It was my first time taking my two new kittens for their first checkup. I’m always nervous going to new places, but the moment I walked in, the two girls at the front desk were so welcoming and you could see every vet tech and employee walking around with a smile on their face. The vibes were so positive and every animal that came in was so calm and peaceful.
The whole appointment went smooth and I noticed how personable each interaction with each client was. The prices seem very reasonable too.
Also, when they say they’re a walk in clinic, they truly are and they really do get to you pretty fast. Highly recommend!!! 😍

Worst experience. My dog had a seizure on 11/11 we took her to this place and as soon as we went to open the door the nurse said they were closed another employee is walking out told us that our dog was dead and to wrap the dog in a blanket leave it in the garage and bring it back in the morning my answer to this nurse was we have kids how would you like me to deal with my children ?? Took my dog to Ruskin animal hospital where they were also closing but accepted us with open arms and assisted us with no problems.
Walk-in veterinary care hope you guys teach your staff the word empathy and how to deal with these types of situations with better care.
To the nurse thanks for telling me my Dog was dead but wrapping her in a blanket and leaving the dog in my garage was not really the best approach to this specially that you deal with animals all day and know the grief that people go through when losing a pet a daily basis. Showing a bit of empathy goes a long way. Very disappointing.

I wanted to thank the staff for making the most difficult day a little brighter. We had to say goodbye after 15 years to our sweet Romeo. I could not have asked for a better farewell. The compassion shown to us in this time was remarkable. They walked us through the process and allowed us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. This last week I had Molly to WVC and the care and love that was provided was outstanding. Robert and Dr. Torres discussed a care plan and it has worked. Molly is doing much better in just three days. This is the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff and doctors are absolutely fantastic. They care for the animals as if it’s their own. The staff here care so much. Yes, they are sometimes challenging to get availability, but I've taken my dogs here for years. I can't thank them enough for their compassion for my senior (15 years+) dog. When we finally had to part, they took us immediately; gave us time to be ready; and afterward the cremation service they use sent us a beautiful condolence card.

This was my 1st time bringing my 17 year old dog here. My husband and I adopted her 2 yrs ago from a shelter. She is blind and deaf with health issues and tremendous anxiety. The Doctor and staff were truly so caring with her. They did their best to calm her and help her through a difficult appt that I know was hard for the staff. But they so graciously took their time and tried to relax her to the best of their ability and I thank them for that. Best vet clinic to take your special fur babies to. The cost was beyond reasonable and I appreciated how well the doctor and staff went over all my pets medical history and spent so much time getting to know my little baby Papaya. I thank you all! ❤️

We have been taking our 5 yr old Golden Doodle here since we moved to the area a couple years ago. Dr. Ramer and the staff are very patient and kind with her as she is a bit afraid of people at times. I have been very pleased with the care and every experience here, from wellness to more urgent appointments, have been thorough. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff. Dr. Ramer and her staff are the most kind and professional veterinary practice I have found in our area. They care deeply for their patients and their owners and are available for emergency medical attention. Prices are reasonable. Hours are 8am to 7pm which is wonderful.

Dr. Ramer took great care of my rescue pup, Rex. Because he's a rescue and spent his young life in a shelter, Rex is very hesitant about going to a vet. Dr. Ramer showed him the love and compassion that he deserves and made him feel as if he was her own. We will definitely be taking Rex back to see her!

I cannot praise them enough! I brought in a neighborhood cat who was injured and had an infected leg. They went out of their way to give him the best treatment while keeping costs low. They were available for consult when needed and were always eager to help. Service is fast but remains top notch.

Just took my boy to this office for the first time and it definitely won’t be his last visit here! The office itself is nice, the front desk ladies were very nice, and the vet techs and doctors were nice. The prices are also very competitive for the area! Definitely recommend.

It does get busy here. The wait can be long. But the techs, vet, and staff and no appointments is worth it. The front desk staff are beyond amazing and friendly. They said they can see 60 patients a day, yet I’ve never seen them without smiles.
