This is not Dr. Christiansons office any longer. People beware. New Dr is great, billing department not so much, just make sure ALL charges not covered by insurance are disclosed. They will not tell you.. I was charged two surprise uncovered charges of almost 700.00. Yes, 700.00. And billing KNEW insure would not pay them too. Oh, those are uncovered charges I was advised after I got the bill. And billing has no sympathy, wouldn’t discount, help out, nothing.. never told me two charges were not covered by insurance until after the fact. they should be ashamed. And not surprised, I am not their first victim, saw another review stating the same. **edit to add, this has nothing to do with my insurance not covering charges, first and foremost YOU LIED, it was the UNDISCLOSED Added charges you took upon your self to add to my bill that you knew full and well insurance wouldn’t pay. I mean who does that ? 700.00 is a huge amount of money, especially if it is unexpected. No empathy, just oh well, pay it or else attitude from Wendy.. The doctor never said I had an abscess and it would cost X amount of additional charges not covered by insurance for an abscess flush nor was I advised there would be IV antibiotics in with my sedation that were also not covered by my insurance. I would have walked out of your office immediately if I had known all that. So um, it wasn’t on a quote, I wasn’t told. . I was on antibiotics 12 days before my appointment so you explain that.. There was no good faith quote showing these extra charges. Wendy in billing stated and I quote, after I got my bill regarding the amount, “Oh, insurance doesn’t cover those services”, so YOU knew and didn’t tell me. It’s really unfair business,

I had an amazing experience from the consultation and throughout the removal of my wisdom teeth. Dr Christensen walked me through everything and made sure I understood the steps I needed to take before the procedure and aftercare. I was really nervous as this was my first surgery, but he was reassuring throughout the procedure and would give me updates on what was going on. The office is very friendly and after surgery they can answered my questions for aftercare. I had no issues after my wisdom teeth removal and they’re still healing. They do a really great job of making sure you're well taken care of. And they do it at a much lower price than most other dental offices. They're providing a necessary service to the community for those who can't afford more expensive places and I will continue to recommend people there.

Today I had the best experience in any medical office that I have had in a long time. I called on Monday and was able to get an appt the same week. I was surprised I was the only patient there, though it was early in the morning. There were just two techs there and Dr. Hashemian, all three of whom were lovely - they were all so warm and friendly, cracking jokes and making me feel more than comfortable. Within a few hours my two wisdom teeth were removed, and I have felt great today. Much easier recovery than the last time I had wisdom teeth out in a different office, which may be a testament to Dr. Hashemian’s technique and level of care. He even called me this evening from home to check on me. To top it off, the cost was very reasonable even without dental insurance. I never write reviews, but this experience was an 11/10 and I will recommend this office to everyone! Thank you all!!

I came here to get 4 wisdom teeth removed in July and what an experience! I was very nervous about the whole process and pain I’d have afterwards but everything went great. The day I got my wisdom teeth removed Dr. Hashemian called later in the night to check up on me, which is so thoughtful. Nice team and even better doctor. Definitely recommend!

Dr Christensen and his assistant did a fantastic job removing my 4 wisdom teeth a couple months ago. I came in very nervous and nauseous. I didn’t eat before my surgery (read online.. should’ve never listen to internet ) Dr Christensen gave me a Gatorade to calm my nauseous. He told me all about his experience and how quick the procedure will be. During the surgery I was loopy but they both talked with me the whole time!! Made me feel more safe and calm. I also didn’t have insurance and the price was affordable. Belleaire smiles were charging me 4x the amount!! After the surgery, I barely had any pain and swell. The front desk staff called and made sure I was doing well and if I had any question 😁 Would definitely recommend going here!! Thank you😁

Highly recommend this dentist office! Everyone here was so caring towards me. They got me in same day and didn’t charge extra for it! I have been absolutely terrified of the dentist since childhood (20years), but I feel so fortunate to have picked the right place to take care of my teeth. They put my mind at ease from the start and explained every step of the process. The prices are very affordable compared to many places I called. In fact I was surprised at how inexpensive the final bill was! I will go to them for all my future dental needs and urge others to as well. You will be treated like family just as I was. I’m not scared anymore and I have Dr. Christensen and his assistants to thank for that. I’m eternally grateful at how painless even pleasant they made my experience. The facility was very clean and I even loved looking out the big windows surrounded by greenery for an additional calming affect. Do yourself a favor and don’t wait til you’re in misery the way I did. I wish I had gone here sooner. I won’t make that mistake again. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. Christensen and associates, you’re all so amazing!

Dr Christiansen is, has always been, and always will be the best. I’ve been going there since the 90s when I had oral surgery and also wisdom teeth removal, but it’s been over 20 years since I had anything done, I was terrified today to get a tooth extraction, I had never had an adult tooth pulled before and was very nervous and anxious. But he and his wonderful staff make you so comfortable and feel safe so it was a really good experience. They give laughing gas and sedatives to relax you, it made a not ideal situation into a pleasant one. They check with you before and after they make any moves to make sure you are ok. Price is good especially if you’re uninsured. Love this practice!

Absolutely a wonderful experience. I work in the healthcare field and my boss strives for his employees to have great customer service and to treat his patients and each other with kindness. Also he strives to have a very clean office. I felts the same the minute I stepped into Dr.Christensen's office. The receptionist was very kind and she had a smile on her face. I had my consultation and had my wisdom teeth pulled the next day. All of his staff were very kind and all had amazing customer service and the office was extremely clean. I was very impressed and will recommend anyone to come here! Dr.Christensen is truly a humble person and makes you feel very comfortable. During the procedure he would explain every step of the way and would explain something before he did it. I wish a lot of places would be like this. Thank you for everything and I am feeling great after the second day!

I had my wisdom teeth extracted close to 24 hours ago. I feared this surgery for many years and finally made the decision to get it done. I am so happy I chose Dr. Christensen. I am someone who is holistic and I opted for just novocaine for the procedure. I never felt pressured to do anything more and they encouraged me to do what I felt was best for me and that is extremely important to me. I felt supported and I knew my over all well being and safety was in good hands. Barely any pain or swelling post procedure! I can’t forget to thank the lovely staff as well! Dr. Christensen is very good and affordable. He took his time to explain everything and paid close attention to one of the hardest wisdom tooth to pull. He had to cut it in half and take it out bit by bit, which he did a wonderful job. I really like the view I had too while in the chair and his assistants were all very nice. I highly recommend this as a place to go and I'm very happy my dentist recommended him to me because like I said he did an awesome job! Thanks Doc!

I could not say one negative thing about my experience here. Hands down the most calming, informative and caring doctor and staff I have ever come across. Went in for two molar extractions and couldn’t have been more nervous! With in minutes of sitting in the chair they immediately eased my anxiety and did not feel one ounce of pain! Everything about this office is perfect. They keep the overhead low so they can keep patient fees low. The Dr. has a heart of gold.
