If a patient tells you that they’re a Cash patient only, They tell you they can’t afford a $400 tooth extraction & I Understand they can’t give a estimate over the phone because different extractions take longer but for a 10 minute extraction $410 plus a $99 XRay is kind of ridiculous. I just moved from Orlando where it was half of that.. Dr. Shepherd was excellent and extremely nice, knowledgeable & professional but if you know you’re gonna be more than what someone can afford, don’t hide behind your $99 exam and x-ray fee.

Needed to be seen on an emergency basis. Staff & Dr.Sanchez were excellent! Covid practices followed.
