Love Love LOVE this place. They made me feel like I was part of a family from my very first visit. They really are that lovely. They are kind, and VERY smart, and they really take the time to know who you are, what your oral hygiene habits are, and they are thorough about all questions you have. The ENTIRE TEAM tackles dentistry in a way that I have not experienced before in my 32 years on this planet. Other offices in America should learn from this one.

The staff at this clinic is polite and courteous, and we appreciated that during our earlier visits. However, our recent experience was deeply disappointing.
We had been bringing our two children (ages 8 and 10) here for several treatments. During the most recent appointment, the clinic accepted our child, began a procedure, and then unexpectedly stopped in the middle — refusing to continue care. Instead, we were given a referral to another clinic.
Their explanation was that our children were “too scared and not cooperative,” and that they needed a specialist. While it’s understandable that children may feel anxious at the dentist, we were surprised by how unprepared they seemed to handle this — especially for a place that calls itself a family dental clinic.
I strongly believe that if a clinic is not able or willing to work with children, they should say so from the beginning — not halfway through treatment when most of the work is already done.
It’s very difficult for us now to find a new doctor and start everything again, especially since the treatment was almost complete. This was an unprofessional and stressful experience for our child.
I would caution any parents from bringing their children here. If you need a clinic that truly knows how to work with families and children, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I had a functional exam done today by Dr. Gretel Viera. She did a comprehensive and very professional assessment of my bite, jaw, facial muscles, etc. She then took molds of my teeth and will analyze the molds to detail. Then she will determine the best treatment for me. This treatment will help with my jaw issues and frequent headaches; besides helping with my habit of clenching. Thank you so much Dr. Viera!!!

I had an emergency and she took me right in. Help right away. The Doctor is really professional and her maternal spirit helps me calm down. What about the staff Veronica is really sweet and the rest of the staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. I really recommend Dr. Viera.

I have been to many dentists over my life and Dr Gretel Viera is by far the best and most skilled of any dentist I have ever had. She is precise and gentle and competent in everything she does. I trust her and cannot say enough to express my gratitude over the years she has cared for me. Her staff is also extremely warm friendly and she has a wonderful team of amazing people who support her and make my time I spend in their office very special.

I had a nice experience with the staff. Jacqueline was very helpful in providing me with insurance information. She went out of her way to help me. Veronica was kind and warm. I appreciated that she made me comfortable. Dr Viera is knowledgeable. She explained to me what I need to do to protect my teeth from grinding. She puts together the mouth guard herself. I saw Dr. Viera for a teeth cleaning, and right away I felt welcomed and in good hands. She took time to explain a lot of what she was doing and why, which I really appreciated. And my teeth are noticeably cleaner and whiter! Highly recommend

Truly, I never thought I would have strong feelings about a run-of-the-mill place like a dentist, but that is because I had not yet been here. My daughter and I have both just started seeing Dr. Viera and have both gotten exams, our teeth cleaned and my daughter a filling. From start to finish, the experience with both the doctor and her staff has been excellent. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, as is the doctor and hygienist. The service itself was also very good and given with a lot of care. I highly recommend Dr. Viera and Cosmetic Family Dentistry.

The service was good for a while, until I got stains on my teeth. As I sit here with dark stains on my teeth after seeing this dentist about this particular issue for over a year, I have to write a review.
When I first noticed stains on my teeth that wouldn’t go away, like any normal person would - I called my dentist. They addressed some staining during my regular cleaning, but soon after that I got horrible staining from eating blueberries. I had to call the office again and again over the course of multiple weeks for them to finally agree to see me about it. This was even after I told them that the staining was so dark in certain places that it looked like cavities. When they finally saw me, it was only for a regular cleaning. They didn’t fully remove the stains at all, and instead told me to use interdental brushes, which I’d already been using. Apparently the only service they can offer me is regular cleanings (?).
Today, about a year after I first saw them about this issue, I still have stains that are so dark they look like cavities. I have to go see another dentist to make sure they aren’t cavities and to remove the stains properly. It’s disappointing that after being a regular patient, my dentist couldn’t fix this simple issue, and it actually got worse after seeing them. Even worse, I felt like I was begging them to see me and fix the issue when I had to talk to them repeatedly over the phone.
As I reflect on it all, this is not the kind of service I deserve or would recommend to anyone else. I’m so disappointed, because I thought it was a really great practice before they failed me so miserably.

Where do I begin? There’s no dental office like this one. The personalized attention, professionalism, ethics, customer service, and cleanliness are outstanding. I have been coming here for years and have gotten to know the entire team, who have all been there for years. Each member takes their job seriously and truly cares about the patients.
I wish I could replicate teams and places like this throughout the healthcare industry. They speak both Spanish and English, ensuring they meet your needs and help ease any nerves.

It was a pleasure to meet and have the assistance of your team. Every was very friendly and professional. Dr Martinez was very pleasant to work with. She was thorough in her explanation of the procedures that she recommended and very professional in her presentation of the material. I plan to seek further assistance from the firm in future and look forward to developing a slightly modified plan of care that will address some current most urgent needs.
Since my initial visit Dr. Martinez has already helped with a new plan that meets my needs and my budget. A tremendous help !
