They took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and then delivered results beyond what I imagined. I have my hair cut, colored and styled here. My stylist C Benson is fabulous and steered me toward a much different and flattering color. The salon is extremely well kept and always decorated beautifully for every Holiday. It is laid out perfectly including stylists' stations, waiting room and shampoo area. The product line is top shelf. If you are looking for a new shop, give Tangle Me Knot a try.

Charlene is absolutely amazing! From day 1 she made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I wanted. Her skill is top-notch—I walked out with a cut and style that I absolutely love. Kat is AMAZING! My daughter and I both got her by chance and now we don’t see anyone else for a year now. She is kind and really listens to what you want and are saying. I had a really bad experience at another salon and was apprehensive to go for another haircut and Kat heard me and understood what I wanted. My daughter has curly hair and we needed someone to help me know what to do with her hair, Kat knew what to do and listened to what my daughter was looking for. She gives advice and helps you when you are unsure. We are always happy after we see her and our hair looks fantastic! Thank you Kat for always doing an incredible job!

I really was hoping to love this place but unfortunately I do not have a good review. Took my kiddo in for a haircut not too long ago and the stylist just wasn’t how you’d think one would be with a kiddo. She wasn’t mean but she definitely didn’t like the type of cut my daughter wanted and tried to talk her out of it. You could just tell she didn’t like how short my daughter was wanting her hair. She didn’t even seem to like her own work she did when it was done and hardly spoke to us. Cost me 75.00 for a pretty crappy vibe and not the best cut. If my daughter wasn’t so excited about being there and getting her hair cut we would have left. But thankfully she had me to cheer her on and her and I both let the stylist know pretty quickly it was the cut she wanted and why we came. We will not be back. The place was clean and nice on the inside though so that was a plus.

I'm a guy and have been getting my haircut here for the last 6 months or so. I recently went and got cut by someone that wasn't Maya, and that was a huge mistake. It looked a bit off when she finished, but I figured maybe I could work with it. I had some errands to run after the cut, and I noticed myself becoming upset very quickly over minor inconveniences and requesting the manager at multiple places. I've never asked for a manager before in my life, what the heck is going on? I left these establishments very confused. As I got back in the car and saw myself in the rearview, it clicked. I have become the haircut. I requested Keanu (my hair was chin length), but I looked like a man-Karen with an uneven mullet. My heart sank. I went home, washed my hair and looked closer, and wow, the disappointment is real. I can't work with this. It's horribly uneven, the "layers" look awful, and she didn't trim up my neck whatsoever. All the basics of a haircut were missed. My wife messaged my previous hair stylist and even she was devastated. She knows hair better than anyone I know, so I asked what I can do to fix it. The short of it, it's not fixable. More than a year worth of growth, down the drain. There's very little length for me to retain, only thing I can do is cut it short again. I made an appointment with a different salon right away, and fortunately, they're able to get me in quickly before I fully transform into man-Karen. In all seriousness though, Maya is good. The atmosphere here is cool, they offer you something to drink upon entry, and if you have an appointment, they get you in on time. The staff is super friendly too. Warning for the guys with longer hair though, there is a stylist here you need to stay away from.

I absolutely have to thank Mya for an amazing haircut and styling!!!! She sat and listened to my issues with my hair and like a hair genie made my hair silky and smooth which such little effort. The scalp massage with the shampoo and drinks made me feel pampered and relaxed! I have found my new hair spot which wasn’t easy because I loved my old one and after relocating I know I’m in good hands! The real test was styling my hair the day after I washed it at home and my hair fell beautifully around my face the next day. Thank you!

FANTASTIC salon! Everyone is always polite, courteous, kind, and makes you feel special. Paul is THE BEST! I have found a salon I am proud to go back to again and again. I cannot begin to tell you how many people have complimented my hair since I began going to Tangle Me Knot. I have never gotten that from going to hair salons in the past! I actually look forward to my next appointment. I always leave there so relaxed and happy with the experience. I will definitely be going back!!

Make a last min new appointment for a blow out and style. Was assigned to Edwin who was so nice! He washed and blew out my hair and curdled it exactly how I imagined. He even pinned the curls so they would last before I left for my event. Great experience!! Would def make an appointment with Edwin again!

Love getting my hair done here! Jackie does an awesome job with my baby fine hair! The products they use are expensive, but worth it cause they’re top notch, and my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been! The entire staff is very accommodating, and friendly they even got me lunch! Very clean and relaxing spa like experience. Have been going here for a year now and always leave feeling very satisfied! Worth the $$$ for competent, and knowledgeably beauticians!

Paul just did my hair. I had low and highlights as well as a cut and style. He’s new to tmk and I’m sure he’s going to be booked up quickly. I dread going to get my hair done because it never really turns out the way I wanted or requested...but no more. I absolutely loved the cut and color. I even booked my next appointment b4 I left the salon. He did exactly what I wanted and helped me pick a complimentary color blend. He’s very talented and friendly. He will definitely b my go-to stylist. The staff is great as well. The salon is beautiful, clean and relaxing. I highly recommend!

Very disappointed Got to our appointment on time. Had been informed via voicemail during our drive there prior to arrival that stylist was running 15 minutes behind. No big deal. It happens. First, we stood at the register for some time before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Then asked to have a seat since we had to wait. Ok. No problem. Nobody offered us so much as a water or coffee while we waited. Other clients who came in and straight to their stylist’s chair were asked if they would like a beverage. Hmmm. Ok. Strike One! Finally got into My stylist’s chair. Consultation, wash and beginning haircut. Ok Then she attempts to draw me into ‘conversation’ about how She normally gets all the curly cuts, but since a certain other stylist who works there- my original ‘go to’ person who was said to be on extended leave with no return date given when I made the appointment- well, I tuned her out at that point. Strike Two! Haircut all right. I was done a good ten minutes before my friend, so again I waited in the lobby; only to observe that my stylist started on the next client using the same comb she had used on me. She never cleaned or disinfected the comb!?!! Strike Three! Won’t be back.

I’m a guy with medium length curly hair that is too long for a barber. I came here and they fixed me up real good! They listen to your ideas and they will do your hair right the way you want it. As a guy, I don’t really know what I wanted to do, so I just let them know what I was looking for and they evened out and styled my hair perfectly. I got their curl cream that they were selling and it is great! I will be returning again in a couple months when my hair is ready again.

I called for an appt and they insisted on a consultation first. When I showed up for the consultation, I waited 45 minutes just to have the girl say “what do you want? Highlights, okay make an appt” I was so frustrated, but made the appt. The highlights were the worst I’ve ever had. I had a huge chunk of coppery color on the right side of my head and the rest of my hair was fried! I had to go somewhere else and pay again just to get it fixed the best they could do after Tangle me Knot did so much damage!!
