The entire experience at Coast Dental was perfect! From check in at reception to the end of the entire appointment was very good. I had a filling replaced, completed with explanation as to what the dentist was doing at each step and detail to the process to ensure a proper bite. Kudos especially to the dentist. He is a true expert. He was outstanding ! Thank you, Coast Dental!

Truly appreciate the great care. Its always clear they care about you, your comfort, and your questions. Really glad I chose Coast and this location has the best staff! Update to original review. Nobody likes having a tooth pulled... But if you do have to have a tooth removed from your head, go here! The Dr was friendly, reassuring, and truly painless. I followed all my post op instructions and I've experienced little to no swelling or discomfort. Again thanks to the great staff at this location. You are appreciated!

The worst experience I've ever had in a dentist office. First, when I called they told me my Dentist was here working out of this office. However, when I got here, they said oh no, he doesn't work here, even though their website says he does. All I wanted was a basic cleaning. I have maintain my teeth for many years and had an excellent dentist in South Carolina. Well, after an hour and a half of x-rays and other examinations, the doctor said I needed a deep cleaning. They would not do a basic cleaning on me and I would have to pay $256 for a deep cleaning. They refused to give me a basic cleaning. Obviously, I just wanted a basic cleaning. This office needs much better, communication and clarity and honesty prior to getting all my insurance payments and getting all these services that all I wanted was basic cleaning.
