Had a great experience getting a chemical peel and a microdermabrasion. Kathy and team are very professional and are very knowledgeable of their industry. They have state of art technology in doing a skin assessment. Kathy assisted me with my current product usage giving honest opinion and advice. I'm fairly new to Florida and had not had any profession facial care in a couple of years. My skin is so smooth and feels so clean. I will continue to go to Cavi Med Spa for my facial needs and I highly recommend them.

I’m loving my results. Kathy is such a sweetheart. She made me feel very comfortable. I’ve had 6 sessions of the Cavi lipo targeting my mid section and I’m happy to say I’ve lost a few inches in one month. My mom and I have been coming to Cavi Spa for just over 3 years. We continue to do so, not just because their service is excellent, which it is, but also because of how they treat their clients. Once you get to know Kathy, the owner, you basically become part of the extended family. The staff is very profesional, they keep up and are always advancing with technology. They also recommend products and treatments that have always worked very well for us... we’ve had a very good and pleasant experience at Cavi Spa, and would definitely recommend it.

This place came highly recommended, and honestly was so glad I went. I was 2 weeks post-op after my bbl, and Kathy was a God send!! I had no idea this was what I needed, but my body was so angry after surgery, it was all knotted and sore. I was never explained that this was the norm, but I also did not want to stay “hard” as my post op body. You need to be doing this lymphatic massage WEEKLY after surgery to get your best results. I can tell you after the first one i IMMEDIATELY noticed a difference. We are now 2.5 months into this and I FEEL phenomenal. I hear I look great, too. But if you have had surgery, do yourself a favor and COMPLETE your journey. I promise you won’t be sorry. Otherwise it’s like getting your hair done once and never following up to get roots done. Sure, you might look ok for a minute, but your end result will not be what you are looking for. Thank you Kathy!!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I visited the spa to discuss skincare options and cavi treatments. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable in multiple skincare product lines. She took a lot of time to explain the ingredients and pros/cons of each one for my skin. I never felt any pressure to purchase goods or services. I decided to invest in a VI Peel and a few skincare products. I also took advantage of cavi treatments. I am very pleased with my experience and results!

I did not see results after first visit but I experienced weird headaches after and advised Kat who said that it wouldn’t me from her service. I requested a refund of a pre-paid visit, Kat ignored my calls, voicemails and emails for weeks. I finally spoke to Kat who advised that my money would not be refunded but i could purchase her products in which i was not interested in. I still have not received my refund of $120.

I purchased a series of 5 cavitation treatments on my midsection and I am so happy with the results! It was just what I needed to boost my goals and health. The treatment itself felt so good. It felt like a really good deep massage and it really got everything moving in my digestive system. Kathy was also so friendly and really made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Cavi Med Spa is definitely worth your attention! I had the most amazing experience here. I came in for my very first VI Face Peel and was a little nervous about the whole process but when I met Kathy who has many years of experience with this face peel had answered all my questions and concerns about the procedure. Kathy was also very gentle when she applied the peel and consistently asked if I was ok during the procedure which was very comforting to me. I absolutely love my results and I highly recommend this place . Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable . Thank you Kathy and staff for giving me a great experience ! This place was the greatest. After having an BBL and having to get 10 lymphatic drainage massages. Vicki the tech was the greatest. She took into consideration that my body was sore but still needed to get this fluid off. She noticed when I was more sore in one place then the other. Her self calming personality, very sweet and concerned about you as a person. Kathy is also great and welling to help you in any way she can. I will go back after my body heals. Thanks Cavi Med Spa

I don't know what compass Kathy uses to set prices for her products and services but it's not a moral one that's for sure. She charged me $175 ($108 at another local spa!!!!!) for a product that is set to expire by the beginning of September (less than 3 months) but she said the product will last me longer than that. So you want me to put an expired rx on my face?!?! (I didn't realize the expiration date until I spoke to the manufacturer - more on that below 🤣) After having immediate buyers remorse I called within an hour of leaving my appt and left a message (Tuesday). Unfortunately my call was not returned. I left another message on Friday requesting a call back. I then received a text referencing her 'no return policy'. She did offer an exchange for other services but at this point, no thank you. I already got scammed on the Groupon I purchased (full services of the groupon not rendered and no refund offered due to my skin's ineligibility and broken equipment in the office), I just wanted my money back. It took me actually getting the manufacturer involved for Kathy to finally agree to return the product. The manufacturer informed me the lot # for the product I purchased was made in August 2022 and has a 2 year shelf life. When I returned the product in person, I asked Kathy again how long it should last. Her answer? At least 3 months but usually longer. After that clarification, I told her to look at the product's expiration date. She then blamed the manufacturer and their ever changing sales reps for sending her products on the brink of expiration! Im glad in the end she did the right thing. But save yourself the money and headache. There's better spas in our area. Edit to respond to Kathy, the owner: -I almost recorded our in person conversation. Looks like I should have 🤣 -Yes, spa prices differ. But why do you charge $67 more than a salon down the road in Safety Harbor? -Your products are always fresh? Clearly not. What kind of licensed medical professional doesn't verify expiration dates? I didn't say it was currently expired. Work on your reading comprehension. -You did not return it so I could save money and use my insurance to purchase the active ingredient in a similar product through a dermatologist! You talked about a 'negotiator'? But you only finally agreed to return it after I got the manufacturer involved. I at least have texts with that wild nonsense. Maybe I should share those as my 'client pictures'. -You 1000% blamed the manufacturer (I won't name them because they're not the problem. YOU ARE). -As for Groupon, it states 'if you are ineligible, a refund will be provided', yet you didn't offer any refund?! -I get you're trying to defend yourself but my entire review is facts. This isn't an 'angry' review. It's an ACCURATE review. This entire situation is just so offputting. $67 more than the spa 5 miles away? COME ON.

Love the owner and her assistant! I have not been a believer in plastic surgery and really didn't think this lipo 360 would work for my stomach area after 2 c-sections to tighten up my skin and reduce my 'mom pouch ' but just after 2 treatments and good dieting I can see the difference! I had my first chemical peel at almost 49 and can see a good improvement in my skin! Looking forward to treating myself to the Vi Peel for my birthday. If I had more money to spare, I'd probably spend it here! Quality products and a genuine staff!

I am a lifetime weight watcher, work with a personal trainer and take my health seriously. As I approach 65, I wondered what else can I do to grow into senior life with finesse' and grace. I began searching the internet and came upon cavi-lipo and derma peels. Ahh, Something I would never give thought to years ago, now stuck in my head. Seaching further, I came upon Cavi Med Spa in Tampa. I filled out the questionere, Kathy responded promptly, and I quickly had an in-person consultation. Everything was explained to a tee, all questions answered. Best thing I have ever done just for ME!! First chemical peel treatments ever, and I am thrilled with the results. I just had treatment #3, My pores have gotten smaller, my sun spots have lightened, lines have diminished and my skin is smoother and brighter than ever before. I will definately be a IV derma customer long term. Kathy is a knowledgeable, caring person with a great personality, who treats you as an individual. The spa is so relaxing, immaculate, and appointment times are kept punctual. If customer service, professionalism and courtesy are important to you, I recommend Kathy and her staff, (Welcome Leah) with the utmost highest regard.

I found Cavi Med Spa after lots of online searching for lymphatic draining following an air sculpting procedure (lipo-lite). I felt overwhelmed by all the different information I was seeing online but felt instantly at ease after my consult at Cavi. So comfortable in fact that I booked half a dozen sessions with the massage and laser to assist in the healing and smoothing of my stomach. Everyone in the office was so friendly and invested in my results. Khloe is a magician with the laser and really honed in on the problem when one area drained better than another. She took into consideration my soreness while still managing to help me get the results I was looking for. The best part of the process was the end result but the worst part is not having an excuse to go back weekly! Cannot say enough about this place, its wonderful people and the various services they offer!

Wow. Love this place. I got a VIPeel and it was a great experience. The owner Kathy was very knowledgeable and a great listener. She has me on a treatment plan now to address my hyperpigmentation. What a beautiful treatment room! Vicki the esthetician somehow made my peel treatment a relaxing experience. Every step and detail was explained to me. Unfortunately had a negative experience here. I purchased a Groupon for derma-planing and they suggested that I instead do the Chemical Peel. Little did I know that I was gonna cost me $500 to do a peel. I was not told the price beforehand, I was just told to do the peel and that I’ll have better results (I didn’t look any different after the 2 week process). After paying, I called my actual dermatology office and several other derm offices inquiring about the cost of their peels and they all stated that their peels started at around $250! I paid double for the chemical peel at Cavi Med Spa done by an aesthetician. My PA at my derm office is the one that does the peel and doesn’t even charge that much. Overall, I’m disappointed at how overpriced this med spa is. I suggest inquiring at other locations before you come here. Also, Kathy has me read my voucher number from Groupon, which they redeemed before coming to my appointment. So now I’m in contact with Groupon trying to get a refund on an appointment that I cancelled ahead of time. The staff is nice but I felt scammed.

Cavi spa has such a warm inviting atmosphere! Unlike a lot of medical spas, the staff at Cavi will never leaving you feeling self conscious or rushed. My results from here have been astounding. All I can say is buyer beware. This is one of the most unethical medi-spas I've ever been to. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Let me start off by saying that I have been to this place two times prior to my visit yesterday. Both times I bought a groupon for a Vi Peel and it was honored. I bought another groupon for a Vi Peel and I went yesterday. I was told it would not be honored because it is one per customer. I informed her that I purchased two prior to this visit and it was honored both times. I also told her that if you've exceeded your maximum amount of groupon purchases, groupon will not let you purchase it again. I also followed up with a screen shot as proof. Kathy tried to use every excuse she could find not to honor the purchase. First she told me that the "doctor" wouldn't allow it. I asked her to call the "doctor," and it just so happens that the "doctor" is in Israel every time I come. I have yet to see this doctor, which leads me to believe that this business that provides services that need to be administered by a doctor is doing so illegally. This situation lead me to dig a bit deeper. I found out that they advertise services that they are not licensed to perform. I will not say that I have specifically seen them "provide" these unlicensed services, but they are advertised. Then Kathy told me that groupon wouldn't allow it. That is incorrect as well because I have bought the same groupon from other companies several times and they were honored. Kathy tried to blame everyone else instead of owning up and taking responsibility herself for the issue. What she could've done was taken the groupon this time and told me that she would not honor another one after this. I took time off of work to go there to have a quick chemical peel done and it was a waste. Also, one of her aestheticians was asking her what was going on in another language and she was responding back thinking I had no idea what they were talking about. Joke's on her, because I understood every word they said and it wasn't nice at all. I held my temper while dealing with her while I was at the medi-spa and I decided to handle it by filing complaints regarding several other serious events that took place yesterday with different state agencies that are currently investigating their business practices. I am not at liberty to disclose those events at this time because they are under investigation. I will post what those offenses were once the investigation is complete (which could take a considerable amount of time). Stay away from this place. It is absolutely not worth the hassle that I am currently going through.

Its been a little over a year that ive been with cavi med spa and it started out with the deal I got on groupon for the VI Peel, which I did research on and heard it was great for acne scars and hyperpigmented skin. I got my first peel done and my skin was great and glowing, then later on into the second peel, it left me with alot of hyperpigmentation and didnt remove any scars, the third peel which I got about 2 months ago BURNED MY CHEEK! To the extent where the skin resembled a carpet burn on my face. I contacted Kathy who just told me to put eucerin on it, which did nothing really, I ended up going to the emergency and had to get treated for a burn and prescribed silvadene to rapidly treat the burn and prevent it from getting infected. I regret every dime I spent after the first peel I got on groupon, waste of over $700 which includes the peels and products I bought. She then wanted me to come in and get a microdermabrasion treatment after the peel which she wanted me to pay $50 for after I wasted $210 on a peel that landed me in the hospital. I am still trying to treat the hypergimentation and scarring from this VI Peel, It is taking time but its coming along slowly. If you are someone with SENSITIVE or MELANIN ENRICHED SKIN, BEWARD AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!
