Wish I could give even more stars! From start to finish, I had an absolutely phenomenal experience. Elizabeth at the front desk was so sweet and helpful with making the appointment. Melissa did a full foil in 40 minutes. 40 minutes! I was impressed. Ive been doing full foils for years, she is extremely exceptional. Color, toner, cut, everything was magnificent. Thank you salon salon! Can’t wait for my next appointment

I’ve been going to Salon Salon for over 5 years and have been incredibly fortunate to have worked with many of their stylists including (in the past) Carson and Whitney, and (present) Nikita (who is also the co-owner). Every single one has been so knowledgable, talented, kind, generous, and overall a pleasure to work with. I drive approximately an hour from my home every 8 weeks, happily, because I walk in feeling at ease and knowing that I will always leave feeling the best and most confident version of myself. This past year I’ve worked with Nikita to try new styles for me (tape-in and hand-sewn extensions), and to return to a past fav of mine of pops of pink that make me feel like *me*. This is a long review already, but I honestly could go on for days about how much I love this place, its talented and friendly staff, and the way I feel every time I’m there. No pushy sales tactics, anxiety-free consults, kind and generous education so that I can learn more about what I can do on my own to get salon-like results, and genuine friendly people make this a must for any local looking for a new salon.

Love, love, love this place! Family owned and operated, Salon Salon is a cozy welcoming space, staffed by the most talented stylists in the area. I called Salon Salon on a whim as I was in the area for a photo shoot. I quickly came to realize that public restrooms have ZERO outlets to do my hair. I called and they were able to squeeze me in. Tina washed, dried, & curled my hair and got me all set up for photos and I am so grateful!

I have a lot of very thick hair and have loved every single hair cut from Salon Salon! I always see Nikita who listens to my hair problems carefully and always finds a solution. She thins my hair perfectly so it’s manageable and also provides tips on how to style. All the staff are fun and friendly- it’s a great atmosphere and I look forward to every appointment! Highly recommend!!

My experience at Salon Salon was amazing. Molly did my eyebrows and she was so kind, intentional, and professional. She walked me through what she was going to do and checked in with me along the way to make sure they were perfect. Eyebrows can go badly quickly, and she made me feel so comfortable! As a local and long time client of Salon Salon, I highly recommend this wonderful salon. Nikita (my stylist and owner) and staff go above and beyond to make sure your experience is amazing. My hair was so damaged when I found her several years ago and she has gotten my hair to the most healthy it’s been since I was in my 20’s (I’m 51)! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and I truly look forward to my appointments every 10 weeks. I love Salon Salon!

I’m a snowbird that comes down to AMI every year but never felt I could ever find a salon on the island that will care for my hair as well as my salon back home, well I was wrong! I booked a haircut with Nikita and was so happy with the results! I showed her a picture and we discussed at length the look since I hate to cut my long hair but I wanted a more modern look and she nailed it. Do not hesitate to visit her salon, it’s clean and beautiful and everyone is very sweet and make you feel at home. Salon Salon will be my go-to during our annual visits from now on.

The salon is wonderful. It has a very serene atmosphere as well as being very aesthetically pleasing. I particularly enjoyed the paintings of the local wildlife. Nina was my stylist and she did an incredible job. My hair felt incredible for days. This salon has an incredible staff, including the lovely ladies that schedule the appointments. I highly recommend this facility.

If you are looking for a new stylist, do not hesitate to make an appointment at Salon Salon. The staff is so friendly and the stylists are great. I personally give my hair stylist 5 stars. Go see Tina! :-) And driving over the beautiful water to an island, just to go for a hair appointment is luxurious and will lift your soul!

Came in for a haircut with conditioning treatment and a spa pedicure. What a nice place! Greeted warmly upon arrival, offered a drink and snack. Would NOT recommend their spray tan. They do use a sprayer but she stands too far away, the tan was unevenly spread, the color is orange...very disappointing.
