We have been using Radiant Technology for several years. Ron, Michael and Anthony are great! Very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. They are able to quickly resolve issues remotely rather than having to come in to our office. I’ve never waited more than just a few hours for them to resolve any issue that I’ve had. If it’s an emergency issue, they handle it pretty much immediately. We recently had Anthony and Michael come in to set up a small huddle room with a big screen TV, camera, MacMini, etc. They work really officially. We love our new setup!
