Today, I enjoyed my wonderful experience at Kerry Med Spa. They never disappoint! I had two fantastic treatments. A detailed facial for 60 minutes with Katie. It was nice to know how my skin can become more radiant! The aromas and masks are very inticing. and gentle on my sensitive skin. Joe, the owner, performed the Dysport units. I love that I discovered this GEM in Tampa. I am happy and absolutely amazed! I first found 60 units of Dysport for $100 on Groupon. Stephanie, Joe , and Katie are amazing, and so is her dad. They also carry CBD products and provide other wonderful fantastic beauty treatments! VERY HAPPY with my beauty results! I had the facial first then the Dysporrunits as recommended. It's worth the trip to this beauty gem! They have a Mom's Day special, too!

On July 29, I went to the center to use the 120 units of Dysport I had purchased through Groupon. During the consultation, I was told that the amount was more than sufficient. However, 15 days later, I informed them that I was not satisfied with the results. They invited me back to the center, but insisted that the results looked great. (Yet, when I smiled, the lines around my eyes were very visible, and when I raised my eyebrows, the forehead lines were still very clear.) They then asked me to pay for an additional treatment, and I explained that I had already purchased 120 units of Dysport and would not pay anything extra. Eventually, they agreed to inject only 10 additional units for free — which they applied just around my eyes. Yes, you read that right, only 10 units :) It has now been 1 month and 3 days since the treatment, and there is absolutely no trace of Dysport on my forehead or between my brows. I will never be going back to this place again.

Well I was hoping to have found my place here in Tampa for all of my injections. Completely wrong. You couldn’t pay me to come back here. I have been getting Dysport since 2019, I just moved here to Tampa and have been looking for a new medical spa for Dysport and lip injections. I purchased 90 units from Groupon for Dysport to take care of my forehead, in between my brows, and a slight brow lift. This is MORE than enough units for this. I had this done 3 weeks ago and my injector at the time (female) told me if I had any movement in 2-3 weeks to come back and see her. In the past, I have never had to return due to continued movement. However, 3 weeks later I still had a lot of movement and made another appt to see what I thought would be her. I walk in and am greeted by a male I’ve never seen before. He’s running behind even though it’s a few minutes past my appt time. I wait patiently for him to finish. He brings me back and knows nothing about me. It’s like they had no notes and have never shared patients before (I’m an occupational therapist who shares patients all day and this baffled me). He immediately begins by saying he doesn’t know me, has never seen me, and asks if there were photos from last time. Shouldn’t HE know if there were photos??? Like I don’t know look in my chart?? He tries calling the other injector and again locates no before photos and at this point is making it seem like that’s MY fault. I’m immediately annoyed. He assesses my movement and is stunned how much movement I still have and immediately starts to make it seem like it’s my fault insinuating I HAD to of worked out or sweat. First, I don’t own a gym membership I rarely ever workout. Second, I’ve been getting dysport for years I know what not to do. He then says “we need to make a negotiation, because you used Groupon for your first visit and we already lost out on a lot of money from you”. My last injector told me to come back if there was still movement and said she would take care of it, which I explained. And he continued to lecture me that they already lost money, he isn’t sure why it didn’t work, and that he would offer a 1 time complimentary 30 units and that that was all he was willing to offer. His entire demeanor was confrontational from the start. I agreed to the 30 units. I told him that last time I remember when I got the injections with the female that it was more painful than I have previously experienced and he immediately got defensive about how my issues were not injector related. He said QUOTE “Could also be more painful when it’s that time of the month for you women, but I don’t know you would know more about that than me”. I COULDNT STAND HIM. He continued to lecture me out the door and I wish I slammed the door shut on my way out. I COULDNT IMAGINE speaking to my patients (customers) the way he spoke to me. I will never step foot in that place again. This is by far my worst experience in any medical/professional setting. Absolutely miserable. GO ANYWHERE ELSE
