I went here with a friend to get Botox and to possibly get lip filler a few months ago. I viewed the website several times and was interested in the membership that included a hydra facial monthly.
1. The “owner” was 20 minutes late, complained the whole time about owning two businesses, and rudely talked to his female office manager saying the spa no longer does the memberships that include a hydra facial at all, despite it being on the website and signs in the lobby.
2. He bruised my face injecting me because he wanted $900 for 50 units at first. We negotiated to $500 for just the nose and forehead. My face, and my friends face, was bruised for a week.
3. He talked my friend out of getting lip filler? (She could use some, y’all!) because he clearly doesn’t know how to object lips. He pushed a “new lipgloss plumper” on us that we both hated.
4. The office manager was very sweet, educated us on all questions we had, and remained professional the entire time she was rudely interrupted, cut off, and demeaned by her “boss”.
5. The entire time we were in the office, he bragged about Lakeland regional trying to buy his practice? But not the med spa? Bro I truly do NOT care. Just perform the task I’m paying you to do, that you advertise repeatedly, but now don’t claim to do??
I wouldn’t go here and I feel bad for whatever NPs take a position here because I can tell that he won’t pay them right. He’s rude, doesn’t know what he’s doing, and is clearly too proud to admit and try to learn better. Save your dollars. Drive to Tampa and get injected by someone who knows what they’re doing and doesn’t degrade a female in front of the two females waiting for his services.

Very clean area, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Top notch equipment. Will be back here for laser treatments, Morpheus 8, and Botox.
I've been going to see Jace for laser hair removal. She's absolutely fantastic. Very comfortable and accommodating. The spa is super cute and everyone akways so nice. It's a great experience everytime.
Venetian Med Spa is a perfect place to be pampered. Here, customer service is healthy, alive and vital. The facility is sophisticated, spotlessly clean, yet light hearted. The staff was extremely welcoming and wonderful. Had a facial with Alexis and cannot say enough good things about the experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and the service was more than relaxing! I left with the best feeling skin and cannot wait to book my next service. The new space is also gorgeous and inviting! I would most definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Can't wait to book again.
I was actually Venetian Spa's first client! I have been overwhelmingly pleased with every service that I have received. I cannot say enough about how wonderful each of the staff is, very friendly and caring. Z has performed all the services that I have received. She is very honest; she will not try to talk you into getting a procedure just in the interest of making money. This was my first visit to Venetian Medical Spa for a deep facial. I am a skeptic due to the fact that I worked in the medical field for many years and my best friend is one of New York City's Chief Dermatologist. Nonetheless I was pleasantly surprised and enthused to have found Lakeland's best kept secret, Venetian Medical Spa and Aesthetic Surgery. Their esthetician, Veronica went above and beyond her duty to exceed my expectations. This native New Yorker has found her "go to" rejuvenation haven.
Jace is amazing. I have seen her 3 times for hair removal. We have great conversation and I am seeing amazing results. She makes the whole body hair removal very easy and comfortable. 10/10
Venetian Med Spa made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. The staff is very friendly and the Spa is BEAUTIFUL. They have paid attention to every detail in this Spa, down to the robe and slippers!! They made sure my spa experience was the best. Every experience I’ve had at Venetian has been absolutely amazing! I usually come in to do my hydrafacials with Nicole. She is so welcoming and knowledgeable! She talks you through the entire process and truly makes it the most relaxing experience ever. Last month I took a risk and got lip filler with Zhanna and I have 0 regrets! Zhanna made sure to comfort me throughout the entire process, a month later and I’m thrilled with my results, I wouldn’t recommend any other medical spa to my friends or family!
I had Morpheus8 at Venetian Medical Spa by Alexis. It was amazing and so is Alexis. All the staff at Venetian are friendly and they treat you like family.
I did micro needling w/Dr Torres and he was amazing. The facility is welcoming , soothing , relaxing and calm. The staff is very knowledgeable about different skin types/conditions and their recommendations. I am excited about my facial journey with Venetian , the road to clear skin.
I made an appointment, had my consultation then paid $100 for the “free” consultation to get labs. Once all of that was done my appointment was cancelled and never rescheduled. I called back but have yet to been seen to start my treatment. I feel like I waisted money and could’ve went somewhere else.
Just what my skin needed. I got a lunch hour special facial, with my most favorite aesthetician Veronica. She is very thorough, remembered what my skin needs, is very informed and easy to understand. I'm a client for life.

I came in for my 2nd syringe by dr Torres he did so good and he was so gentle and spoke to me through out my appointment . The front desk girls are so nice. If you are looking for a good medical spa you’re in the right spot.

Super nice staff and the environment is very clean and organized. I got the IPL and some other things done and the Nurse Practitioner was amazing! All the aestheticians are amazing as well!
