I recently went to LaserAway for fillers on my lips, cheeks, and nasolabial folds, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! 💕 From the moment I walked in, Grace, the manager, made me feel so comfortable — she is truly amazing and caring. Writing this review after spending over $5,000 on laser hair removal after 8 sessions body / 10 face + 4 ADDITIONAL sessions bought because "everyone is different and it might take more sessions". PLEASE do not come here, the lasers they use are a scam, their sales tactics are a scam, nothing here has worked and I have seen many others in similar situations. My hair is still growing at the same rate and thickness as it was prior to my 12 sessions! They try to gas light me into saying its "me and my hormones" and don't take any responsibility. You would think after spending so much money you would see SOME sort of results but nope! Hair is still growing at the same rate it was. On top of this you CANNOT get in with the availability pushed so far out that I cant get in every 6 weeks if I tried or wanted to. This is with booking in advance weeks prior. I've had multiple appointments cancelled on me due to scheduling or lasers not working, as well as moving my appointment time with out telling me. The front desk associates are extremely rude and off putting any time you call with questions or wanting to schedule. I've never experienced such terrible service, gas lighting, insincerity, fakeness after spending so much money on something before. Please take my review and run :)

The LaserAway experience after only four treatments has been amazing so far ,one of my favorite things about this entire experience is the amazing staff. The Director ,Grace is nothing but personable ,understanding and makes you feel very comfortable to ease every concern that you have prior to your appointment. The receptionist , Lindsay was also amazing with handling my appointment details and any payment discrepancies with the payment provider with ease and patience. Physician Assistants, Alyssa and Ashley were outstanding. They were able to make me feel extremely comfortable by explaining the process and letting me know the details of any post treatment requirements to ensure that I have a healing process that goes smoothly. Additionally, the pain process during the treatment is definitely manageable. A lot of the reviews I was reading prior from a laser experience has a lot to do with the type of machines that the laser location utilizes . LaserAway uses the best of the equipments that are able to target each and every skin tone. After only four treatments so far, I barely have any type of hair growth on my legs. I’m extremely happy with the process and I’m looking forward to the final outcome.
