Chris was very helpful when we first secured homeowner insurance for our townhouse 4 years ago, and we’ve continued our coverage with We Insure Venice since that time. When the cost increased last year, we considered alternatives, but worked with Chris on options to maintain coverage at a reasonable cost. He is knowledgeable, responsive and helpful.

Chris responded very expeditiously to my insurance needs when my former company dropped my homeowner and auto policies. Most recently, he was able to get more homeowner coverage for less than half the previous premium. He also obtained lower homeowner and auto premiums for my daughter. I highly recommend Chris Lyon. He is very responsive and knowledgeable.

I have had We insure, for quite some time now, since 2013 maybe more. Chris is Great to work with, Always gets right back to me. I Tell you every year I shop for my home insurance. Chris at We ensure, and two other companies. It's just smart savings. We insure, is my third company. Since I've owned my home. So I've tried. but I haven't changed, or beat their bid. I haven't… Since We Insure. This year I saved enough money. I had insulation blown into my attic. Just smart savings. I can't say enough about Chris, and this branch of We Insure’s Team. I am not a robot. Happiness!

Chris and his team were excellent to work with. We did a major rehab of our home and added a pool and he was able to secure a policy that increased the coverage to cover not only the remodel costs but the cost of the pool and cage. Would highly recommend Chris's agency !

Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. My prior Insurance company that I had for 20 years, doubled my homeowners renewal. Chris was able to give me more coverage for $750 less than what I was paying previously. He's a gem and I would highly recommend him for your Homeowners Needs.

Chris Lyon is professional, courteous, and has great follow through. He was referred to me by a friend and I'm glad of it. If my choice of insurer, FrontLine (homeowners), provides the same level of service as Chris, I'll be a happy camper. Time will tell about that, of course. But I'll definitely refer friends and others to Chris as the occasion arises. 10/6/21 Edit: We were so pleased with Chris' help with our homeowners insurance we also switched over our auto insurance to him; to Mercury. He flawlessly handled the transition for us. We needed to make a couple of last minute changes to our policy, and he did so without a hitch. Both FrontLine and Mercury have competitive rates too. I highly recommend Chris! PS - For what's is worth... If you haven't switched homeowners insurance in a while - it'd been several years since we had - get ready to do a little hoop jumping. I guess all insurers are doing this, from what I've heard.

After receiving a bill for renewal of my homeowners insurance that I thought was out of line, I decided to shop around. I was referred to Chris Lyon at We Insure Venice by my neighbor, and was very happy with the policy they came up with for me. Along with a much better price than I had been paying, they also helped me negotiate a workable timeline for making the minor repairs required to meet the insurance company's underwriting guidelines. Changing homeowner's insurance coverage can be a stressful undertaking, especially with an older house; Chris did a very good job for me.
