Over the holidays I've done a lot of manual labor. This morning I woke up with back muscle pain. I Google therapy company's open near my house. I came across NY foot and body. There reviews where great. So I booked the first opening! I arrived early, as you never know with traffic. I was warmly greated and taken back right away. I advised I needed neck and back attention. Lisa was my therapist. Wow did she hear and listen to my body. I had so many lumps and knots in my back. When my hour was up, I could move with out pain and discomfort! I highly recommend this neighborhood massage therapy location! Happy new year!

I was changing a tire when I slipped putting it back on. I pulled muscles in my lower back and was having pain and stiffness the next day. I called NYF&BS and set up an hour massage. When I arrived Summer introduced herself. I told her about my back and she said not to worry. She worked on me, focused on the the area, put CBD oil on, hot stones, and then asked if I wanted to extend to 90 minutes. I said sure and she continued to work on the area. She then applied glass therapeutic suction cups to my back to increase the blood flow. The next day I felt so much better!

I had my first ever full body massage with Amber at NY Foot and Spa and it was truly a magical and relaxing experience. I’ve had huge knots in my the muscles of my shoulders for years and she was able to work her way through the knots. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was a life changing experience. Such a beautiful atmosphere. I was welcomed in with open arms and even received a complimentary cocoa body scrub massage on my back. I will definitely be back. The service is amazing and Amber truly knows how to make the human body feel relaxed. I came in tense and in pain, I left feeling weightless and relaxed. 5 stars and I will be back soon. Recommended by a friend, and it didn't disappoint! The therapist was incredibly accurate in finding the pressure points, and the massage technique was just right – not too strong, not too light. After the massage, my neck wasn't stiff anymore, and my lower back pain was gone. The service was incredibly patient throughout, and they repeatedly checked if the pressure was comfortable. Highly recommended!
