My wife and I bought a Mobile Home and was told because of the age we would need a 4 point inspection and we can get insurance. After we spent the money on the inspection we were told sorry are underwriters won't insure us. This is after we got a quote from great fl insurance. So now we are out $120 for a useless inspection because no other insurance Co. Is requesting one. Thanks Majorie for the false and misleading information! It would have been nice to be told that that the Underwrighter may not Insure! They made it sound like after the inspection I would be good to get Insured.
