I have been going to Lindsey for years and could not be happier with her. She is so talented and very detail oriented and thorough. She explains things well and never overdoes anything. She is the best. Faces is very organized with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

I wanted to publicly express my significant dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this establishment. While I generally refrain from writing negative reviews, the issues I encountered warrant this feedback. I traveled from Pinellas county for an appointment that was scheduled for 10:30am, but I was not seen until 11am, which indicates a disregard for patient time. Initially, I intended to have a laser procedure, but I was advised that Morpheus would better address my specific skin concerns. The numbing process lasted a maximum of 15 minutes. When I questioned this short duration, especially compared to other clinics where I've experienced at least 45 minutes of numbing, I was told that this facility uses the strongest numbing cream available and that 15 minutes is its peak effectiveness. This explanation was unconvincing and raised concerns about the efficacy of the numbing applied. Furthermore, the Morpheus procedure itself only took about 10 minutes. Upon reflection, it appears that not all areas of my face were treated evenly, which is concerning for the overall outcome. After my procedure was completed, I took a quick glance into the waiting room and noticed several patients waiting to be seen. This observation only substantiated my initial thought that Faces of South Tampa is attempting to accommodate as many patients as possible and treat them quickly, seemingly without proper regard for patient experience or treatment outcomes. I have visited many medspas in the past and have had positive experiences; however, this visit has unfortunately been one of the most disappointing and anticlimactic experiences I have ever encountered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment at all.

I do not trust anyone else but Jennifer for Botox and filler. I moved back north but still come to see her when I am in town. She is the best at what she does and I would highly recommend her especially if, like me, you tend to be anxious regarding these procedures. She has a great bedside manner and I am always happy with the result. Best of all, I have never had any bruising.

I have been going to Nicole for 14 years! She has an amazing touch. Nicole listens to her patient’s concerns and applies her knowledge to give one a very natural look. She practices her art for cosmetic beauty with precision. Nicole is also available should you have any questions or concerns. I think 14 years speaks for itself!

I am a first time client of Faces and had an excellent experience with Berkeley . My fear is that I get too much Botox and look fake.She was keenly aware of making sure my look is natural . Her approach is more conservative . I appreciate that. Oh, I did not feel a thing. She was super gentle!

Nicole is absolutely amazing!!! Extremely talented. She used very little product and somehow completely erased my forehead wrinkles and the 11. Also, she dissolved my migrated lip filler just right: so that the volume stayed in the lips and not around them. I am so happy I found her and will be coming back.

If you have the chance, book with Najah. I 100% trust her with all of my filler and Botox needs. I have been going to her for years and she helped me dissolve bad, overfilled lips that I had gotten from somewhere else and was able to give me the look that I wanted. She is very educated and well trained in what she does and is always open and honest about what she thinks would be the best treatment to get the results I am looking for. I travel across the country to see her and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. 10/10

Absolutely love this place! The staff is always so helpful and kind. Amanda Copenhaver is literally like a fairy godmother! Between my lashes and facials she keeps me feeling beautiful and my skin glowing and rejuvenated! She is very knowledgeable about her work and always a pleasure to see. Definitely recommend !

Katrina is an amazing! She is a true professional who takes time to discuss each procedure and product with her patients and listens to their concerns and expectations. Her work is the best that I have ever seen, she is an artist with fillers and when it comes to lip enhancement her results are natural and simply perfect. She came highly recommended from an area plastic surgeon, so when my loved one decided on lip fillers, there was not a question who to use. Katrina used a very natural filler that looked great, however, when we desired more she changed the filler and had us return over several weeks to layer the filler to give the desired result without overfilling. The results are beautiful. My husband is dentist and much of his practice focuses on aesthetic dentistry. I just got back from my first Botox treatment with Caitlin and she was absolutely fantastic!! She made me feel comfortable and addressed my problem areas. I went to faces of south Tampa to get lip fillers for the first time. I have to say Jen made me feel so comfortable in her chair. During our consultation she could literally read my mind on what I wanted as I was trying to explain. Her suggestions also assured me that she knew what she was doing and made me feel even more comfortable. My lips look super natural, not at all duck looking, and everything I wanted. Jen definitely earned my trust

I had been searching for a few years and researching about lip fillers and had scared myself silly. I was recommended this place by a few people and decided to make the jump. I had Botox and lip fillers (juvederm) with Katrina. It was the best decision I’ve ever made for my self confidence. Don’t worry about looking fake or having bad results because she goes over everything with you and goes as minimal as you want for best results. I’ve been twice and she is a true artist and can assess your face and work with what God gave you and just makes it better! The subtle changes to my face has made me so much happier. The prices are also affordable, especially for the Tampa Bay Area and being on Bayshore! The staff here makes you so comfortable and welcoming. Also very knowledgeable, which puts me at so much ease! I can’t wait for their Christmas specials to buy something for myself and my friends. Can’t get better than Katrina! Thank you!

Amanda Copenhaver is the best aesthetician! She’s been doing my lashes for 5 years, and she’s always consistent with her services, and she gives you exactly the look that you want. I’ve also had several other services from her, including facials. The hydrafacial was my favorite and left my skin feeling hydrated, smooth, and glowing. Amanda is personable & professional, and I always know I can expect the best from her! Scheduling online is easy, and I look forward to every visit that I have at Faces.

I love this place so much! Amanda does my eyelashes ever 3 weeks. She is amazing and very professional. She has given me so many pointers on things to do for my skin and how to keep me looking younger for longer. I would recommend this place, and especially Amanda, to anyone.

The staff is very professional and my appointments were always on time. If I had a question or concern, someone always got back to me right away and would see me as soon as possible. I was very nervous about getting "work" done, but Katrina very quickly put my mind at ease! She is extremely professional, gentle and a perfectionist! She listens to you and makes recommendations based on your beauty needs. Besides BOTOX, Katrina noticed that, overtime, under my eyes continued to darken. She recommended tear trough filler and the results were remarkable! It was immediately noticeable! I couldn't be happier with her work and I always know I'm going to get great results!

Faces is a great place to go for a variety of treatments. I followed Kate there from her last place years ago. She is an artist and I love how she is conservative and strives to give a really natural look instead of just caring about selling product. She is highly trained and always up to date on new products and procedures. Brad, an esthetician there does great micro-needling and facials. Can't recommend Faces enough...

Awesome. The place where I got the procedure done was in a restored mansion. It is absolutely beautiful & grandiose. Jennifer Puleo, she is absolutely the best and did the job properly. I'm going back to her pretty soon for fillers. I was paranoid about finding a proper injector who can do it properly. So look for someone who injects every day & has done it for a number of years like Jennifer has. You will not go wrong.

I can not recommend Caitlin enough! This was my first visit ever to a medispa and Caitlin was just as excited for me as I was for my first visit! From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted with a friendly face ( he was wearing his mask too :) ) and had a virtually no waiting time. Caitlin was able to squeeze me in last minute and give me exactly what I wanted! Thank you, thank you Faces of Tampa, I will be back!

This place was amazing. And Caitlin was absolutely fantastic. She explained exactly what she was doing and what to expect. I’d never had Botox before so I was really nervous about it looking weird. I’m 2 weeks out now and obsessed with how well it turned out! If you’re looking around, reading reviews and trying to decide on a place to have your Botox done, your search can end here! I haven’t gotten any procedures done here. I came twice to buy some skinceuticals products because they are a flagship store for them. Warning to anyone looking to buy these products from them- if it isn’t one of the major sellers like triple lipid or a vitamin c, a lot of their stuff is way past shelf life. They were having by a great sale, but it’s not worth if the products have been sitting on the self for over 3 years. The first time I ordered over $1000 worth of stuff. Only two products were past, one was Silymarin with expired 8 months prior to purchase. And the product was 5 years old. They did exchange it for me and let me make sure it was fresh. The second time I bought three products, one was over 8 years old and the other was about a month past 3 years- these I had ordered to my house. But had to drive back there to try to exchange (like an hour away). When I got there after having called ahead, they were a bit rude about it. They didn’t have any fresher versions of the two I wanted. I was not offered a refund after asking. I was told to email the owner with no resolution offered other than and wait and see. I really didn’t want to have to go through the process of arguing with the owner then having to drive back up there again for a refund. So I just grabbed a completely different product- not the one I wanted. It’s disappointing being they are a flagship store for the brand. It’s further disappointing they aren’t in better communication with their distributor Or whomever they get their product from. Cosmetics and skincare have a 3 year shelf life if there’s no expiration date. Longer than that is anyone’s guess as to the efficacy and safety. They tried to convince me this didn’t matter but as a store reprise ting one of the most major medical skincare brand out there I figure basic knowledge like this should be something they know about. And at the very least, they should be able to offer refunds. They don’t stand behind their product.

This place is awesome. I was very impressed from the second I pulled up. The entire staff is amazing! I 2 weeks prior has lip injections that I was terribly disappointed in. Faces listened to all my concerns. They spent a lot of time with me. I am so happy. And you can. Actually tell my lips are fuller. I will never go anywhere else except faces!!!

Elzbieta is the guru of skincare! She is always studying the latest and greatest science and technology in skin care and in my opinion is the most knowledgeable esthetician in Tampa. Big warning not to buy obagi products here. I got vitamin C serum that was dark orange. I returned for a new one that was still dark in color. I thought the color and smell was odd so I contacted obagi directly and gave them the lot number. Obagi told me it expired in feb 2022 it is now December 2023…. I can’t believe this. Obagi even had me give them the address of who gave this to me as the Sales rep should be switching things out regularly and this isn’t ok. When I was retuning and talking to them about this they tried to convince me the color is ok and there is no way expiration date. I called obagi again they told me this is false it should not be dark orange and that the expiration date related to the lot number is when you should use it by as the ingredients become ineffective . They are selling products that expired in 2022. I had three products that were expired in feb of 2022. Obagi’s customer services words : “do not put this on your face and return immediately!” They even offered to put this in words for me in an email. The man that worked there kept telling me it’s because I looked it up in the obagi app and it’s not actually 2 years past expiration. I did not do this I called obagi directly and they told me he is wrong it is two years expired and that the sales rep will be talked to. If you get a product here make sure to use the lot number provided on the bottle and call customer service of the brand to inquire.

I am a woman of color who experiences hyperpigmentation and discoloration due to years of frequent breakouts and Brad has helped my skin so much since I started seeing him. He is literally the best and knowledgeable about all skin tones, which is a plus. Brad gave me a honest and incredibly helpful assessment and plan for my acne, facial discoloration, and scarring. He was also able to fit me in for a facial and my face has never felt better. I will definitely return when I am back in town. Thank you!

I had a brow and upper lip wax. It went well when I was in the office but when I got home I realized that the aesthetician had left quite a bit of hair on my upper lip. My brows were red and inflamed where she had waxed and my left eyelid became infected and painful. I will not go back.

Schedule an appointment same day, although I did arrive late I called and let them know my timeframe and it was approved. Arrived at the office and was told I was not able to be treated. As a medical professional myself, I would never handle a patient this way. My best advice is to seek treatment elsewhere

Well I’ve been calling trying to get ahold of someone. Why it takes 3 calls to get someone to answer the phone I have no clue still got no answer. My injector Najah moved here so I was calling to get some info and thus far I’m not happy with the fact that the “best med spa in south Tampa” doesn’t have someone to answer the phone line lol still never got anyone to answer the phone
