Marine Max is the best Boat Club. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. From the moment your drive up, they are there with a cart to take care of belongings to the boat. Especially love Craig. He treats us with respect and knows as well. The boats are clean and the staff is outstanding. It’s a pleasure taking a boat out of this Marina!

When we were in dire need of help these kind people helped my family and I out by letting us moor our pontoon boat on one of their empty slips for several days while I repaired out badly broken boat trailer. Super nice, and very very helpful!!!

Crew at Venice Marine Max was excellent. Roy gave us great recommendations on where to eat, where to boat safely, and areas to avoid. His tips were so helpful! Boat was well equipped and we had a marvelous time!

I've been an FCC member for a 3 years and MarineMax is our go-to marina. We love all the dockhands, especially Craig. If you don't have an advanced reservation and you're looking for a boat day-of, they will bend over backwards to try and find something for you to get out on the water, and they almost always succeed. It's nice to feel like you're wanted as a member.

Overall, Freedom Boat Club is far better than owning a boat!!! I have been a member since 2010 and love it! It saves me money and gets me out on the water more often than when I owned my own boat. What I now spend annually on my Freedom membership is less than half of what I paid to store my boat at a marina, not to mention the cost of buying the boat, insuring it, and keeping it in good repair. My wife and I boat more now with our Freedom boats than we did when we owned our boat. It's just so easy. The kicker is when we go on vacation, as we are this week. We are going to Greenwich, Connecticut, for the weekend. We have a boat reserved for Saturday. Our boat goes on vacation with us... Freedom Boat Club is Global!!!

One our guests was wheel chair bound so we were a bit concern if we could take him. We called and Jim provided us with the door size to ensure we could get our guest onboard. When we arrived, they moved the boat to the seawall to make boarding easier. What a relief. When we returned, we had two staff assist us with docking and unloading. A great day with excellent customer service.

Nice new pontoon boat! Problem is its difficult to get a boat from Jan-April with out a reservation 4 weeks in advance. Too many members and too few boats during that season.
