This morning my boat was towed by Cameron from Sea Tow, Venice, Florida. I could not be happier with the service I received. Cameron arrived on scene shortly after I called. I was kept notified from my first contact of who was coming and how long it would be. I was not only notified via text but Cameron reached out to me directly. When he arrived (it was a Sunday morning) he was polite, reassuring and had a smile the entire time. I knew right away that I was in good hands and Iall would be fine. Cameron had me in towed in minutes. He told me what to expect and not only did he deliver me to the Nokomis boat ramp but he waited for me to get my truck, back the trailor into the water and than he used his boat to put my boat gently the trailor. Two cranks of the winch and my boat was out of the water. The negative of having to have my boat towed was turned into a positive with amaziing customer service and someone who went the etxra mile. How often can we say that these days? Thank you Sea Tow of Venice.

My wife and I were anchored at Don Pedro State Park and had engine trouble plus difficulty with our windlass. Thanks to Tyler and Alex who came quickly and got us underway. Craig contacted the Palm Harbour Marina and arranged for us to have a safe place to ride out an impending blow. The following day, Craig contacted us to advise that one of the draw bridges we would need to pass had closed for repairs for a several days. Sea Tow Venice handled our challenges with real caring professionalism and far exceeded the service I ever would have expected from Sea Tow. I am thrilled to be a member and have been for over 20 years.

Can't say how impressed I was with Capt. Craig and Cameron coordinating the removal of a someone else's boat from my yard/dock after Milton. The communication and coordination with the barge/crane company was excellent. Really nice people! In a time of lots of challenges post storm they were a calm and steady partner! Highly recommend.
