Toni did an excellent job on my Welsh Corgi! She arrived on time and took great care of my dog.
Tony went above and beyond to help my "littles." He broke his nail yesterday, very short, and it was hanging. It , Bristol, wouldn't let me near him. He wouldn't eat, he wouldn't come by my hubby or me, he slept standing under the end table. I called Tony, she agreed to help us. She took care of the nail that broke and clipped all others in an emergency time frame.
She was so loving, patient, and gentle! Thank you, Tony, for loving animals the way you do. I'm so grateful ❤️
Toni has been the groomer for our dog for about five years. She is, simply, the best, and we were so sad that she moved away from here. First, Toni is terrific with our senior dog. She took her time to make sure that he was comfortable getting into the van and then took her time making sure that he was comfortable every step of the way. She treated him like he was her own dog. Second, Toni was terrific with us as well. She took her time to make sure that we felt comfortable and talked to us about everything that she was doing. Even after she moved, she took the time to talk to me for about half an hour to explain what we needed to tell our next groomer about how to handle our dog. We trusted her completely with our dog, who is our most precious family member!
I should have posted my review sooner. I used Sudsy Paws a few weeks ago for the first time and Toni was amazing!! I was extremely impressed with her and her grooming abilities. My foster dog can be very skiddish and Toni was so great with her and by the end they were best buddies !! I highly recommend and excited to see her again soon. Thanks again !!
In brief, Toni of Sudsy Paws is an absolute TREASURE!! My 14 year old dog was fired from our previous groomer of 10 years because, as he got older, he became cranky, and then combative during the grooming process. When I called Toni, I briefed her on his behavior, and that he was blind and deaf, and for over 3 years, until she moved away, she groomed my dog with love and understanding. I know he wasn't always an easy dog to groom, but Toni has a true love for all dogs, and that absolutely comes through in her care and grooming. Honestly, I cannot recommend her highly ENOUGH.
Toni is amazing! I have a very mouthy Miniature schnauzer. And Toni is the only one that can get him to calm down! Plus, she always does an awesome job. She has been grooming him since he was a puppy and I can’t see myself going anywhere else. I will be a forever client and will definitely tell my friends about her services!

Use Toni to groom your dog, she is fantastic! I can't say enough about using a mobile service with my dog getting 100% attention. Toni is thorough, Smudge (miniature schnauzer) was always brought back to my door looking like he had been at a spa.
This was my first experience with any pet groomer and boy did I find a forever one! Toni is a straight forward, honest, caring, and overall great human being! She adored my Tiny puppy as well as my 4 year old daughter. She even invited her into her truck and my daughter got to play her assistant and got to help groom our puppy. Such a wonderful experience for her and I’m sure will never forget.
Even tho this review doesn’t necessarily give an accurate experience most would have(hand pet over receive back all nice and clean). I wanted to share because I know a lot would care who they are handing they beloved pets over to. And I’m here to say you all are in good hands. I must say she was on time, professional, friendly, and informative. She never made me feel uncomfortable with leaving my little Buddy with her. Oh yeah! She did a great job grooming him as well. Put in a request for contact to have my pooch groomed. Three days later no answer. I called the number and message says she has no room for more dogs. Why is she advertising? Why isn't there something on her website stating she has no availability? Why is she wasting peoples time?
Met the owner in the storage facility where I store my rv, booked her to groom my 34lb pomsky a few weeks later. To say I'm blown away is an understatement, he looks amazing and I was never here to explain what I needed to her, only over the phone. I will be definitely using her again!
The worst customer service ever! Went on there website yesterday to Schedule a appointment. Yesterday I received a phone call confirming that they will be coming today. I waited and no one SHOWED up! Different even call me to at least let know what happen! I didn’t go to work today just because I thought they where coming to cut my dog hair. The saddest part about all of this, is that I’m a district manager for T-mobile! I sent more than 100 plus employees to them! & this is what I get? Won’t be recommending none of my employees to them anymore!

I tried to look past the reviews stating she doesn’t return appt requests only to realize they’re accurate.... used her website to try and book an appt and have received nothing back and that was a few days ago. Truly a bummer seeing as how when she decides to respond to requests she has great reviews.

she dropped me as client because my dog was matted a little after covid and started ignoring my phones calls and text messages for service. Take your business somewhere else people. Do not use her services
They have not responded to my inquiry regarding there next available appointment and there rates.
