It turns out that a few days earlier I contacted another company to perform the test, and when the deadline for submitting the results was approaching, they weren't responding to my emails. The previous company wasn't responding, so I thought they weren't going to do the test because maybe they were too busy. In a hurry, I contacted Accurate—a fatal mistake. It turns out that the first company had already done the test and sent the results, and there were no problems. I even saw the seal or sticker they had placed on the day of the inspection. The Accurate inspectors went to the house, removed the seal from the company I had previously contacted, and made it disappear. Then Accurate sent a report saying that it had failed the test, along with an email telling me the cost of the repair if I decided to go ahead with it. I can't confirm it because I don't know anything about backflow prevention devices, but I seriously doubt Accurate's honesty. The mere fact that they removed the other company's inspection sticker speaks volumes. Besides, there must be a way to find out if a test has already been performed.

I ordered a backflow test on 6/30 and received the results on 9/17. That is a completely unacceptable time line. My device failed and now I am up against a government deadline. You inspected one of two backflow devises. The 2nd one was not tested due to vegetation growth. The over growth was minor and should have been groomed back to allow the inspection. I know there is a limit to what you can do but a small amount should be dealt with.

Every year, when my Backflow inspection is due, I simply send them an email. It always gets done on time, and they submit the paperwork to the county. I don't need to do a thing except pay the invoice, which is always reasonable. Highly recommended!

They did a very good and AFFORDABLE job! I called a company before Accurate Backflow and they gave me a quote for over $1000. Accurate Backflow did the job for less than $200. Be very careful guys because some companies are very shady!

This company came out last year and certified my Backflow with no issues , they responded within a hour to certify my Backflow that the previous company couldn’t, they just wanted to recharge me every time it failed. This year all went smooth again .They went and tested my Backflow , passed and sent the bill. Thank You Accurate
