I had been going to the same hairdresser for 30 years and had to find a completely new person after she sold her business. It's difficult to find someone that knows how to color black hair blonde without it turning orange. After reading a bunch of reviews I decided to try Brittany at The Loft Hair Studio. I was so nervous but extremely pleased with the outcome in the attached photos. She is extremely knowledgeable about color. Got my hair from black to light brown with blonde highlights without going orange. I would highly recommend her for color. Also, she is just the right amount of talkative. She won't talk your ear off like some stylists but the conversation she does make is interesting and enjoyable. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it to pay a little extra because it is a quality job. One downside, setting up an appointment is not the easiest. I called to set up an appointment for me and my daughter because we go at the same time. I was told I was going to Brittany and my daughter was going to see Katie. My daughter ended up being seen by Hailey and I didn't find out until her appointment was almost done that Hailey wasn't Katie. What bothered me was that no one said anything about it. For instance, maybe an apology for the mix up would have been nice. It did work out because Hailey did an amazing job on my daughters hair. Overall, both my daughter and I have had a good experience here and will definitely be returning.

Brittany is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! 5 🌟's! I was so lost on what I wanted to do but I knew I needed help. Brittany listened to my concerns and suggested what she wanted to do to my hair. Let me say, she did not disappoint! She has true expertise in all things hair and she helped me feel great about my self again. What did she do may you ask? For one, she fixed my main concern which was hiding my grey hair but not drastically changing my natural hair color. Two, making sure it is low maintenance. Three, she gave me some tips and points on styling my hair type and product suggestions. But wait, the BEST PART is her head message when she is washing your hair. We all know we love a great hair wash and message. But Brittany is totally different. Your truly just have to go and experience it yourself to understand. Its better then most message therapist. 🫢 Thank you Brittany for loving what you do, it totally shows through your services. 🫶

Katie is amazing! She really listens, provides insightful feedback and really wants you to love your hair when you leave. I've been thrilled with my results and will keep going back to her. The salon is always clean and not too loud even when its busy. If you're looking for a new salon that gives great results without breaking your bank account then try them out!

Absolutely horrendous experience with this salon today. My stylist and appointment time were both changed without notification on any kind. When I sat I her chair and took my hair down, she said "ewe" and told me she didn't feel comfortable with me in her chair and that I needed to reschedule with someone else.
