I would not recommend P3 medical group. They appear to be concerned about your issues but when you ask questions your misinformed.I needed documents signed and Dr. Katrina Sanchez held my paperwork over two weeks stating she didn’t know why I was taking a medication she had continued to refill over months that I had been taking for years. Secondly, you call the office and their new staff is clueless on proper medical process. They have changed various doctors within three months timeframe then they appear to fast track staff.
I asked for a copy of my medical documentation and they refused to provide me with my medical file(it’s the patients right to option their health records). These actions were reported to the proper department.
The front desk isn’t very polite and tends to have an attitude you ask her something over the phone and she says one thing then it’s different when you go to the office.
Absolutely ridiculous

The doctor here is amazing but when you need help and call the office when a José is in the office he picked up and doesn’t say anything and puts you on hold not knowing if you have an emergency or not. It’s frustrating to deal with and I am only sorry that an amazing doctor like Dr. Sánchez got stuck with such horrific staff. Get your own establishment away from this and we will all follow suit!

They change doctors constantly. Two in the last year. So right now they don't really have a doctor, except a roving administration doctor. Takes a couple of months to get an appointment. God forbid if you have a problem. Stay away from.
