Dr. Veronick has the best bedside manner of any dentist I’ve ever met. He truly takes the time to listen, explain your options. He and his staff will work with you to create a dental plan that makes sense—not just one that benefits the practice. His priority is your comfort and care, which is rare these days. The staff that I have had interactions with are Tori one Of Dr Veronick’s assistants she wanted to make sure I was not feeling any discomfort at any time before during and after my procedure. Amanda, who always has a smile for you when you walk in and makes me feel like a friend not just a patient, and Susan, who handles billing, also with a smile genuinely looks out for you. They’re all very understanding of personal and financial circumstances, and they make you feel supported, not judged. In a time when customer service often feels like an afterthought, Dr. Veronick’s office consistently goes the extra mile. I’m so grateful to have found them and highly recommend their practice.

From the first phone call, to the explanation and details about coverage, both the schedule person and the insurance person were friendly, genuinely upbeat, and extremely helpful. You two are a pleasure! The hygienist answered my many questions with expertise and recommendations. She also did a fantastic job on my cleaning, Yay! My wife and I became patients of Dr. Veronick in 2023 after retiring to Florida. Our experience with his office has been nothing less than amazing. Dr. Veronick is very professional and has provided excellent services as our new go to our Dentist. The office staff is also amazing. Amanda and Tori provide excellent customer service, which is very refreshing and has become a lost art. Dr. Veronick’s procedure assistant Vanessa is also great! She is friendly and proficient. We couldn’t be more happy with the services that are being provided by this office and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dentistry service.

I visited here today from a different dental office and my experience was amazing. Making an appointment was extremely easy and I believe her name was Amanda at the front desk was incredible. She was SO nice and helped me with getting my x-rays sent over to the office. Legit the nicest front desk i’ve ever had experience with. The Dr was really nice and fast with letting me know my dental problems. They also recommended me to an oral surgeon who’s cheaper since i don’t have dental insurance. I will be coming back and referring my whole family to come here.

10/10 experience! The women at the front desk are super accommodating and sweet! They went out of their way MULTIPLE TIMES to call me when there were cancellations that fit my schedule, much appreciated. Dr. Veronick and his dental assistant were knowledgeable, pragmatic, and kind to me during ALL of my visits there. Margaret was my dental hygienist and was so detail oriented and thorough; at the end I told her that my teeth have never felt so clean!! Recommend to all!

I went in today as a new patient. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I was on a time restraint and they still took their time but I was out 5 minutes before I needed to leave! I just went to my routine 6 month dental cleaning and as always had the most pleasant visit at Dr. Veronica’s office. From the moment you walk in you are treated like family from the 2 women working the front desk. They are very kind and happy to be there and it shows. I had my cleaning with Cathy which is always a fantastic experience. Cathy is truly the G.O.A.T. (Greatest of all time) when it comes to being a hygienist. I always enjoy talking with about dental hygiene and life as she cleans my teeth. Overall 100/10 experience at Dr Veronica’s office and unsurprisingly looking forward to my next Visit!
