Shopped around Tampa for a legitimate laser hair removal center for months until I finally found Carol. I have been going to her for the last 6 months and could not be happier with my results. She is so professional and attentive, I recommend her to all of my friends and family. Even if you just have questions, she is more than happy to take time out to see you or respond to your calls. THE BEST!

I highly recommend making an appointment with Caroll at Simply Smooth in Tampa. After many years of troubling skin problems, I started my first laser treatment about 2 years ago and the results have been amazing! Caroll has consistently been professional, warm, and making suggestions for which treatments will deliver the optimal results. Any questions I have before or after our appointment, she is attentive and reassuring. Carroll is the only person I will ever trust when it comes to cosmetic treatments, with true knowledge of every procedure and a passion for helping me gain confidence in my appearance. I am forever grateful!

I have had three treatments with Caroll for laser hair removal and already the results are amazing. The amount of hair has reduced dramatically, I rarely have to shave and the returning hair is soft and fine. Caroll is very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. She takes her time explaining the process and answering questions to make sure you are comfortable and informed. I am very happy I made the decision to start this process and even happier to have found Caroll. It has been a great experience and I highly recommend Caroll at Simply Smooth Laser Center to anyone looking for laser hair removal.

I have been a laser hair removal client of Caroll's for over a year and highly recommend her services. She is extremely knowledgable on the topic of hair removal as well as anti-aging treatments. The office is extremely clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. The treatments are very effective and the results impressive!!

Currently going through laser hair removal treatments with Carol at Castellano Cosmetic Surgery Center. Carol is both attentive and caring, she makes my experience enjoyable and comfortable each time I go for treatment. The rooms are always clean and have a great ambiance to them. I highly recommend Carol if you are thinking about laser hair removal.

I have been coming to Carol for almost a year now after switching from another provider. All I can say is wow. She takes her time and is very accommodating. I get hair removal on my entire body and the results since coming to her has been significantly better than who I went to in the past. Please do your research before making a decision on who you go to. It DOES make a difference.

I am so happy I finally decided to have laser hair removal. I started having my underarms treated and was so pleased with the results that I ended up adding on my bikini area and legs. Caroll has been wonderful explaining every step and making me feel comfortable. She is always on-time and personable. I would recommend Caroll to anyone looking for laser treatments.

Finally, I don't have to worry anymore about hairy or stubly legs anymore or EVER again! Getting laser hair removal has been one of the best things I've done for myself. So, two things about the treatment and Caroll. 1) It really works. Even after 3 sessions, I have significantly less hair on my legs, and I can even go for 2 weeks or more without shaving. It is kind of painful, but by the time the next session rolls around, all I'm thinking about is how much smoother my legs are going to be and that it's totally worth it. 2) Caroll is the best. Her office is immaculate, she's very sweet, she knows what she's talking about and has a lot of experience, she's very fast with the laser pulses so you don't suffer long, and she's very attentive about how you're doing both during the treatment sessions and afterwards. I had questions about some redness after the first treatment. Caroll called right back and reassured me that the redness was normal, and she even called back the following day to see how I was doing. I would have given a 6-star rating if I could. Life-changing and totally worth the investment of time and money!

Caroll is truly heaven sent. After a terrible micro blading experience, I suffered for 6 months of saline treatments in an attempt to remove the ink with zero success and terrible side effects. Then, I found Caroll. In just one laser session, she removed almost ALL of the ink! It literally disappeared instantly. It was nearly painless, I didn't lose ANY hair and I was able to resume all normal activities immediately. It was life changing. Not to mention, she made me feel 100% comfortable, answered all of my questions with patience and compassion and even allowed me to take a look after my treatment to be sure that I was satisfied. She's highly skilled, truly sweet and never once missed a spot. I went back in for one more tattoo removal session and once again had a perfect experience. I'm so thankful to have found Caroll and to have my own beautiful eyebrows back. I only wish I had found her sooner <3

Caroll Delo is simply a genius with laser and skin peels. I have been seeing her at this location for almost 18 months. I am currently 41; and people consistently mistake me for being in my late 20's early 30's. Her technique is great; and the results are even greater. I also find they are very willing to offer fair prices. You have to be careful with those Groupons as many of the laser techs are NOT qualified. Caroll is simply a notch above the rest. I highly recommend. I will not go anywhere else.

I would absolutely NOT go here. Do not waste your time. Do not waste your time going to a laser tech which will charge $50.00 just for a consultation, at which point she does nothing for you. If you’re a legitimate business you’ll charge $0 for a consultation. If I could I’d give ZERO stars I would. If you would like a recommendation from a Doctor that is the actual one doing the laser removal, I’d be more than happy to supply anyone with a name and address where to go. Follow up to the techs comment: My husband is a Doctor who told you what to do because your information was wrong and my case wasn’t complicated at all, it was just above your pay grade.

Special people come into our lives so that LIFE can be better. He is definitely one of them for me. My day to day life and routine was severely controlled by misformed brows. I spent excess time trying to manage them each morning to only need to obsess that they remained uninterrupted. She paired with a microblading specialist chsnged ny life. Words are never ample or adequate to express THANKS for the remarkable job he performed. Since that momentous occasion, I am full of confidence.

This review is solely based on my phone conversation. 50 dollars for a consultation if you dont schedule treatment. Sorry but your not the only game in town. There should be no cost for u to be able to get info and pricing. Also your website says complimentary.
