Lily, Mark and Iris were incredible massage therapists! My best friend, daughter and I treated ourselves to 90 minute massages today! From the minute I called on the phone booking our appointments to the actual services we received the customer service, professionalism and expertise was phenomenal! Our experience was amazing and all three of us couldn’t stop raving about how fabulous each of our therapists were! The facility was so clean, cozy and smelled delicious! You walked through the door and you already felt relaxed and at peace! We highly recommend you to book your next spa visit here! Thank you so much we will see you again for sure!!!

This experience was absolutely horrific! If I could give it zero stars, I would definitely give it zero stars. That massage was a nightmare! After the massage, my legs and hips were incredibly sore, but I didn't pay much attention and continued doing my own thing. The next morning, I woke up in excruciating pain from my hips to my toes! After seeing a chiropractor, I learned that the massage had caused a hip dislocation! My back and arms also hurt a lot, and it took about a week to recover. I'm so disappointed.

I had my first visit here today and booked a 90 minutes deep tissue massage. Mark was my massage therapist, and he was very professional and friendly. My neck was really stiff and the muscles on my right shoulder were very tight, but he helped relieve a lot of the tension! Thank you, Mark! I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely do not waste your time and money here. The massage service was terrible. My back was already sore, and the massage only made the pain worse. My shoulders and back hurt even more than before, it felt like I had pulled a muscle. It was a terrible experience. I was practically screaming in pain, I hated it. They also try to force you to give a tip. Don't give them anything.

Iris was absolutely amazing.I had the 60 minute deep tissue massage it was the best massage I have ever had. I highly recommend. Establishment was very clean and employees were very pleasant. I will be back.

Absolutely loved my massage at Massage Trail! The place is cozy and calming the moment you walk in. My therapist was incredible—perfect pressure, every knot melted away, and I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Walked out feeling lighter, happier, and completely refreshed. You have to try it!

I was able to get a last minute appointment on a Friday evening. My massage was wonderful! I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage. Was pleased it was a full 60 minutes, not 50 like the chain spas around here. Try them out! You won't be disappointed!
