Best Sicilian place yet. This is not your typical Italian, it is French influenced Sicilian. Everything is hand made nothing is premade or reheated. The prices could easily be twice what they are and would still be a good value. Make sure to put this on your list of places to visit while in town.

The items Chef Gaetano places on his menu are almost impossible to find anywhere else within 100 miles. Start with a roasted fennel or mushroom pate app. and move on to his timballo or his farsumagru. He has some of the best, richest, chewy-est red wines around. You will not be disappointed.
