Came here for birthday brunch a few weeks ago. Our server was friendly and kind. The quiche was as big as my head and absolutely delicious. The fruit was fresh and the gluten-free banana pancakes were cooked to perfection. Take a walk around the grounds and stop into the spa. What a wonderful place to spend a Saturday morning!

My family and I hosted our beloved mom’s celebration of life at Shangri-La this weekend. Everything was just perfect— the grounds and the room we rented were gorgeous. Alex from the events department was unbelievable from start to finish. So understanding and accommodating- could not have been easier to work with and went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our event was exactly what we envisioned. We are very grateful.

We came for lunch after hearing great things about the restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. While we didn’t stay at the hotel, we stopped in for a meal because it was highly recommended. The hostess was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Since it was raining, she kindly seated us indoors.
However, the cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. There was a used comb on the floor right next to our table, crumbs scattered around, and several tables hadn’t been cleared or wiped down in quite some time. It didn’t feel well-maintained. As for the food, it was just okay nothing memorable.
Overall, we left underwhelmed and probably wouldn’t return. Hopefully, it was just an off day.
