Another great job! Thank you Shane for the trim out on this half bath for my MIL. She won’t have to climb the stairs anymore. Looking forward to the trim out for the final on the kitchen. Always courteous and helpful.

My installer Shane did a great job and kept me informed throughout the installation of a new Siemens Tankless water heaters. He also used his fellow workers knowledge and experience to trouble shoot a problem inherent with tankless units. Water pressure, water flow rates, temperature setting on unit. Shower vs sink heating and variables.

Plumbers called to repair a bidet. Upon arrival, it was evident that they knew little or nothing about bidets other than how to stick their hands in to see if there was an obstruction. They were here less than 30 minutes or so and charged $208.50.

It was more money than we anticipated as our friends just had their expansion tank replaced by the same company a few months back and they did not pay what we paid today.
