Have been to Happy Feet several times but today topped the cake! I was sent back with a nice lady dressed in street clothes. A T-shirt and leggings. The rest of the staff seemed to have some sort of uniform. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing, was confused when I asked her for a bin to put my clothes in. She started my foot massage and another lady walked in that works there and the two started arguing about something I couldn’t understand the language. One sort of pushed the other as she tried to open the door. This went on for a good five minutes on my watch! When the lady left my Massage resumed. It was nothing like I’d had before. The reflexology was nothing but rubbing my feet she got to one leg and left the other one out. There was absolutely nothing to my neck and scalp, and I had to ask her to do my arms and hand. I feel like it was somebody’s family member that came in to help because they were short of staff. She 100% was not a Registered masseuse. When she asked me to turn over, the bed was elevated at the head. I told her I couldn’t lay on it like that and she didn’t know how to lower the bed. Then she gave me a pillow for my head. I told her there’s usually a hole to put your face in, and she started digging around the blankets till she found it. I was so ready to get out of there by the time it was over. There was also a lot of slamming and talking loud in the hallway and other rooms. Staff doesn’t respect the customer wanting to relax in silence. Also had a headache when I left from all the Glade plug-ins! Far from good!

Normally would have given a 4-5 star for the service because in the past I have loved the entire experience but the recent visit not so much. Steven was great. Highly recommend, The fault was with the facility, down the massage room hallway and the bathroom, had a horrible odor. Like cat pee. It was not in the foot spa area but on the other side. It was really bad.

I have been here many times for s chair massage and it is always excellent. I am usually a walk-in, so I have had many different therapists. They are all skilled and excellent, and I enjoy the slight differences in their techniques. I highly recommend Happy Feet and hope to try other services soon.

I went into this experiencing not realizing how badly my feet hurt. I do bartend and I work in a place that doesn’t even give us bar mats!! Hard tile floor (and im old.lol) my pain specialist actually recommended this… Having this new location close to where I live. I decided to give this a shot with the discounted price, especially… The salon is absolutely gorgeous! It really is a spa as opposed to what you would think of a HAPPY FEET store… I left the experience not realizing what was different until I realized I basically couldn’t feel from my knees down and it wasn’t because there was anything wrong. It was because I wasn’t feeling pain for the first time in years… very, very relaxing atmosphere very very clean. I would highly recommend anyone at least give this place a shot.!!

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with hot oil and stone therapy here. When I entered my body ached all over. When I left, I didn’t have one I felt fabulous.It was absolutely the best massage of my entire life. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another massage place again on vacation or anywhere else. The massage was great but they had these plug in air fresheners as soon as I walked in ( which are poison ) I wanted my feet and neck and shoulders but had to pay extra for a private massage so I wouldn't be near the air fresheners. This is a sketchy place. BE CAREFUL. They have no idea what a massage is. No robes are provided. No explanation of what they are going to do. No introduction. If you ask, they follow a script and no matter how you ask, they would repeat the same words. Very scary. Do youtself a favor and don't ho to this place.
