Dr. Greene handled my Invisalign case with confidence and kindness, talking with me and ensuring I understood each step and was comfortable with what would happen. Outstanding practice. I commute an hour to see Dr. Alford and his team because they’re 100% worth it. This is the only dentist practice I trust. Michelle is my hygienist and she is absolutely wonderful; very gentle and explains as she goes. Dr Alford runs a terrific operation,my hygienist is Patti, for almost 20 years now she has cleaned my teeth twice a year, she’s one of the all time greats, personality, great touch, always on schedule.
Dr Alford is awesome at explaining what is going on when there is a problem, can take care of it with great success and makes you feel at ease when you are in the chair.
I have been a patient of dr Alford for many years I’m 71 so I’ve been to many dentists over the years he is head and shoulders above any “regular “ dentist. He is an artist at implants. I have a dread of needles and I don’t know how he developed his technique but you won’t know it started or it ended. Besides that he is a unique kind of man. If you can get an appointment you should consider yourself lucky. Oh and his staff is wonderful some have been with him for30 year’s.
Dr Alford is a wonderful Dentist. He is caring and knowledgeable. I wish that I was under his care many years ago. I believe that his skill and compassion would have prevented me from needless years of suffering, not to mention thousands of dollars for dental care that could have been avoided. I recommend Dr Alford without hesitation, and am grateful to have found a dentist with such skill.
I am 100% confident in the expertise here, and I am 100% satisfied with the work I've had done on my mouth. They take good care of their clients. Dr. K is wonderful. He only does a procedure if it is needed. I highly recommend this place for any dental issue you may have. The word 'cosmetic' in the name implies they only pretty up your mouth, but they offer regular care such as cleanings, fillings, root canals, etc. I'm currently using them to get an estimate for Invisiline (does what braces do), and the process has been completely transparent. I can't say enough good things.
I have been a patient for the last 18 years and he is hands down the best dentist in town! I veered off once because of a move out east and quickly returned!! The staff is always friendly and accommodating and Dr. Alford's attention to detail is exactly why I recommend them to everyone!

The crew that work here are very knowledgeable and amazing with the procedures they use to save your teeth, gums and health. Dr. Afford is efficient and will save you a ton of money in dental expense by using every viable procedure he has learned over the years in his work with patients. It is really a fun place to have your teeth worked on.

I meet DR. Steele and his assistant Denise they were the best team ever they worked together so well that I had to ask how long they were a team and surprisingly not long at all.
They were truly caring ,kind a gentle.
DR Steele made sure he explained everything step by step to make me comfortable..
Denise made sure I was comfortable the entire visit.
Actually have to go back to finish up my dental work
and I will not be afraid at all..

Every time I have visited Advanced, they are always so cheerful and cordial. During my regular cleaning this time, they discovered that a super old filling had cracked. They were able to get it completely fixed up fast and with no pain. The doctors really know what they are doing and there equipment represents the latest technologies.
