are better then you. I when in with a broken tooth, but no pain. Four visits later she still didn't fix it. Plus now she drilled into the nerve so I am in pain. Found a new one he is trying to fix what she mess up. She is a crook!!!!!!!!!!!
