This company did not pull a permit for the job, they failed to bring the installation up to code by hotwiring the water heater, putting in a overflow pan and alarm, and did not install shut-off valves. Very poor and shabby work - I am in the process of suing them for the cost of reinstalling the water heater.

Avoid them at all costs. They took a $1500 deposit for toilet fixtures never delivered. We are unable to resolve this with them despite repeated attempts by telephone since June. CitiCorp is now involved in the dispute, but we may have to escalate this as a civil matter to law enforcement.

Nicholas came out and fixed the water faucet that wasn’t working. Very friendly and listened to the problem and got right to work. Will use the the company again.

They are crazy expensive, the charged me almost $400 dollars to clear a clog, I will never call them again, that was absolutely insane and he was here for less than 1/2 hour
