Michelle is very experienced and handles our elderly dog very well, he gets his nails trimmed, and a full service spa day with Michelle, he has so much fun with the other dogs for a couple of hours and every time he comes home he’s so happy from being at the spa in Michelles caring hands. He has so much fun because she doesn’t crate the dogs so they can play with each other.

I had a very upsetting experience. I dropped my two small dogs (a Shih Tzu and a Yorkie) off at 10 a.m. and returned around 3 p.m., but they were still not ready while other pets were leaving. The owner later claimed the delay was due to fleas, but there was no clear explanation of why that would cause such a long delay for a simple grooming. Instead of professional communication, I received threatening messages. This experience left me feeling traumatized and scared. Very unprofessional.

GREAT experience. My dog is a senior with a ton of anxiety so I’m always looking for someone with patience and experience. My dog looks fantastic and I appreciate that Michelle took the time to educate me about my dog’s unique skin needs and make recommendations for products to use at home. Michelle is a professional dog grooming whisper that can make your dog feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have a 7 month old Chiweenie that gets nervous when left with others. When entering Tranquility Pet Spa, instantly, my dog felt comfortable. She went in and started smelling everything and didn’t mind me leaving her in Michelle’s care. I felt so good knowing Hershey was going to have a pampered day. I highly recommended you taking your fur baby here to have the same experience. I left pictures to show how comfortable my dog felt.

My feet-shy dog (he failed 2 other places!) did great!! They took their time with him and let him relax first. I love that he didn't go in a crate afterwards! Instead he got a small section of the shop to lay around and talk to everyone else until I was able to get him picked up. 😊 His coat was sooooo shiny and he smelled so good! :) The owner and assistant are top notch and I'm securing a regular spot on their schedule going forward since he they book out a ways. 😊 5 🌟 stars all long!

Another beautiful time with my friend Michelle at Tranquility pet spa. Today I got a full massage, shampoo and cut. I am so happy that I got to see some of my friends. I had such a great time and my mommy loved my haircut! Can’t wait till my next trip to see Michelle at Tranquility pet, spa 800 Venice Avenue.

As a 2nd time returning customer I called and left a message requesting an appointment for another grooming of our dog. I waited 2.5 days for a return call which I never received, but did receive a text requesting more information about the dog although I had left her all the details, including my name as a repeat customer and the dogs name in my initial phone message. She responded with another text, from another number, saying she would contact me the following day as she would check the following morning. I’ve now waited an additional 4 days and no call back or text message to schedule an appointment. We called another groomer with almost a perfect 5 star rating, with over 80 reviews and she answered the phone on the 2nd ring, and got us an appt in 3 days. We will not be back, nor will we ever recommend Tranquility Pet Spa again. *Edit - Responses like the one to this review from the OWNER, shows the immaturity level and unprofessionalism they display. I have screenshot all of their messages including their response and will now be sharing it on other social media platforms.

This is the best place to take your fur babies to be groomed. Our newest baby Rookie was a rescue and very scared. They made him not only look very handsome but he loved it there. They were wonderful loving him as much as we do.

They do a wonderful job with my 84 pound puppy! Their prices are extremely reasonable, they are always pleasant and they don't put my pup in a crate. I went in to pick her up and she was sitting quietly in the corner of the grooming area, wearing the little pink bow they put on her collar. She wasn't anxious at all! And she is always so clean and pretty when she's done with her bath! Can't say enough! They are great!!

We recently got a new Maltipoo puppy. She was in need of a trim. After we had already had a bad experience with a different groomer in town I called several groomers and no one wanted to touch a puppy. I called Tranquility to see if they would be willing to trim a 3 1/2 month old puppy. She was very nice and told me to bring her on in same day. I picked her up a few hours later and she was all trimmed up just like we wanted. Great service from a small business owner. We will definitely be back. Thanks for taking the time to do offer great service!!!!

Brought my scared uptight 2yr old pup here for a grooming. Owner/groomer Michelle could not have been nicer and more understanding. She totally understands how to treat dogs plus his cut was perfect! My dog was not a problem for her and we found our forever groomer. Thank you Michelle!!❤️

Wow! They did such a beautiful haircut on my small 11 year old Lola. We just got her from the humane society a month ago and she is very skittish. Doesn't like her paws touched etc. I said just do what you can with the first cut. I could not believe how great she looked when they were done. And she smelled so nice too! The staff is really really nice too. You can tell they love dogs. So happy someone recommended them to me.

It wasn't easy to decide where to take my papillon for her first grooming experience. I checked out all the groomers in the area and I am so glad I chose Bark of the Town. They did such an excellent job and their reviews were wonderful. Very reasonable prices and a very genuine concern for their clients pets.
