I was on a meditation retreat in Marco Island when two of my nails broke, and honestly, I was so bummed since I wasn’t anywhere near my regular salon. I did a quick search and found this spa, and wow—I’m so glad I did! They got me in right away and completely saved the day. The vibe inside is so calming and relaxing, which was perfect because I was already in that “retreat” mindset. Everyone was super professional but also really warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The salon is clean, beautiful, and has that spa-like atmosphere that makes you want to just sit back and breathe. The tech who helped me was amazing—so gentle, detailed, and made my nails look perfect again. Honestly, you’d never know they were broken. I really appreciated how quickly they took care of me and how much care they put into the work. On top of that, the prices are super reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and the relaxing environment. I left feeling not only relieved but also pampered—it turned what started as a stressful little nail emergency into one of the best parts of my trip. If you’re in Marco Island and need a nail spot, whether it’s for a quick fix or a full spa day, this place is a total gem. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at Marco Island Nails & Spa and everything was perfect! I had a dip manicure and gel pedicure done by Tina. The spa was clean and relaxing, not overly crowded like other nail salons on the island. Tina took her time and did a great job she was even able to include a spring design I requested. I love my nails and I will be coming back.

Went there for the first time today since my nail girl just moved to this salon. It’s by far the best on the island. They take their time with their clients, there’s spa music playing so it’s very relaxing. It’s so light and bright and very clean. Their polishes are also newer. So glad I went!

What a great experience ever. I never have one manicure or pedicure in my entire life. Lili did a great job. I chose the coastal breeze for my pedicure they have 4 different kind of gel to massage and soothing my skin alot way better. She made me nap like whole time cause the whole process feel like heaven. Furthermore with the manicure, me as a male I only need glossing nail color and Maria did a good job in cut & clean my whole nail gorgeous. Promise to visit back soon. I recommend this place

I came to Marco Island nails and spa for a wax and manicure during vacation. No wait times, they fit me right in. Both the owner (forgot her name) and Tina Tran are SO kind and pleasant and hospitable. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. All the staff were smiling and happy. And I feel that put all the customers in a good mood too. Lots of regulars- again, staff is so kind!! I'm so happy with my services. If im in the area again I will be stopping by. Thank you from Rhode Island !!

Marco Island Nails and Spa is a great place to get a manicure, pedicure done. Very clean, great color choices. Surprisingly, there were lots of little girls here with their Moms. Wonderful place for a Mom , Grandma, Daughter day. My Granddaughter really enjoyed her pampering session. Reasonably priced, many options, easy access. We had a great time.

We had a great experience at this salon and will definitely return! We came to the salon as walk-ins for my mother in law and myself. Their schedule was already a bit full so I said I would just hang out so my mother in law could get hers done. They made me very comfortable so I could still spend time with her even though they didn't think they were getting business from me specifically, and then when they had a cancellation they were able to get my pedicure done afterall. It is very obvious that they do not over schedule themselves so that they can focus on the quality of their services and the environment was so comfortable and welcoming. I got the basic pedicure with gel polish and the owner is the one that did it and she was very attentive and took her time to do it really well, even applying an extra coat so the dark color would really show. Several local ladies came in that said it is the best salon on the island!

This was a really nice salon. I would definitely utilize their services again if I lived in the area. The salon is very clean! The staff all seem to be quite friendly and accommodating. And just to add an off topic note; I noticed that the ladies working this morning all seem to be so considerate of one another. I loved seeing that!

Q gave me the best facial i’ve ever had! She has a very gentle touch and makes the experience very relaxing. The results from the facial and dermaplaning are incredible. i also got a pedicure…same…very relaxing. I will definitely book an appointment with her the next time we come to Marco.

Had such a lovely experience today! Came in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. It was super clean and tidy and everyone was very friendly. I showed them a photo of what I was going for and I would say it was matched exactly! The girl doing my nails (didn’t get her name) was very attentive and did a wonderful job making my nails look clean and tidy. Very very pleased with my service today. Thank you very much!

My husband and I each had separate 90-minute massages while on vacation, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and professional. Both of our massage therapists were excellent, checking in regularly to make sure the pressure was just right and creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere throughout. Outstanding nail salon!! I walked in and had the pleasure of meeting Helen. She was AMAZING! I had a French gel manicure. Stunning! The atmosphere was so relaxing and not crazy. You didn’t feel like they were rushing to get your nails done. Your time spent there is truly all about you. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the salon. Within a few hours, I brought my traveling friend to get her nails done!! Beautiful job! Believe it or not, we called later in the same day to make an appointment for two pedicures. We both had the lavender lagoon pedicure. It was so relaxing. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Ladies, you will not be disappointed going to the Marco Island Nails & Spa!!!! We will be vacationing here next year as well, and this will be our first stop when we arrive!!!!

Legitimately no lie, this is THE best salon I have ever been to. The customer service here is some of the best I have ever received, Debbie is amazing and so sweet!! I got a gel mani and pedi with exfoliation and massage, she made sure that I had the most relaxing manicure and pedicure and my nails came out beautiful. I had an extremely pleasant experience my first time, that I scheduled a facial for the next day with Debbie and that was just as relaxing and wonderful as I expected. She even waxed my brows, they came out so good and I don’t trust anybody to touch my eyebrows! I’m not a Marco Island or FL resident, I flew in from NY to visit for a few days and I can’t say that I’ve been to a salon like this one before. I can’t even compare this salon to the ones that I have been to in the Hamptons. This salon is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend this place to anyone that’s in the area or visiting from far away, if I come back to Marco Island I will be visiting this salon again no doubt ☺️♥️

The owner, my stylist, Q, was absolutely wonderful! She was welcoming, friendly, kind, considerate, and thankful. I had brought my 4.5 year old daughter with me and it was her first time getting a professional mani/pedi. She loved it! Her stylist was Helen who was also very kind, friendly and accommodating. The salon is in a great location - extremely clean and organized, also. Prices are reasonable and the booking process was very easy. Highly, highly recommend!

I visited Marco Island Nails & Spa while on vacation in February 2024. Making the appointment was easy and they were very accommodating. I went for a pedicure along with my boyfriend’s mom. Tina and Susan took very good care of us! They were both so nice. The spa itself was very clean and inviting. The massage chairs are wonderful and they made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Tina and Susan did a great job on our pedicures. I had no chipping of my gel polish at all for over a month, and if my nails didn’t grow so fast it could have stayed a lot longer! My boyfriend had a separate appointment with Tina for a massage and he said he really enjoyed the massage and Tina did a good job of making him comfortable and relaxed. We will definitely book again at Marco Island Nails & Spa!

I came in for a pedicure and manicure, and the care she put into her work was truly exceptional. She paid close attention to every detail, making sure my nails were perfectly shaped, clean, and polished to a stunning glossy shine. My husband had a full body massage and a pedicure. I had manicure with a design and a pedicure. 5* all around. Customer service is above and beyond. My husband said the massage was excellent. He laughed about the pedicure because "she even put my shoes on" he said it was the best pedicure he has had to date. I love my nails. Perfect in every way.

This was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had! I was staying at the Hilton and while there was a spa on site, we decided to go where there were all 5 star reviews and we were not disappointed. They took their time with us, didn’t rush the process and I can honestly say that the service and customer service experience was better than what I’ve received at high end hotels like the Ritz Carlton. If you want a relaxing experience and a superior pedicure, go here!

Today I had a 90 minute massage with Elena! It was the best massage that I have had. She targeted areas that were needed with just the right amount of pressure. She did not rush any areas. Elena also used hot stones on my back which felt wonderful. My body felt relaxed and my pain was gone. I will definitely go back and have Elena for another massage before heading back north. Thank you for a 5 star experience!

Super expensive spot in Marcos Island. Paid nearly 500 dollars for 6 pedicures. It wasn’t relaxing and the nail tech actually completely ripped off one of our parties entire toe nail. They had a problem with their chip reader, tap to pay and kept telling me to go to an ATM to get 500 cash. Which isn’t even possible. Somehow their machine started working when I told them I couldn’t get cash. Just a sketchy not pleasant experience all around.

Q and Tom are the owners and they are so warm and welcoming when you arrive. This is a great and relaxing place to have your nails done and facials, etc. Everyone is very good at whichever service they provide. I found this gem in the spring and I haven't gone anywhere else since. Try this salon. You'll be happy you did.

We have been going. to Marco Island Nails and Spa since they opened. A beautiful, very relaxing environment, expert massage and nail, facial care. My husband and I have been taken care of with great, gentle, loving and expert care and special consideration for our elder state of life.. Today, Q took care of a maddening split of a little middle toe that split lengthwise to the cuticle. Oh, the pain! But she had a great and painless remedy, sent me on my way with a lovely build on my nail. She is a very lovely and caring young lady, the owner of Marco Island Nails & Spa. All of her workers are very friendly and happy to be there too. You’ll not be disappointed, try them and you’ll be as pleased as we are, we are locals and know our way around!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Came in for a girl’s day with my MIL and Step-mom - I had a mani, pedi and a massage. They had manis, pedis and facials. The massage therapist was quite knowledgeable and gave one of the best massages I’ve had quite a long time. The nail techs were kind, great and friendly. Had other family come in and had to go back a week later! Received a second massage (because she was THAT good) and a facial myself. Phenomal! The facility was clean, everyone was attentive and friendly. It was a great shop!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! This salon is clean, calming, and offers so many services! I went with a friend (who was secretly about to get engaged!) and the owner did her nails beautifully! The nail technician I had, I unfortunately forget her name, was so thorough and helped me decide on a color. It was one of the best manicures ever to be quite honest. What a wonderful nail salon in a great location by Marco Walk Shops! Kieu and her team were kind, professional, and have superb nail skills! The attention to detail was impressive. The salon itself is very bright and clean! Kieu and Helen did an excellent job with the pedicures for myself and my two daughters. They created the style they asked for and were so good with them! Very relaxing and enjoyable experience! This will be our go to spot from now on for our nails! Thank you again!

Clean, bright, relaxing and good conversation, as well as a a wonderful mani/pedi! Tina was wonderful!! Helen was also great. If I lived on Marco Island, this would be my go-to salon. We will definitely be back on our next trip here.

I highly recommend Marco Island Nails & Spa. While on vacation in May 2024, I was easily able to book an appointment. The owner, Kieu, is attentive, friendly, accommodating and very kind. She and nail specialist, Helen, are absolutely delightful. If I lived in the area I would see them regularly! The salon is clean, peaceful and has such a nice calm vibe. This nail salon is the best I have ever visited. Q spends a lot of time on the manicure and pedicure taking care of every last detail. The salon is beautiful, and the music is very relaxing and the customer service is fantastic. Also, there is tons of parking! just south of the intersection of Collier and Winterberry.

Helen was a life saver. She and Q were so accommodating. I had a very bad experience back home and Helen was gentle and meticulous in fixing what had been done prior. I wish I had a before and after! The place is very clean and nicely decorated. You feel very relaxed and can tell that care has been put into everything they do. I can't imagine going anywhere else while you're here.

The spa was conveniently located across from the Hilton - it was a quick, easy walk over. I initially went over for a wax and they were able to get me in same day! I then scheduled for a mani/pedi - Q was more then accommodating, she scheduled me extra early at my request. She did an amazing job and I love my vaca nails.
