I had my insurance with another agency and my agent retired. My insurance hadn't been updated in over a year. I requested Marty to review the business insurance, workers compensation, auto, and Liability insurance. Marty spent the better part of a day understanding the business, employees and auto usage. She determined that our business had changed substantially since the last policy was written. The revenues had doubled, the number of employees had grown, the vehicles were refreshed the building was renovated and the inventory on hand had increased. In order to mitigate the increase in premiums she shopped the insurance with several highly rated insurance companies. She was able to offer me much higher insurance coverage at modest insurance premium increases. Marty and her staff are very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them for your commercial insurance needs

I had used Trout and Leigh for approximately 9 years for both home and auto insurance. Over the years it has become harder and harder to get in touch via phone with them usually having to leave a message and still try calling back another day. A few months ago I recieved an email requesting I sign a power of attorney for home insurance. This was not discussed with me prior to the random email from an unknown employee. When I emailed and asked about the power of attorney I recieved a copy and paste email response. The level of customer service is disappointing and the expectation seems to be too keep things as status quo as possible. On the few occasions I spoke with Marty she was a wonderful help in getting me documents in a timely manner.

Michelle Woodham and Trout and Leigh have been FANTASTIC! I called to get insurance quotes on a new home we are purchasing. Wishing 2-3 hours Michelle provided quotes from multiple companies and also gave quotes for multiple deductible options for each so I could compare and make the best choice for me. She responded quickly to any questions we had. Michelle was not at all pushy and gave recommendations based on what she would do for her home, not based on the highest premium. Once we made our decision, she provided the necessary information to the mortgage company.
