Terrific service!! We’ve been with Aussie for a while now, and even though my Cairn Terrier, Malibu is scared in the beginning, she comes out so happy and energetic! Aussie listens to what you want for your dog, and then exceeds expectations. All of the groomers are great, so you can’t go wrong. Brandi is our favorite. She’s gentle and calming. Angelica took pictures of how much fur she brushed out and there was a whole second dogs worth of fur. She even warned us that it looked like Maverick was getting the start of an ear infection. I’ve been totally impressed with Aussie Pet Mobile of Tampa. Every time my groomer Brandi comes out to groom my fur baby Zoomy it’s amazing every time and she really listens to what I want done. I have a blue eyed Ragdoll cat and he loves her! She grooms him perfectly like a Ragdoll should be groomed. This company and groomer service is amazing and is always accommodating. I’m hooked and so is my cat Zoomy😻 Zoomy always comes back into my house a happy cat and beautifully groomed and I’m always a happy cat mommy when Brandi gets my Zoomy all done. 🫶

This was my first experience with a mobile groomer, and I was lucky enough to have chosen Aussie Pet Mobile! They were incredible! They were very thorough from the first phone call inquiring to the end of my dog, Sammy's, grooming and beyond. Kayla was the best groomer Sammy has ever had! I had an idea of what I wanted, but she brought it to fruition. She was absolutely wonderful with Sammy, answered all the questions I had, and everything was done completely in the van - no mess for me to clean up. That alone is worth having a mobile groomer. Im 75 yo, and it isnt easy getting your furbaby to a groomer, pick him up, get him home, and still pay almost as much as the incredible convenience you could have with Aussie Pet Mobile. I highly recommend you use Aussie Pet Mobile if youre considering a mobile groomer. You won't be disappointed, I promise. And ask for Kayla as your groomer. You and your pet will absolutely love her. And, as Kayla was kind enough to remind me, the holidays are right around the corner, and appointments get filled fast!

Definitely worth the money. They are on time, they listen, and they care. I was very happy with how they treated our babies. The groom was amazingly done. My little one looked just like a teddy bear. They go over and beyond and they take their time and did not rush. Very much appreciate Aussie. I recommend them, especially after all the horror stories. This group is truly phenomenal. Mochi was matted as he is a puppy, so we did ask to just shave his ears and leave a short cut since he is a baby he likes to roll around. He looked fabulous. Thank you Aussie!

This time Katie of Aussie Mobile groomed our fur baby, Simone, and Katie did a wonderful job!! We had to change the day that Simone normally gets groomed, so Ryan wasn’t available. Katie cut Simone’s coat just as I requested 🥰 and even gave her a Halloween bow that was so cute! I was very pleased with the outcome!! Thank you Katie!! Ryan does beautiful work-always!! She is prompt, her cuts are incredible, and my dog loves her!! She is wonderful! There are a lot of groomers out there, but I don’t feel as comfortable with others as I do with Ryan knowing my dog is in good, safe hands! This is not what I wanted and this is soooooo unexpected. What is this??? Their cut does not look any close to what I wanted. I did not expect perfection, but this is way too different. The groomer groomed my dogs as if rat chewed up their fur. The groomer obviously did not give them a proper cut. This is sooo unprofessional. What was this groomer thinking as she was grooming my dogs. Their face does not look even too. What the hell is this??? You call this grooming?? I paid about $500 dollars. Does this look like a $500 grooming?!

So I had my boys Brutus and Buster groomed today by Sophia. Usually, Buster has a little bit more anxiety. However, it was Brutus' turn. I had foot surgery in January and I broke the same foot during my recovery from the surgery. So the boys are rarely walked now. They are accustomed to walking twice a day, now because I have no help, they are pee pad trained and doing well, but their anxiety level is high. So Brutus gave Sophia a little trouble. Thank you Sophia for your patience. The boys look good. Brutus is apologizing for his behavior. 🐶😏 Heads up, it's costly for your pet's behavior. Actually, throughout the years this is the first time one of my boys misbehaved to the tune of an extra 105 dollars, plus for Sophia's trouble a 60.00 tip. Happy Easter!

I have been using this service for my senior kitty (16 years) for about a year and have had a great experience every time! The groomers are sweet, patient, and my cat is never stressed before or after. I get my cat groomed once every 3 months to maintain her coat and help clean more sensitive areas that are harder for her to reach. They are also really good about communicating when the groomer is running a little late from other appointments. I’m very happy with everyone I’ve worked with, and my cat is always happy after her sessions which is most important!

Amber w Aussie Mobile Pet Groomers is excellent & they are a good pet grooming company. Our 2 dogs are difficult to deal with for a variety of reasons and bc of that they have had issues w other pet grooms in the past. Our pet groomer Amber is an angel. She hasn’t had an issue w either of our 2 dogs over the several years she has been grooming them, bc she is compassionate and takes the time necessary to keep them calm and cooperative. This was my third service with this company. The first two jobs were done perfectly and without incident. Today, I had Jeff come to take care of my baby Charlie. I was sooooo disgusted and disappointed on his cut. Telling him not short meant nothing. Then had the audacity to cut my babies hair even shorter then we had originally discussed. Then tells the office it was a misunderstanding. Like how if I showed you the picture of what I wanted??? The hack job that was done 😭 never again will I trust them with my baby! Then they say we will give you a $15. Discount on your next cut. What does that do? First two pictures are of the mess he left my baby looking like. Last three pictures is what was provided as reference. Please tell me where the communication wasn’t clear??? I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever!!

Ryan helped us with a nail trim and paw pad trim. We just recently adopted Maverick and he was in need of a nail trim but wouldn't let us trim them. I have been trying to acclimate Maverick with his paws being touched and being around the nail clippers. We have made some progress but not enough to save us from bruises when he wants to play. We ended up buying some calming treats and gave him some before his appointment. They must have helped along with Ryan's demeanor because she said he did amazing! He wouldn't let the vet staff trim his nails due to being so stressed! We will definitely be scheduling again with Aussie Pet Mobile. Thank you Ryan for saving our feet, legs, and arms! And making Maverick more comfortable 😀.

I had no intention of leaving a bad review until now 7 hrs later I see the extent of how neglectful the service was. This was my cats 1st grooming service ever and at 16 yrs old I expected some possible issues with the process but not feeling like I was scammed out of the $180 service. I was understanding of them with the small inconvenienc of being 30 minutes late without a single call or message - they had van trouble which can happen (but give a customer a heads up perhaps). The groomer asking me what service I wanted upon arrival, when I booked a set package, was strange. We had a super short discussion about things I thought they would want to know and I even mentioned i had my vet records for proof of vaccination, which she did not even want to see. Fast forward to her taking my pet out and bringing her back around 20 or so minutes later. She came back soaking wet on the undercarriage and tail which I understood because the groomer said the only issue she had was Athena hated the blow dryer and actually bit the hose and then promptly pooped. I was concerned and asked her if she had been bitten at all and she assured me no. She said to prevent further stressing Athena out she stopped the service. So, I had a cat that was still -somehow- a little stinky and obviously soaking wet all on the underside (dripping water wet). I asked if she clipped claws and did sanitary trim and she said yes. I asked if she was able to get the couple tangles off her legs and tail she said yes. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a read on what all was actually done. That was fine. Until now my cat is dry finally and all the tail and leg tangles are still there. Her nails don't seem much shorter and her paw pads still have long tufts of fur. Now I do not know how difficult my cat might have been during the whole process, as I was not in the grooming van, and I know it's her 1st pro grooming (outside of the vets) so I give the benefit of the doubt but I still feel scammed. I paid $180 for a 15 step spa grooming with light clip and feel like I got a dunk in water and towel patdown. I still tipped $20 so $200 overall to feel quite less than satisfied. I honestly feel like canceling my 8 week followup groom at this point. We will see if I am able to find and try another groomer service, otherwise I guess I'm stuck with what I got.

FYI.. If you’re looking for cat grooming, please look somewhere else. We are returning customers. I called in February 2025. They had no availability to groom my two cats together until mid March 2025. I accepted that. On the morning of the grooming they called to say that the groomer had a medical emergency. I offered them at least four or five dates for a reschedule andvthe last one on my list was accepted.Now Today mid April 2025 I was called once again that the Groomer had a personal emergency. I asked who else they could send. She said they are very limited on cat groomers and she could not even give me an estimate when they could be rescheduled for a 2nd time. So basically, I waited from early February to mid April with no grooming done for my cats. So I just want to let anyone know who’s looking for a cat Groomer please look somewhere else.

Update: While we had a very upsetting experience with one groomer (especially since we’d never had any issues before), I want to take a moment to recognize how incredibly kind and understanding the owner was when we spoke. He immediately apologized and offered to send a different groomer out—and oh my goodness, what a difference! She was absolutely AMAZING. Not only did she do a beautiful job, but she even added the sweetest little rhinestones on our girl’s forehead. I’m beyond thrilled with the service and so grateful for how this situation was handled. Thank you for turning it around so beautifully! Disappointing Mobile Grooming Experience Our recent experience with this mobile groomer was frustrating and disappointing. The groomer arrived 30 minutes late and never mentioned any time limitations upfront. It wasn’t until we questioned why he was finished so quickly that he informed us he had only scheduled an hour. Our dog is a Collie-Aussie mix with long hair and a thick double coat—she normally requires close to two hours with a groomer. We had requested a bath, sanitary trim, and deshedding. However, she was still damp afterward, one paw was completely untrimmed while the others were partially done, and the overall grooming felt rushed and incomplete. We’ll see how effective the deshedding was, but unfortunately, the lack of communication and attention to detail means we won’t be using this groomer again.

Service is great - back end is a mess After confirming, they spam messages at you to confirm while threatening to cancel your appointment , and then actually text you important to dos that get buried in their system spams for confirming. I signed the pet release 3x in advance and still had to sign it when the groomer got here When I called live to schedule and confirm appointment, I asked if anything was needed prior and they said no. After offering feedback, they got incredibly defensive instead of taking ownership They show up late with no warning, and then lie about how late Definitely looking for a new groomer

Mils did a fabulous job on Comet! I was extremely pleased and impressed at how she handled Comet. She did exactly what I asked For and then some!! UPDATE: 6.18.2024 - Whether you have a dog needing a bath and cut/ style or a long haired kitty who gets mats the size of golf balls just for LOOKING at the outside world, Aussie Pet Mobile is the groomer you need. It's been 7 months since Shadow was last groomed, and she was already getting mats again; since she's our first kitty with long hair, we are still learning how to take care of her fur and how frequently she needs to be professionally groomed. If we'd adopted her as a kitten, we could and would have gotten her used to being brushed at least once a day, but since she was abandoned and very likely abused before finding her way to me, she's still trying to get used to being brushed. Angelica (the groomer we met on Shadow's first appointment) was on another call, and I can't for the life of me remember the groomer's name who came today (maybe Amber?), but she did a FANTASTIC job! She gave Shadow a bath, cut her hair, clipped her nails (probably NOT in that order, lol) and gave her back to me only slightly stressed out (though that was probably die to the dog laughing at her). The groomer really did a great job, was very professional, and was very gentle with my girl. I love the cut she gave-- she left the fur on her legs their natural length to the elbows, so it looks like she's wearing socks. I have and will continue to recommend Aussie Pet Mobile to any and every person who is owned by a pet needing professional groomers. Aussie, let me say again, "THANK YOU!" December 2023: We recently moved to Port Richey and didn't want to drive to Pinellas to have our cat groomed, but for her, it's a necessity because she will NOT let us brush out the tangle's. I tried several groomers, none of whom returned my calls; I asked my vet who she would recommend, and she didn't know of ANY cat groomers, so thank God for Aussie Pet Mobile! I contacted Aussie Pet via their website, and they called back on the same day! We scheduled an appointment within 1 week, and Angelica came out to my home last night. She did a FANTASTIC job with my little Shadow! We chose to have the "Lion cut"; Angelica asked questions about my preferences for how much of a "mane", how much around the feet to leave, how much of a puff ball at the end of her tail to leave, etc. She listened to our wishes and understood Shadow's specific needs due to abandonment/abuse issues from previous owners, she took her time with Shadow, giving her skin special attention since I was concerned about how frequently Shadow was scratching (though the vet said she didn't have fleas), and used a conditioner after the shampoo that helps soften the fur and condition the skin. Because she spent time with Shadow and gave her breaks when she started getting restless, Shadow was very relaxed when she was finished. She had a good attitude after it was over rather than running and hiding as she would normally do. I'll definitely be calling Angelica back every time Shadow needs her hair done; you've got a lifelong client! Not only was she great with our cat, but she was also good with our dog (who is a very new addition and is afraid of everyone (and barks a LOT). She's such a kind, very sweet young lady, very loving with our pets, and is customer service oriented. Thank you, Angelica, for showing our young lady how much you care. You are a GEM!

I have had a few groomers work on my dog and my mom's (both poodle mixes) and have never had any issues. They always come back looking great. I really appreciate Amber asking me what I prefer and letting me know how my babies are doing. I ask for basic classic cuts. My older boy is skiddish too and she was very understanding and worked with him. Would recommend.

Jasmine was amazing!!! This was Butters's first time being groomed and did wonderful. Jasmine was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and showed me how to brush and maintain Butters's coat until our next session. We have a almost-4yr old Yorkie, who flips out, if put in a crate or “cage” of any kind, so a groomer who comes to us was the perfect solution. We’ve been using Aussie Pet Mobile Tampa Bay for him, for a little over 3yrs now, and love the service. I like that they really listens to me, when I describe how I’d like him cut, and they nail it, every time. Aussie services aren’t cheap, but, the cuts are so good (and we bathe/brush him regularly, at home) that we only need them every 4-6wks, so it works out to about the same as a “regular” groomer - but without the stress on him of being kept in a cage, at a grooming salon, while awaiting his turn, and/or waiting to be picked up. We highly recommend Aussie Tampa Bay!

I have used this company four time total. the first two times were great. The third time the girl that came told us that her van was in the shop for repairs and the van she was driving was older and she would not be able to blow dry our cat, she could only towel dry her. When my wife made the appointment this time, she told the gentleman that we wanted the same as we had before. He then asked her if she wanted the dogs nails clipped also? We thought this weird and said we don't have a dog. He said ok, would you like the lion cut? my wife said if that is what we had before than yes. So, on Sunday 6-28-2020 they showed up and when the girl was finished our cat was scared as usual and hid under the bed for a couple of hours as usual. When we finally saw her that night we had the surprise of a lifetime. She literally looked like a lion. She was shaved from the neck down to her rear, had hair around the bottoms of all four paws and a tail shaved all but the tip. The girl had also trimmed her whiskers and anyone that knows anything about cats knows that you do not trim cats whiskers. My wife left a voicemail for Aussie Pet Mobile on Sunday after we saw our cat. They contacted her back on Monday and asked that we send pictures. After we sent the pictures they said they would contact us back that night or Tuesday. After not hearing back on Tuesday, I sent them a text message that if I did not hear back from them by end of business today Wednesday I would contact our bank and dispute the charges. My wife received a voicemail stating that they looked at the pictures and the haircut looked good and they would refund $25.00 of the $140.00 that was charged. My cat has not acted the same because half of her body is shaved and other parts have long hair. Our other cat has been growling and hissing at her like she is a new cat in the house. I'm not sure what would be the appropriate thing to do, but $25.00 and telling us that the haircut looks good when that was clearly not what we had asked for is definitely not acceptable.

My bubbly little shih-poo is a very nervous dog when it comes to grooming. We have been taking him to PetSmart for many years and he didn’t do very well there. He’s very scared to have other people touch his feet and while he doesn’t bite, he screams so loud that most of the time the groomers give up and he comes home shaved with fluffy paws. Someone recommended I try a pet groomer that comes to our house and I’m so happy I found Aussie Pet Mobile. Gladys did a wonderful job with him and as soon as he came back inside he started running happy laps around the living room. His haircut schedule has been somewhat neglected due to his screaming but Gladys was able to get the job done, feet and all. It was more expensive than what I am used to but it is worth every penny if it helps my dog feel better getting groomed. I will definitely be using Aussie again and I’m very thankful that a service like this exists.

This was our first time using Aussie and it was a great experience! My Yorkie is extremely difficult to groom but Jasmine worked her magic and he came out looking fantastic! She was able to remove his muzzle after a short time in the van and she said she had no problems at all with him. It's a little more expensive than I'd like to pay but worth it to get such an amazing groom without traumatizing my dog. I highly recommend and have already booked our next appointment.

I had my dog groomed by them a few times. Each time my dog had been shaved down completely per my request. I was not present for the last grooming so he got a VERY BAD version of a puppy cut. At the time I thought I could live with it ($195). After 5 days I requested it be fixed. They never responded. I called this morning and they said now that it was been 2 weeks it’s full price (minus $20). Terrible groomers. Very expensive. Horrible customer service.

Aussie Pet Mobile has made 3 visits to our home to groom our goldendoodle Max. Ryan has done a fantastic job each time and clipped Max to our liking. Ryan has even made some professional suggestions that worked out nicely as well. We have used grooming services like Petsmart in the past and Max always leaves the store super stressed out, but using this service is not only very convenient but not nearly as stressful for our pet. We love Angelica!! She is great with both dogs. My mom has a mini goldendoodle and I have a mini labradoodle. They look amazing after and are always happy to see her. As someone who used to take their dog to a grooming location, it’s worth the extra for her to be happy getting groomed. Only reason I’m giving 4 not 5 stars is the price. Definitely recommend though - especially with Angelica.

We had been using Aussie for a couple of years. Our last groom in May of 2023 my labradoodle had his ear sliced in half with scissors. The groomer brought him to the door in the middle of the groom with blood gushing everywhere. I was hysterical my 10 year old was hysterical. My son had to hold him in the car with pressure all the way to the emergency vet while we both sobbed. It was traumatic it was horrible and totally avoidable. They have yet to reimburse us for the emergency vet bill. I have called numerous times and even was told this past summer the check was in the mail. NOT TRUE! They never even attempted to reimburse us. Looking back my doodle had an eye issue after his groom in December of 2022 causing another avoidable surgery. His eye became inflamed and inverted immediately following that groom. I did not put it all together until later. Now I am sure it was their negligence again. This is not a reputable company they are incompetent and dangerous to say the least. They have no moral compass they do not care about you or your pet. It is beyond disturbing. I assure you they have made no changes in their incompetent staff and the lack of empathy and remorse is beyond human in my opinion. I would strongly urge anyone looking for a groomer to either do it themself or find a company with much better reviews. Unfortunately we were blindsided. My beautiful Australian Labradoodle now has one ear that is missing a piece and his hair will never grow back there. We have spent over $3000 in vet bills all caused by inexperience and incompetence of Aussie Pet Mobile. My Buddy deserves way better and so do your pets.

We have been using Aussie for 5+ years. In that time we’ve only had two groomers. We have had Kelsey for the past couple of years and she always does an amazing job. She shows up on time and to be honest, our pooch is happy to see her.

I was very satisfied with Aussie Mobile Grooming!! My Borador, Cali, came out all fluffy and smelled great! Her nails were trimmed beautifully! And the bandana was a nice touch!! Thank you! Kelsey was amazing! She texted me updates on arrival and while she had my cat with her. She was able to shave my cat so quickly and she came back so cute! 5/5 would use Kelsey again! She looks cranky but I swear it’s just her face. She purred the whole time Kelsey had her.

Angelica did an AMAZING job on my girl! Sydney is a Husky/Aussie mix and a bit of a pain in the butt with grooming! But, for Angelica, she was a proper lady and cooperative with her once I got her in the van. My last groomer charged way more and it looked he took her for a walk around the block when he was done. Sydney is soft, smells so good! Not over powering like some groomers with the perfume. This was Sydney’s first groom with this company and definitely not the last.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I was so beyond specific with what I wanted. I asked for a full face and body and for a puppy cut and she did whatever she wanted. I also provided her with about 10 picture examples. Also he didn’t have any mats because I spent days getting them all out so he wouldn’t have to be shaved short. Extremely upset. Gladys did a horrible job and doesn’t respect what the customer wants. Do not use this company if you have a poodle mix.

Todays grooming was done by Emily. She was early for the appointment and greeted us with a smile. After the grooming she went over everything done and I did not have to remind her of my 20 dollar discount. I wish she could be our permanent groomer!!! 10000/10

We had the best experience with Aussie Pet Mobile Grooming! Our groomer showed up 30 min early and handled our almost 15yr old pup with so much care. After being denied by our regular groomer because of his age, we were very happy to find a mobile groomer who can help in his old age. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with the care and patience that Ryan took to get to know both our dogs, as this was their first appointment. Their grooming is 5 Star and their comfort level is clearly off the charts! The pup that finished last headed back to the van with Ryan when she left, I think he was super comfortable in the van and in her presence! Truly outstanding service and we look forward to using them again!

our dog maximus had the 15 step spa and haley did a PHENOMENAL job! her knowledge and experience reflects her work and we are so happy with how max turned out. thank you so much haley and we will be picking up the dog dryer you recommended ;) we hope to see you soon again and max appreciates it as well! we know he has a lot of hair so hopefully the dryer next time around won’t be so much.

I'm late posting this review, because I just had a baby. My cat got groomed, and had a pretty severe cut. I took her to the vet and had panicked when they said the words "intubate," "emergency surgery," and "anesthesia". Yes- I was reimbursed. Despite my numerous requests to be contacted by management and the owner-- I never was. Even when I got my reimbursement check--the letter was not even signed. Seemed like they lack accountability and ownership of their problems. I get accidents happen. But you should have enough integrity to be heard by your customers. Update: Right after this happened, her health significantly declined. She passed away a few months after. No- I cannot say Aussie Pet Mobile caused my pet's death. But I also CAN say from that day on, it was a sudden rapid decline, and am told it could have been the trauma of her injury and surgery. And I CAN say she was perfectly healthy before this incident.

We have a 5 year old lab who sheds like a beast. I’ve bathed her at home up to this point, and decided to give Aussie a try. Our pooch had a double bath with shedding treatment, and wow what a difference! Our dog really liked the groomer before and after, and we really enjoyed the convenience of the service at our doorstep. It is expensive but worth it in my opinion.

We’ve used this company for a few years now and have always loved them. Until a new groomer came today. She asked what we wanted done today for our Aussie..”a shampoo and cut”? “No cut..she’s an Aussie. Just shampoo and thin the undercoat, please. You can trim only around her behind”. Needless to say, she came back in with a full cut. Her beautiful lion’s mane is gone. It is clear that she used trimmers around her face and body and from what I’m reading, it will never grow back the same again. I hope that isn’t true. Heart is broken. Before and after photos below.

Swindled. Almost $300 for a basic dog wash for my large breed. None of the included services were provided except a simple bath, pinpoint brush, and a nail trim (which the servicer made a note he wasn't charging me for even though it was supposed to be included). Basically I paid for services that were not provided. Management only provided to come try again.
