The speed and general acknowledgment definitely is an area of opportunity. Manager gave me 3 pieces of miss information and did a return wrong based off some bogus policy that he made up I guess. I’ve visited this trulieve 5 times and it was only good the 1st time and the 5th time. I forget the nice woman’s name but she was kind, fast, efficient. The manager is not mean or rude but kinda of a wanna be smart guy tone and you can tell he definitely has the emotional intelligence of a 10 year old because apparently he returned something at 50% because of use and he did it wrong. I went to another trulieve and asked them why he did that and essentially he did it because he didn’t want to follow policy. I don’t believe a manager doesn’t know everything is an even exchange. The other times when he isn’t be weird he’s just hovering. I’ve never had a bad experience with him in the sense of a fight but he has petty hostile energy and gets visibly annoyed by questions. Idk if he’s the proper guy to be a manager maybe just a staff worker or an assistant manager maybe if that if he’s good at managing the side of the business that doesn’t require to be customer facing. He has a beard and always wears a a black shirt and hat because I’ve never seen him in anything else. Just look at your receipts and if you do a promotion and personally if you need to do exchanges I’d stay away and go to any other one.

The manager at the bartow location with the Mohawk is the absolute worst. He has ZERO customer service skills and is extremely rude. I will never shop in this store again I almost wanted to stop shopping at trulieve all together until visiting the Lakeland location. The employees are amazing, friendly and helpful at the Lakeland location. The bartow location needs a major overhaul not only is the manager completely disrespectful to his customers, they are also very slow in moving customers along.

Trulieve offers great products at competitive prices, and their selection is solid. Unfortunately, the customer service experience doesn’t match the quality of the products. The staff often seems indifferent, rude, and the pace is incredibly slow. Long wait times and huge lines are the norm, and there’s little sense of urgency from the team. It feels like efficiency and customer satisfaction aren’t a priority.

I exclusively shop at trulieve and I absolutely love their products! I think they have the best out of all the dispensaries around here. They have a great loyalty program as well. I mainly shop here at the Bartow location as it’s close to home, I almost always place my order online. I do the online check in for express pick up. I hardly ever have to wait very long if at all. The staff is always GREAT and helpful, I have never had an issue here. Sad to see all the bad reviews. They will always have my business!

Ugh.i can’t stand coming here. Some dude with dreads always has an attitude when I check in. I have no idea if it’s with me personally as a patient but I feel very unwanted here. I’ve never felt like that at the other trulieve locations I’ve been to. There’s always a long wait here if you don’t place a pickup order. & they always have a problem with returns or with questions. If you have the option of going to another trulieve , please do. They need to clean house here.

I had given this Trulieve 5 Stars but I am now changing that rating because every time I come here it seams to just get worse and worse of effeciency. It has gotten so bad that it's pointless to preorder anymore cuz they don't even bother to process the order and it takes longer and longer sitting there waiting for them to even come out and check you in much less call you back. I can only assume that it has something to do with a lack of employees or Trulieve trying to make more by using less employees. Whatever the case it's really getting to be more than an inconvenience and I am about to find a other pharmacy or at least another Trulieve to fill my orders. This place needs to get its act together or they are going to lose more and more patients. Not sure what the deal is but the Staff used to be so friendly and now they are just rude and don't even say good morning or even attempt to be pleasant. I have been a customer for awhile and know some of the workers so I know something is going on to make them this way.

I live in Lakeland but I drive to the Bartow dispensary because it's so much better than the Lakeland Trulieve dispensary. I don't feel safe at the Lakeland dispensary but I feel very safe at the Bartow dispensary! It's farther but it's worth the drive.

I can't speak to the quality of the products at this establishment, but I have to say I’m incredibly impressed by the integrity of the staff. My partner accidentally dropped $20 on the ground, and when he returned on a different day, they gave it back to him—even though they had no phone number on file to reach him and no way of knowing if he’d ever come back. I’m not sure if this was a company policy or just the staff doing the right thing, but either way, it’s refreshing to see that kind of honesty. Definitely left a positive impression!

I used to be an everyday customer, the first time I didn’t get my 5$ change back for a 15$ purchase, then my next visit I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes to be checked in, after I was checked in I sat there an additional 20 minutes, just for 2 people with express orders to come and go in 30 seconds, I sat there a total of 40 minutes when the store was empty in the lobby

I got hit by a car on the way here and they bandaged me up, and a week later when I went back they remembered me. The employees here treat customers like family or friends, it’s a welcoming experience every time. You can always ask any questions and they will go out of their way to get you an answer. I only used this store for awhile but after being to others, this places customer service is terrible. Very unfriendly vibe. The check in service makes it no faster than just walking in. 5 stars for the receptionist who looked up my online order to see why I was never contacted about it. She was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for the person she got to assist me with actually getting my order. She offered me options to replace the items they did not have in stock. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. 1 star for whoever was supposed to call me about my order since some of the items were not in stock, and instead of calling, they just left my order unfulfilled. I waited several hours and heard absolutely nothing from them, so I drove to the store to ask about it.

i’ve been to probably at least 10 different trulieve locations throughout the state and to me, this one beats them all. the staff is always super friendly, accommodating, and they know their stuff. they’re quick here, i’ve only ever waited over 30 minutes ONCE and that was with a good 15+ people in the lobby and i still was in and out within 45 minutes where i’ve spent 2 hours waiting at other locations with less people ahead of me. the manager here is also top notch. i honestly hate making the drive and ayr is so much closer to my house but i still frequent this trulieve more often than any other dispensary because of the reasons stated above. i’m always happy with my experience here.

I told her if it was a problem not to worry about it she totally ignored me I kept trying to apologize for coming in 10 till closing and she continue to ignore me. I've had my medical marijuana license for just over 5 years now and I started coming to this dispensary in Bartow just over 2 years ago when I moved over here!! I have never had a single negative experience at the Trulieve Dispensary in Bartow, FL!! *Everyone please knock on wood* They have gone above and beyond for me on several occasions making sure I got the best deals available to me including daily deals and other promotions! They've always been incredibly patient with me, answering all of my sometimes random questions, (which I'm fully blaming on a mix of brain fog, ADHD, and the slight buzz that has slowly started sneaking up on me) and 2 hours later I finally finished typing this chaotic review!! 💚😂💚🥴💚🫠💚 Moral of the story, Trulieve in Bartow is awesome!! 💚💚💚

I thought I would love this dispensary, however Taylor the manager with blue hair has a deplorable attitude. Ms. Taylor could greatly benefit from some customer service training. Especially, as she’s within a management role. Ms. Taylor’s body language in my personal experience was rather off putting. Ms. Taylor rolled her eyes at me, as I was explaining to her I’m a new medical marijuana user. Ms. Taylor also challenged the authenticity of my coupon card in a rather disrespectful demeanor. Ms. Taylor explained to me how she is the manager and she has never seen my coupon before, as she’s touching her hair and fluttering her eyes. I explain to her numerous times how I acquired the coupon, yet her attitude stays sour. Eventually after at least 15 minutes, she honors my coupon. I would like to keep my business with this dispensary, however I’ll call in advance in order to avoid Ms. Taylor. It’s unfortunate the manager was the only one with an unprofessional demeanor. Thank you, to all the other staff however. The warm welcomes of Ms. Taylor’s employees are the only reason I will be returning.

Awesome dispensary!! My new place definitely. Roomy and spacious and excellent staff. If you've been to the North Lakeland dispensary you need to change to Bartow ASAP! North Lakeland has no parking and I always ended up waiting a long time even for Express. You will be pleasantly surprised at the service in Bartow and you can even park easily!

So glad to have another trulieve near me thats not only in a better location as far as accessibility and parking but also they have better service and are a lot faster than the lakeland one (they're just awful there I don't know why) If you're in lakeland i'd recommend making the choice just to hop over to the bartow store.
