Dr. Leigh Sierra is the outstanding. When I first met her she was very accommodating and helpful. At my first visit after X Rays, she took her time explaining my x rays and going over a treatment plan. The office itself has such a smooth flow with coming in, doing your exercise, and checkin in to tables for a treatment . It is a very Professional and clean establishment. You have very little waiting time. IT RUNS LIKE A WELL OILED MACHINE!

I went to ADIO for an initial appointment/consult. This group quickly pushed a $800+ coverage plan. The doctor wanted to refuse treatment until I signed on his “custom treatment plan”. This is the car salesman approach. I shouldn’t be treated like a transaction. If I am going to make a long term investment in a treatment plan with both my time and money, I need to ensure I am comfortable with the doctors, treatment plan, etc before committing. It is a manipulative sales approach to force new customers to sign on a coverage plan the first/second appointment. It may take a few visits to feel confident and comfortable with the treatment plan. This enterprise wants to max out your insurance for their own dollar gain. I would consider a different practice so you are treated like a patient not a transaction.

After almost 30 years of discomfort I finally feel better! I had previously had chiropractic care at numerous chiropractors because I have moved around a lot. I feel like I've seen a lot of what's available and most of it is the same but not here! I cannot tell you that I have ever experienced such great care and attention to my needs as I have it this office. Dr Sierra went over my X-rays with me on my first visit showing me all the areas of concern and why I am having the pain that I am having. So now I understand where the pain is coming from! The approach that they take is not that you go in for adjustments and rinse and repeat.... You have stretches and traction to do daily to help with your healing. This is the game changer that I have never experienced in my chiropractic journey prior to Adio Chiropractic. Dr Sierra says that it is a team effort and I completely agree that is how it should be. Dr. Erin is also thorough and gentle and has adjusted me as well. I am glad to have her in the practice to support in this journey of health I am on! They are a top notch health care provider and I definitely 100% recommend you come to see the difference in the quality of care, your patient experience and your lessened pain...you won't regret it!

I have been to many other chiropractors and none compare to the care I received from Dr Sierra. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Not to mention I can lift my leg high enough in the morning to put on my underwear the morning after seeing her for an adjustment!! I originally brought my child in for recurrent ear infections, which she promptly addressed and got the snot flowing out of his nose (the drainage I was looking for) to clear his ears. When I saw how quickly effective she was with him, I knew I found the person to properly address my gummed up back. She delivers in all areas; I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Dr Sierra and Adio team, you all give top notch care.

Dr. Neill Heim is an exceptional chiropractor with a high level of expertise in manual adjustments and a genuine commitment to patient care. He takes the time to listen and tailor treatments to individual needs, which makes a noticeable difference. My stress headaches are kept at bay thanks to Dr. Heim’s care, and I’ve experienced consistent relief and improvement. His team—Arelle, Lorry, and Nina—are equally outstanding. Definitely a different type of chiropractor. They take a long time ( which is good ) explaining the procedures and the spine. Very nice, however you have to come back to a second appointment to get adjusted. Over the years I've been to several chiropractors and have never been charged twice for one adjustment. With limited allowance of visits from your insurance per year I felt it was a waste of time to use one allotment up and take time off of work to get no adjustments done the first time there. People seem to love the place, not my cup of tea. I'd say try them out just because they are super nice, just know they are different.

I was getting adjusted having a extruded disc. It took my getting a MRI (at my expense) to present to Dr. Heill to explain to him the pain I experienced when adjusted. Upon seeing the MRI My treatment was stopped. I felt like he wanted to get the ten sessions that medicare covered.r

I thought I could just wait out the sciatica I was having but then things turned for the worse. We had just moved here and I was in bad shape. I'm so thankful to have found Adio. Arielle was the first person I met and even though I was hurting and my insurance is less than user friendly she made sure to answer all my questions and get me situated. Even today after not seeing her for 8 months she greeted me with a smile and remembered my name. Dr. Heim listens and is a full mind body overall care doctor. I wish he could also be my PCP. I highly recommend Adio.

Dr. Leigh Sierra is the BEST. When we first met her she was very accommodating and helpful. She took her time explaining my ex rays and going over a treatment plan. I love that the office has a number to text to make appointments and ask general questions. Also the office itself has such a smooth flow with coming in, doing your exercise, checkin in to tables to document your symptoms and pain, then getting called back and getting your adjustment. Over all very Professional and clean establishment. She really has helped me improve and manage my neck and pain issues I first came to her with.

Dr. Neil at ADIO chiropractic helped me correct my spines painful and dangerous extra curvature. It has given me my life back, my mobility and ability to exercise and stay healthy without pain or injury. Dr. Neill Heim and his staff are amazing! My 13 year old daughter plays both beach and indoor volleyball year + she workouts regularly with weight training and she starting having strong left knee pains that was consistent. I took her to see Dr. Heim to get adjusted and he also recommended two simple knee strengthens to do at home. Literally after just one week of the stretches and two adjustments, her knee is all better and she’s back to playing beach volleyball with no pain! I threw my back out right before vacation and after a few adjustments and his recommendations of walking and icing my lower back, all my pain went away!
