I mean, my experience at the fuel dock has always been exceptional. I also didn’t realize they have live bait. And they pump fuel for you and carry bait to your boat.

This place has it all, great access to intercoastal and the Gulf. Well maintained docks with very friendly staff. The fuel dock is easy to access for any size vessel. Brought my 36 open in and had plenty of room, followed it up with my buddys 48 sport fish and once again we had no issues. The office was a pleasure to work with as well as we needed dockage for a few nights, clean bathrooms and shower. Will be back!!

As a previous dry storage customer here I’m appalled at the utter lack of customer service and basic care of how someone is treated. This stems from the top down as my interaction was with the so-called General Manager. This individual has no management or people skills. He should be removed from this position. As I was standing on the fuel dock this individual approached me in a stance that showed he was looking for an argument. As he approached I extended my hand and introduced myself. He hardly returned the gesture. I was informed that “pick ups” off their dock are not allowed. I said I didn’t know that and I lived in the condos so this was convenient. I said definitely won’t happen again. His retort was “I don’t care” where you live. I then said ok, won’t happen again. He would not accept that. I said ok I’ll fill the boat with fuel, figuring hey a fuel sale of $200 plus dollars but nope he said we couldn’t buy fuel. I was flabbergasted. We can’t buy fuel????? He then kept escalating the issue saying if I get on the boat from his dock he will call FWC and he will not allow me to leave. Pfffff I said good luck with that and boarded the boat. As we left I said I’d gladly still buy fuel from them to compensate. Nope wouldn’t do it. I understand they don’t allow pick ups now and will never be back for anything. He simply could have said please don’t do it again and I would have obliged him. Never will I darken that marinas door steps again until major changes in attitude are made. Do better Pier 77.
