Remodeling your house can be a daunting task and trusting a business/representative to guide you in the right direction can be scary. However, that was not the case with Wade's Interiors. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Gabby. We were guided to the tile area of the showroom where we met the most lovely employees with fantastic customer service. Karen and Whitney took special care to make sure we understood the options and choices we made for our bathroom. Seriously, they even sprayed the tile and stone with water to see what it would like wet. The owner of Wade's Interiors, Derick, then personally came over to make sure we were happy with our selections. This was incredibly appreciated , as we have never done a renovation before (so we were nervous). Before the day came for installation, a member of Wade's Interiors team reached out to make sure we would be home and confirmed everything. The installers were kind, curtious, and cleaned up after themselves everyday. Everyday a person from the Wade's team would come check in and make sure the job was being executed properly and efficiently . At the end of the job, Tim came to do a once over and check the finished product. He was incredibly kind and very personable. We are beyond happy with the finished product. From start to finish we were impressed with the professionalism , customer service, and genuine kindness. Thank you to the entire team at Wade's Interiors for our beautiful bathroom renovation.

My husband and I love our older home but we did not love our old carpet and outdated floors. Derick and his staff at Wade’s Interiors guided us through the entire process and we are thrilled with the results! We have gorgeous porcelain tile that looks like hardwood in our living room, and tile that looks like antique brick in our kitchen! It is absolutely STUNNING! (And with all our pets, we needed something durable without giving up on beauty) After our floors, we moved on to beautiful window treatments. Our home is now fresh, updated, and elegant- Wade’s came through for us in every way!

This is our second experience in dealing with Wade's Interiors. First time was for window treatments and this time we used them for new flooring. Once again, the entire staff was extremely helpful from selection to installation and cleanup. We are beyond satisfied with the results and will continue to use them for any future projects!!

Really disappointed with the treatment and communication we have received from Don and Karen at Wade’s. They tiled out our bathrooms after we had to renovate from flood damage last year. The grout cracked in several spots right away. I reached out to Karen right away, didn’t hear back for 3 weeks then I was treated like I was crazy for asking for touch up grout…. Then my other bathroom cracked significantly as well. It took MONTHS for someone to come back out to touch this up. After waiting all this time, they used the wrong grout color. So frustrating. I reached out about the wrong grout color and fist was told by Don that I should just paint over it with wall paint?? When I declined that option (because that would not fix the issue) I was told he would take care of it and yet again we are 6 weeks later and been ghosted. No response or follow up. Would not recommend this company. Very frustrating to go through what we did having to loose everything in our home and unwillingly remodel after a devastating flood just for a company to treat you like trash.

My husband and I recently purchased a vacation home that had the old 1980’s vertical blinds that were terrible. We visited Wade’s Interiors and Jennifer Buckner and her assistant Gabby Coulter were very knowledgeable and helpful with our decision making process and Gabby has a great eye for design. We are extremely happy with our decision to work with Wade’s. The Installer Claudio was great! Super friendly and process and setup was quick and he took those old 80’s blinds with him! I have a bathroom remodel In mind and I’m sure I’ll be back to Wade’s to work with them with tile design and selection. If you are in the market for blinds, flooring, or tile go to the experts at Wade’s Interiors!

We were in need of updated blinds and Wade's Carpet and Interiors came highly recommended by the installer who was putting in our hurricane windows. We worked with Jennifer, and she was so helpful in helping us choose what would work best for us. The installer, Matt was absolutely terrific also! We purchased Hunter Douglas Plantation Shutters for our widows and Hunter Douglas Vertiglides for our patio doors. Several of the Plantation Shutters are in a two story entry way, and are battery/remote control operated. We have them setup to automatically open and close at sunrise and sunset...so cool!!! They are so beautiful to look at also! Absolutely love the results!!!! Highly recommend Wade's!!!

Our house was flooded during Hurricane Helene and Wade’s was able to replace all of our flooring and our bathrooms quickly. The installers were all professional and kind. Wades really went out of the way to make sure we were a priority since they knew we were trying to get back into our house quickly because we have three kids and were all displaced due to the storm. The showroom is amazing and JoJo and Karen gave us their time and attention to help us make a lot of tough decisions. We highly recommend Wade’s!

If you are searching for a home interior provider, search no further. The team at Wades Interiors are all you will need from design to implementation!!! The entire group are professionals, each person we worked with through the process from planning and selection, all the way through installation, were helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to work with you based on your specific plans and communicate the process very effectively. We recommend Wades Interiors to all our friends, and you will not be disappointed in the results. I encourage anyone to give them a call. We have future projects in the works and will be using them again that’s for sure!!!

In one word “Outstanding” from advice on picking the right carpet, Thanks Kathy! to accurate expectations on installation, Thanks Don!! to the best installers of anything I have ever had done, Thanks Billy, Mike and Brandon! All I can say is the experience at Wade’s Outstanding. Most companies will give you a great buying experience but those companies that can keep that experience through the whole process are the true gems of local companies. Don’t go to big box stores. If you want flooring and interior design done right go to Wade’s I’m sure you will be happy you did. Thanks to everyone at Wade’s for this wonderful experience!!! We’ll definitely be back for our next project.

Wade’s interiors went above and beyond to get us our perfect floor! Amazing customer service. We chose to place engineered hardwood throughout the house. We were having to manage home renovations from out of state and Wade’s made the flooring process easy. The installation crew was fantastic. They were fast without compromising the quality of the job. The floor is great quality. We will continue to use them for any future needs!

I've been a Wade's customer since 2014. It's been crystal clear to me that the owner, Derick Johnson, continues to hire only the best representatives for Wade's. They've done two shower remodels in multiple properties for me, as well as multiple floors, including supplying flooring material for a DIY project. Their design team is amazing, and really helped us pull the colors and textures together on every job, and they have price points for all budgets. Wade's is the only place I'll work with because I know I can trust them to help me with all options, and to get the job done right, which is what really counts in the end! Kudos to Derick and the entire Wade's team for the incredible work they do, and maintaining the highest level of integrity that has long since vanished from so many companies.

Thank you, Derrick and team. After 2 storms back to back, our family beach house had been severe damage. We needed new flooring, and I mentioned to my mother Wade's carpet. I called Derrick, he made time for us right away. Let us take a sample to see if it would look right. Due to the short time frame we had, Derrick made his schedule work with ours.
