My Refrigerator ice line flooded the kitchen and dining room while I was at work. I called Griggs and they dispatch Robert immediately. He was here and under 15 minutes and identified the problem. Unfortunately, it was my Refrigerator that is the problem. So they only charged me the admin fee, which was very fair. Robert was so nice and helpful! I would highly recommend Griggs. This review has nothing to do with Joe their service team member as he was on time and was very professional even being put in a not so pleasant position. We had to replace our water heater 6 years ago and used Griggs and was pleaesed with their service. So when we needed plumbing service they were of course our 1st choice. Was very disappointed in how things have changed. Let me say we are willing to pay for the service we receive. This time we were quoted $1,300 to replace the water heater which was a 500% increase from last installation. We had our recipe from last installation so it wasn't our imagination. So be aware!

Had Griggs come out for toile water never went down . The guy they sent was here for 45 minutes and assured me he had fixed the problem, , something was blocking the flow. Total bill was $ 532.00 . Less than 48 hours later same problem, water would not go down. I called him, and reassured him I would not be paying for the service visit today, and his reply was “ well , you could have done something to screw it up@. The service man came out (same one) that was here 2 days earlier. And this time he used a camera,and found a root was causing the blockage and wanted to charge me $859.00 to fix it. I called the boss, and he refused to put the $532.00 towards it! I asked them to leave my house. I would never use them again, and I will tell all my friends about this incident!!!!!!
