Kathleen, the dental hygienist was absolutely amazing! Kathleen walked me through what she was doing and why she was doing it. I would like to also mention. Yvette, I may have spelled it wrong but she was amazing! She knew the whole process with the VA and kept me up to date with everything! I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this dentistry. The staff are so friendly and always communicate. I had a smile makeover that included five crowns. Best experience ever! As a veteran, I know that the VA approval process can be long and painful—sometimes taking months. So, when I developed a bad tooth infection, I was concerned it would take a long time to get help. However, thanks to the knowledge and persistence of Yvette and Katrina, the office staff, my paperwork was submitted promptly, and they communicated with the right people at the VA. This effort paid off! The VA contacted me the very next day to inform me that they would be hand-walking my case, and I should expect an appointment with the endodontist in the next few days. I was feeling desperate, but these two guardian angels took excellent care of me, just as they do for all their patients. The dentist, dental assistant, and hygienist are all top-notch. You can’t go wrong here, especially if you’re a veteran.

From the moment I walked into the office, the receptionists were so friendly. Katrina moved a patient up 30 minutes to accommodate me. I have anxiety going to the dentist and Kathleen, the hygienist, made me feel so comfortable and she didn’t hurt while cleaning my teeth. Dr. "C" is a magnificent Dentist. He truly cares about his patients and is telling you the whole time what he is going to do next. Arlene is a wonderful, compassionate assistant at his side. She keeps your lips moistened with Vaseline so they don't dry out. She is also telling you every step of the way what she is going to do. The Office staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. I would recommend this Office and their Dentist to everyone.

I went for my semi annual cleaning yesterday and Kathleen did an excellent job. I was extremely pleased with her professionalism and the thorough cleaning she provided. After a hiatus from the dentist for some years, I decided several years ago to try Apollo Beach Dental. Overall, I have been happy with the plan Dr. Olivero put back together, and since completing the plan, I have been returning every six months for cleaning and review. While, I find it disconcerting that there appears to be a fair amount of churn with hygienists, I have been satisfied with their cleaning. Each one has had a different style in performing the same cleaning. The office deserves a four star review in my opinion.

Best dental office! The staff took the time out to speak with me, get to know me, and my dental needs. I was treated as a person and not an insurance check which was quite refreshing. Liz and Mariam were especially a delight as from X-ray to cleaning, the experience was comfortable and personable based on conversations when applicable.

Appointment was on time. My cleaning appointment with Dawn was very relaxed and pleasant with some shared learnings on the proper use of dental floss. I always feel confident that my teeth are in good hands when Dr. Jason completes the examination...and all is well. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I came in for my 6 months teeth cleaning and X-rays. Dr David said he had just started there and wanted to make sure all his patients left happy. He asked me if I had any issues with any of my teeth. I told him I had a crown fall off and it was replaced by Apollo Beach Dental a few months ago by another dentist there. Since that time it would occasionally ache at times. He said we'll make it right and immediately took care of the problem. Dr David and staff were true true professionals. I highly recommend them.

After a 6 year long absence from dental visits I had my first visit with Apollo Beach Dental today and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this office! My nerves and any anxieties were laid to rest right away during my check in thanks to the calm and efficient demeanor of the staff. Dr. Sunbeam (sp?) has got an excellent bedside manner and answered any and all of my questions with a smile and I know my next appointment will be a breeze!

The service that I received at Apollo Beach Dental was fantastic. They saw me right away and worked on filling my 2 cavities quickly and with great ease. They discussed the treatment plan and explained everything in detail. I was very pleased with my dental care.

I've had two visits and the staff has been great! They have implemented additional safety measures during the pandemic which makes me even more comfortable. Chirlie, the hygienist, was so sweet and explained things that I have not been educated on at my previous dentist in Orlando. She also gave a few recommendations (to address concerns) to add to my oral hygiene routine.

You will find their office convenient location within Apollo Beach. No need to travel further to get great dental care.

Today was my introductory visit. I expected some x-rays and a brief visit from a dentist and to be rescheduled for a cleaning. The dentist came in spent time with me and did most of the cleaning himself in the same visit. I loved the respect for my time and not having to run back at a later visit. I could not praise them more. Great people and great office.

Dental work- I had to have an implant reseated. It came off multiple times afterwards. They did a crown, that also fell off. Billing- they "estimated" my portion of the bill which I paid with my flexible spending card. My flex card asked for receipts which started a rabbits hole which has exposed what seems like dirty accounting. I've been waiting for my dental insurance to confirm they received request for payment, so I can submit the records. It's not happened. I saw the dentist last year in July, (it's Mar. now). I called last week and was told they were paid and my account had a zero balance. Strange, the insurance Co. verified they overcharged me for at least one of the visits. I asked for a reconciliation and they said give them to the end of the week. I called today (Fri. 3.31) and was told that the person helping me quit and yesterday was her last day (she was going to call me Fri.) after going through my records. The receptionist also hung up on me which is weird, she'd always been nice before. If you must go, heed the warning of making sure what insurance says you're supposed to pay, is actually what you're supposed to be paying and, confirm they're not messing with the records to steal your money which is what I'm assuming is going on. I'll update this if I'm wrong. 4.5.23: update The owner responded here on Google that they're looking into this personally, strange that they've YET to reach out to me. I haven't heard anything from anyone EXCEPT for the receptionist who hung up on me. Apparently the owner/management "spoke with" her about it. She called to apologize & to explain that she didn't intentionally hang up on me & the phone may have had issues. She was the reason I selected this dentist in the first place, b/c she's always been kind, helpful, welcoming. As I said initially, it was weird that the she hung up, she's always been nice. Also, no criminal admits their guilt. Telling me that you can "assure me that we're not in the business of stealing people's money" holds no weight when the actions, accounting, and numbers show differently. Covid is long over and FL didn't even shut down as the rest of the Country did. If the issue isn't dirty accounting, maybe it's poor management / operations that caused your staff to not want to work for you. Either way, patients be warned, this place is a hot mess!

My visit was very good. I liked everyone. Everyone seemed professional and competent. My only complaint was please introduce yourself. Please say your first name and your position. At one point I was wondering if the assistant was scraping my teeth. I asked her if she was the assistant and she said she was the hygienist. She must have come in, sat down and went to work. The assistant might have introduced herself when she came to the waiting room to get me. The dentist popped in and I couldn't see his face. The sunglasses are a good idea so my glasses don't get splattered but let me control my glasses and the sunglasses. Then I will be able to see the people. It is also hard because you have to wear the mask and the shield which covers your face. Even the ladies at the desk didn't tell me who they were or their position. Thank you. Jane DeWees

Avoid this place like the plague! I had a 3:30 appointment yesterday because they claimed they had no 4:00 appointments available. I got there at 3:15, but the female dentist didn't bother to see me until after 4:00. Keep in mind I wanted a 4:00 appointment so I wouldn't have to miss work. Then once she saw me, she was more than happy to suggest unnecessary treatments and tests that are not covered by insurance. Luckily I work for an insurance company, so I was smart enough to know that she was suggesting unneeded tests that are not shown to improve health. I will never go back to this strip mall dentist and suggest that nobody else ever goes there as well. They are terrible!!

Going to the dentist can be a traumatic experience yet with Apollo Beach Dental it is more like a visit with some good friends... everyone from the office staff, the dentists and especially Chirlie, my hygienist, makes you feel at home. So if you haven't tried them out yet and you are looking for an honest practice, this is where to go.

Another positive experience at E Dental of Apollo Beach. A Cleaning and restorative crown work, and all went extremely well. With the latter, I found it impossible to tell the difference between my "new" tooth and the old. Superb work!!

I felt like I was being upsold from the moment I walked in the door. I just moved here in May, had my dental records transferred because they told me they'd reschedule if I didn't. I had X-Rays and cleanings in March yet they tried to get me to do both again (July). I explained that while my insurance covers two cleanings a year, it does me no good to have them done 3 months apart. They insisted on doing X-Rays again anyway. I think they ground the X-Ray sensors to a razors edge because I've never had that much pain getting x-rays done. To make it worse, they had computer problems and gave up on getting some of the x-rays done. I was there because I had some cracked crowns that needed repair but I couldn't get a straight answer from the dentist on what the plan was to fix them. Finally realized that some of the treatment he wanted to do isn't covered by insurance but he convinced me that it made sense. Guess what? It has to start with a cleaning... Then they couldn't schedule a cleaning until September. So I have to go another 3 months with cracked crowns?? I got upset about the scheduling and told them I just needed them to send me all the X-Rays and data they had collected so I could find another dentist. They said OK. 30 minutes later they call me to say a hygienist volunteered to clean my teeth sooner but by that time I just was feeling like I was getting upsold the whole time instead of being given good care. So, I said no thank you, please send me my records as I requested when I was there. They then said they couldn't do that without a written release. Well, I signed every release they had when I checked in and I told them I wanted my records while I was standing in the office yet no one thought to tell me they needed another release. Now I have to go back. Maybe they were having a bad day but the whole office felt disorganized and unprofessional. I wouldn't have posted this except they sent me a link to leave feedback. Hopefully they can use my experience to improve. Update: After waiting a week for them to send copies of the new x-rays, they e-mailed me only the x-rays I had sent them from my previous dentist. Obviously, I already had those. I called them and they said they don't normally send their x-rays. Really? As silly as that is, you'd think that during the first visit, the second trip to sign a release, or in the text of the e-mail they sent that someone would have mentioned that and not wasted my time. Glad I found another dentist.

This dental clinic used to be OK. But it is going to down road since COV-19 crisis. Especially in recently, no doctor in office to provide a routing teeth examination after the hygienist has finished cleaning teeth. When reschedule and making up a routing examination weeks later, a new young man dentist is very rude and not patient to listen to any concerns. Only two sentences from his mouth: Take this tooth out or take all teeth out to put new artificial teeth. no detailed explains and no other options recommended try keeping this critical tooth. Is this dental clinic still OK now?

ABDental has done my dental work for 16 years. I came on 10-19 and had my teeth cleaned, xrays and a dental exam by the dentist. Everything went smoothly. I have continued to have regular teeth cleaning, cavities filled and crowns replaced -- all satisfactorily over that time. Recommend.

I have been going there for 5 years now. I set appointment up 3 months ago for 4 pm . I called to confirm and the lady Lisa answered phone told me I had a 11 . Got disconnected.
