Very quick turnaround, pleasant to speak with in person, mid range price, very amateur workmanship with poor attention to detail. Very clear from the finished product it was sewn and re-sewn at least once or twice. There are needle holes all over the cushions, thread sticking out many places, poor cosmetic appearance and reduced water resistance (due to additional holes). The sail-track used to secure the back cushion has marker and grease as well as what appears to be mildew/mold on it as shown in pictures. Cushions were given to us generally dirty with marks all over them from an obviously dirty work area. Nothing appears to be cut well or sewn straight. Either the foam is undersized for the cushions or the material was cut too large for the foam. Saggy and poor appearance overall. I had very old factory Boston Whaler cushions (very tired foam) that were put together very well, these are much more comfortable with new foam but very sloppy and unsightly to look at. Additionally, when I placed the order I specified three inch foam (for the bottom cushion) what I received at the end was standard two inch foam. When the order was placed I also specified no piping, flat marine vinyl with no ribbing and flat stitching on edges. Happened to swing by and drop off the second cushion while they were cutting the vinyl and about to sew the first cushion. They were using the wrong type of vinyl and I was able to correct that on the spot. Overall, there appears to be very poor communication between the order taker and the shop workers, very little attention to detail on production and generally just sloppy work all around. I had used this trial run of a new shop to see if I would be taking the remainder of the boat cushions and my dining room chairs to get the upholstery updated here and I can assure you I wouldn't ever use these folks again until quality increases significantly. Nice folks, but unfortunately poor quality work. Oh, I forgot to mention the snaps don't match up and now need to be moved. The old cushions did which were given to them to use for making the new pattern.

Went on eBay and purchased a leather driver seat bottom cover for a 2007 RX350. It does not go over the seat a reupholstery professional installs it, by taking off the old worn-out leather stock seat cover and replaces it with a "like new" one. A $150 eBay seat cover makes my 2007 Lexus look and feel like new. You can't tell it's a replacement. Only regret, I should have done it years ago. Worn ripped seats? Replace them with exact OEM replacement and have Manatee Auto & Marine Upholstery replace them. I can't say enough about how well it turned out. Much cheaper than you would expect. Best regards Rus.
