I’ve been a patient at Crossland Dental for about 35 years and was disappointed to see Dr Crossland retire. Happy for him though! The new dentist Dr. Alyssa Mourany is outstanding. I’m so relieved they got such a compassionate, kind, and talented dentist to replace him. Unfortunately, I’ve had to have a tremendous amount of dental work done over the past two years and even though I still have a major fear of dentistry, Dr. Mourany and the staff are very compassionate and understanding. I’d like to also mention some of the other staff that I’ve worked with for years and they are just wonderful - Janet, Amber, Debbie, and Paula!

I've been a patient of Crossland Dental for MANY years-like over 30 years! Started off with Dr. Crossland and now with Dr. Mourany. Change is hard when you've had a really great dentist-I was hopeful the transition would be a good one. The truth is now I have ANOTHER awesome dentist in Dr. Mourany! She's thorough, calm and most of all genuinely CARES about your experience. The BEST part though? It's the STAFF. In all the years I have been going there, I've experienced very little turnover from the hygienists-that means consistency every time I have my teeth cleaned or they are assisting the doctor. They KNOW my history, are in tune with what's going on and can easily point out changes to what they are seeing in my dental health. These ladies KNOW what they are doing! I'm in excellent hands and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Special shout out to Debbie and Paula at the front desk-your genuine smiles as you answer the phone and in person always make me felt at 'home'-thanks for the love all these years!

Crossland Dental is an outstanding practice. Dr. Mourany is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, professional, and kind. She really listens to my concerns and provides all the details and answers to my questions that I could ever want. Her entire team is wonderful - from the front desk to the hygienists to the dental assistants. My family and I started seeing Dr. Crossland about five years ago and we were concerned about who would take over when he retired - we shouldn't have worried at all! Dr. Mourany is an exceptional dentist and we're very happy to have her treat our smiles.

I was a patient of doctor Crossland for over 40 years. I was disappointed to hear he was retiring and leaving his practice. Shortly after Chris my long time hygienist also retired.
No one likes change but my new hygienist is a very pleasant and competent young lady. My reason for this review is doctor Mourany. She is a very kind, gentle and caring dentist. I had to have a small cavity repaired, it was as painless a process for a filling as I belive I've ever had. She was fast, efficient and so very pleasant. I Couldn't recommend her more.

Dr. Crossland was my dentist for 20 years and I was very reluctant to try his replacement. Dr. Mourany was wonderful! I needed two fillings and she gave the best shots I’ve ever had. She was efficient, gentle and kind. In addition she found a growth in my mouth and I am getting it checked out. Thank you Crossland Dental and Dr. Mourany! I am extremely happy!

Everyone in the Crossland Dental office is amazing and wonderful. Dr Crossland is a close friend of my dad, and he did a lot of work on my teeth too. Everyone loved him, and he was better than a great dentist. Now, Dr. Mourany has taken over, and she is just as good. This is the best dentistry I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot all over town since I was young. I wouldn’t recommend any other dentistry!

I’ve never had a pleasant experience at the dentist until coming here to Crossland Dental. From the front desk staff to the back - They are all so welcoming and kind. I brought my one-year-old with me to several of my appointments and they welcomed him every time as well. I’d recommend them to any of my family and friends.

Dr Crossland is the best dentist in the world and he has a great staff. My whole family has been going to him for over 20 years. Dr Crossland and his staff are super friendly and take good care of their patients making sure they are comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Crossland to anyone looking for a top notch dentist.

I recently visited Dr. Crossland’s dental office on Wednesday, May 8th. I have been going to this dental office (not as regularly as I should) for over a decade. I had irritation in my very back right tooth, radiating through my gums. Was there back in December for a cleaning and was made aware that I had a couple cavities that needed eventual attention.
Dr. Crossland retired at the end of last year and was always so amazing anytime I needed work done. The office now has a new Dr.!!! Young, efficient and attentive Dr. Mourany! She was great from the moment I walked in. Super sweet, personable and very professional. She’s a fantastic addition to the office and made sure I got in and out as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Thank you to both Dr. Mourany and her amazing dental assistant Amber for such a swift and pleasant visit :) You won’t be disappointed with this fantastic dental team!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Crossland for my dental care about 15 years. I have had various dentists over the course of my 70 years and he and his office are the best and most professional in my area. From Melinda, my hygienist to Paula at the front desk: they are all fantastic.

A wonderful staff and a wonderful dentist. Dr Crossland is by far the most gentle, caring and honest dentist I’ve ever experienced. He always takes into consideration the best possible solution to your dental issue with revenue his LAST priority. Anyone who posts a bad review for this office has serious issues.

As a new patient...Dr. Crossland is an AMAZING dentist. the office is busy because Dr. Crossland is an excellent dentist. After he fixed my niece's front tooth and did a beautiful job for an amazing price, I made an appointment.
I waited several years to find a dentist that could fix a bad prior repair on my broken front tooth and needed a reasonable price. I don't have insurance.
Dr. Crossland explained all of the repair options and costs for each (no surprise charges) ensuring I understood each procedure fully & offering to do extra work at little to no extra cost so that I could afford a veneer. Extremely reasonable and fair. I will do this within the year.
The Dr. is a perfectionist, which is what you want for a cosmetic procedure on your front tooth. I chose a less expensive bonding option which is a perfect, undetectable repair.
I am usually fearful of dentistry, but in this office I felt comfortable, relaxed and calm, like an old friend.
Dr. Crossland gave me my confidence and smile back! I would highly recommend him to anyone. I will never go anywhere else.

Let's get Google to take it off, it's unfair to the Dr. and his wonderful staff.

I can't stress how top notch Dr. Crossland and his team is. Before meeting them, I had only went to the dentist probably a handful of times in 26 years due to irrational dread. My first time coming to him, I needed my front tooth fixed in a pinch. Even though I wasn't an established patient, he made it happen with such short notice. Since then, I have been going at least 2X/year for cleanings and overdue cavities. They have always treated me like family there, and I will refer their office to anyone that needs a compassionate dentist.

I can't even begin to express the level of appreciation I have for Dr. Crossland and his team. I have been given ridiculous advice from other dentists that would jeopardize my teeth and Dr. Crossland is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, practical, and very important - HONEST. He is amazing, and my trusted dentist for my entire family. My wife is extremely anxious about the dentist and he treats her with care and understanding while other dentists have made her feel embarrassed. Dr. C, thank you for being you. We love you. I have utilized the services of Dr. Crossland for over twenty years. At one point in my life when my employment required several relocations throughout the country, I always traveled back to Clearwater twice yearly for cleaning, check-ups, and any necessary work with Dr. Crossland. The office is immaculately clean and very well organized. The staff is efficient, courteous, and always willing to go out of the way to please the patient. Dr. Crossland is not only a master at his trade, but is gentle and concerned for the well-being, comfort, and state-of-mind of the patient. Obviously, everything stated so far is essential for a dentist and dentist's office. What separates Dr. Crossland and his staff from any other dentist's office, however, is the wonderful laid-back attitude and amazing humor that just flows throughout the walls. Visiting any doctor or dentist can be stressful...but these folks not only put people at ease, but have them laughing through some of the most serious and involved procedures. I have recommended three friends to Dr. Crossland and all three have not only been satisfied, but have raved about their experiences with the office. Kudos to this amazing group of people and the terrific services they provide!!!

Best dentist & office I've ever had! The service you receive here from not just Dr. Crossland but the entire staff is just incredible - every time. I started going here in 2009 after my brother referred me and since then not only is my wife (I'm recently married) going there but I've referred many friends there. I even moved to California for more than a year (indefinitely at the time) and kept going to Dr. Crossland's office (I visit my other family in Florida at least once a year so why not).
I've had some serious 'issues' with my teeth and Dr. Crossland always gave me the option of the 'proper lifetime fix' and the 'let's keep the cost as low as possible bandaid fix that you might get lucky and lasts a lifetime anyway' - I've never met a more honest transparent dentist. Everybody in the office is always so happy and cheerful - especially my dental hygienist Melinda!
I read a single bad review above and it's just obnoxious - we all have crossed paths with some messed up angry people in our lives and that person is just one of them. Pay no attention - the fact that EVERY OTHER review is 5 stars is a testament to the kind of office Dr. Crossland runs.

A totally mismanaged office. Run by a bunch of relatives with no knowledge of what they are doing. They are set on one thing maximizing the dollar amount in the least amount of office time. It took three weeks to get an appointment only to be called less than 24 hours prior telling me I need to come at noon instead of my 8:30 appointment scheduled. They over booked and I will run them behind.Not a single consideration about why I needed an 8:30 appointment. They are closed on Friday. Dr Cross Dresser when not on some two week vacation is there about 15 hours a week.I guess that all his girlfriends keep him busy. The office is and has always been rude and run by some old lady relative. I suggest finding a young dentist hungry for you business not one that retired 10 years ago and shows his face because it is the law.
