I have been going to this dentist for bi annual cleanings since 2008 but not any longer. Had to reschedule a appointment due to a work conflict and the next available was 5 months out. Good for them, they are busy! I waited 5 months without receiving any correspondence or text of an upcoming appointment so I decided to called to confirm as I knew the date was coming up. They had no record of the scheduled appointment, and no reasonable path to resolution... they had availability 30 minutes from my phone call. Next appointment availably was again ~3-4 months out. Receptionist was rude and unwilling to let me speak. Very, "Take it or leave it," we have plenty of other patients. I'm choosing to leave after 15 years!
Christina and the other hygienist I felt were always great, thorough, never had any issues with the actual dentistry. My wife had the same experience years ago with the receptionist staff and she chose to find alternative care as well.
Highly recommend- THE Best Dentist I have EVER had! No nonsense. Staff is super nice, very personable, good jokes. Clean office, latest tech. Doc is a photographer who sells her work to donate to worthy animal causes. Really someone who cares about people, animals, and the community. Worth the wait if you can get an appointment. Plus you get a 'toy' if you are a good patient- adults too!
Dr Rudman is fantastic. I feel like this is an honest dentist office. Not trying to upsell unnecessary procedures. Always a pleasant experience. Efficient and yet through cleaning.
Doctor Rudman totally let us down. She advised my wife that she needed implants. She was given an estimate to install the posts by Mosaic Dental. When that was completed Doctor Rudman then told her that she would need to have crowns built on posts and that would be another $3000 on top of $2500 already spent. At no time did Doctor Rudmanor or her office inform my wife of the additional cost for crown build-up. To me, this was very misleading, unprofessional and unethical. We no longer trust her and have since found a more competent and honest dentist. Do not use this dentist because she does not care about her patients. All she cares about is their money.
Awesome dentist and great staff. I have been going to Dr. Rudman for several years and have referred friends who also have had great experiences as well. Clean office, never have to wait. You can tell that Dr. Rudman takes care of her staff and in return they deliver excellent service.
Been to a number of dentists in the area, where they all wanted to fix problems that didn't exist, charge more for cleanings that were unnecessary. For example - My wife, who'd never had a cavity in her life was told by another dentist she had three (despite having no pain/ symptoms) held off getting them filled. 6 months later came here and had a clean bill of health. Never found this practice wanting for professionalism or honesty. My entire family (with two small kids) have been going for 3 years now.
Clean and friendly staff. Dr Rudman is the best of the best. I have seen Nikki as a hygienist for years (every 6 months for a cleaning) she is always so kind and sensitive to my needs. Do your self a favor and use this office
I'm a person who takes very good care of my teeth so overall there was not much to do except maintenance... it wasn't until I was referred to an orthodontist BY Dr. Rudman for Invisalign treatment did I realize who Dr. Rudman is to her patients or at least to me as a patient. I was going through the Invisalign experience when I noticed more and more as the teeth were moving that I was developing substantial gum loss on one particular lower front tooth and two teeth were pretty loose. I brought this to her attention at a cleaning and exam appointment in September 2016 and she did not really address it and referred me back to the very doctor who screwed up my teeth. I continued the Invisalign treatment as directed by both her and my orthodontist at the time moving the teeth until December 2016 when I finished the trays. The teeth looked awful and were still loose so I decided myself I needed someone else's opinion. I went to multiple doctors until I found a periodontist who gave it to me straight. I have no jaw bone left on the front surface of my lower teeth as a result of the orthodontic treatment and now am in danger of losing multiple teeth ! This was coveyed to Dr. Rudman who really seemed uncaring and eventually lead to complete patient avoidance/ neglect. I had to have a splint done to make sure the teeth were no longer loose and stable which Dr. Rudman did and it broke in less than two weeks and had to be redone but they "couldn't fit me in" (not to mention other people in the profession did not like the way that the splint was done and said it was a bad job). They eventually did fit me in and as Dr. Rudman greeted me and didn't address the fact that it broke she went to go do it again and just did a patch job as she and her assistant carried on with their own personal conversation about reincarnation and her coming up vacation over my face .. the care by her was impersonal, disconnected and neglectful. The topper was when I went for my last cleaning recently that was scheduled for an hour (I was late) but the cleaning ended at 11:50 still with ten minutes left, I was told by the hygienist that she will not be seeing me today. At that point I'm done with giving chances when she has no interest in even seeing me for ten minutes to see how things are going. I'm a healthcare provider and would NEVER treat my patients like the way she treated me! I'm disgusted. I will never go back to the office of Dr. Christina Rudman. Her staff is great but definitely not indicative of her care. If I could give a "0" star rating I would.
I am the biggest whimp when it comes to going to the dentist and Dr. Rudman came highly recommended to me by a good friend. I'm so happy to have found this wonderful office! I have been twice now, once for a filling and I had a great experience both times. Staff is amazing; very friendly. They made me feel comfortable and Dr. Rudman really is the best! I NEVER write reviews so I hope this helps someone who is considering going to see her! Seriously can't say enough good things about them!!!
It's very hard to find a dentist these days that is phenomenal but at the same time tries to be as economical as possible. This dentist is both and so so compassionate....and accepts most plans . She really has done a fabulous job on my smile...Her staff is equally as great.
My entire family has gone to her for years. She does a decent job, but I've always had nagging concerns because the work she does seems low quality. All my (adult) kids report the same concerns I have: fillings and dental work that needs to be reworked. Cavities are filled but need to be refilled. After having a cavity worked on twice, and still give me problems, I think it's time to give someone else a try.
I never really write reviews on places but after my 4th visit to dr Rudman I had to. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and helpful and they really are a joy to visit, even know I really hate the dentist! I have got a root canal and 3 fillings fixed and did not feel one ounce of pain, I really almost fell asleep. I recommend this place to anyone that has to go to the dentist!
Went today for first appointment and nothing but positive things to say! Very friendly very detailed and well organized office! Bonus all the chairs are massage chairs! A really nice touch! If you need a dentist you need look no farther!

If you have alot of money to give away this certainly is the dentist for you. She's not a bad dentist years ago. She does an ok job. Problem now is she's gotten just too focused on money and forgot she has patients.
If there's an emergency wait in line to get an appointment it'll be a wait. Even for a cleaning. Their answer to that. They're just too busy . Everyone in the office rushes you out the door including the doctor. I got a confirmation call the day before my appointment. Thats good. I pull up in the parking lot and get a call from the office I'm late. I was 3 minutes late walking in the door.
I've had grinding problem my teeth are being affected. I went to them for a new guard telling them what I had before. They give me the wrong guard so now I have a tooth problem. More money to them. I don't think so.
Run don't walk from the dentist. There are good ones in the area. It's sad to see good doctors fall into the mode of its all about the money.
Worst experience ever. I was scheduled to come in today May 9 but when I got there the receptionist was very clear and I'm pretty sure every in the office heard her say that she left me 4 voicemal to reschedule. I never got not even 1 voicemail ( I checked after I left). I received a text message on May 2 to confirm the appointment, so I thought it was all set up. The receptionist did not say or do anything to ocomodate me the same day or another day, she just keep repeating how she left me 4 messages. I took time off work not knowing there was an issue with the appointment I was given by then. And all this lady could do was repeat herself.After standing there listening to her go on about the voicemails, I eventually got the point she did not want to reschedule the appointment. I cannot believe that they have to would treat NEW patient like this, there are tons of dentist office around. I only choose this expecific office because my husband is a patient not for the convenience because it was a 20 minutes drive from my job. I would NOT recommend this dentist office to anyone; matter of fact my husband will no longer come here either.
Not even worthy of a one star. She did a horrible job with a few fillings I had, had to go see another dentist to fix her mistakes. Also while she was working on me she was speaking to her dental hygienist about how she doesn’t like children and she refers them to specialists because they “can’t sit still” I feel bad for the families such as myself that she’s taken advantage of!
She does not know how to make a plate. Don'T waste your money.
Had my upper teeth pulled. The one they made that was put in as soon as your teeth are pulled NEVER FIT. Fell right down. They patched the thing. It actually flew out of my mouth on to the pavement While talking.
After that ,they were to make a new plate. Sent it out 4 times. Still would not fit. She said I can do no more for you. Go Elsewhere. She kept my money, and said the misfit that was made when my teeth were pulled was what I paid for. What A Ripoff.
Best Dentist out there!!! Cleanest office and very friendly staff. I have had crowns done , cleaning's and filling the doctor is very professional as well as her staff always get the job done right and never no complaints I highly recommend this office!!!!
Dr. Rudman is great! She is very patient and caring and she never tries to make have work done that you don't really need. Every experience has been very pleasant.
