Not a good place to get insurance. Mary Elizabeth is horrible with returning calls and giving you advice on the best cover. Had to canceled. Not a respectable business in the Venice area. Look around there are better insurance companies who will help you!

Have had AAA insurance on home and auto for 3 years. I have had to go every year as Billings are also messed up ( have received 3 different billing amounts in 2 weeks. The final straw was that home insurance was to be billed directly to escrow. This was spelled out each time over the last 3 years. When I brought to their attention again I was informed the insurance on house would increase about $900.00. Yes $900.00 because they had to bill escrow!! ( Keep in mind when I researched escrow company it was billed to them in 2024). So buyer beware as premiums change the and their word means nothing. You might ask did I talk to agent? For the last 2 years have had this discussion with Dennis F. This year he was gone so talked to office and they informed me management would call. It is now 3 days later and still no call.

I am always greeted warmly when I arrive. Savannah and Jodie at the front desk area are very helpful and friendly. I was in last week to renew my AAA Insurance policies and Pam T was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have a great assortment of Gift cards to purchase so I can earn AAA points to pay for my Annual AAA membership fee.

I took the 4+ hour AARP driver safety course last April in Tennessee, WHY IS IT NOT RECOGNIZED IN FLORIDA? AND WHERE IS THE FLORIDA SITE FOR AARP DRIVER SAFETY COURSE!? AAA is changing.? GRIFTOPIA RUN BUSINESS (?)

The pick up took 2 hours and 38 minutes. Upon arrival the driver contacted me and the call was pleasant. When she arrived it was very rushed. I understand completely that there was a need of her. However, my wait was 2 entire hours and 38 minutes. Where was the urgency for this pick up. Getting into the truck it smelled like a an entire freshly smoked pack of Newports that she had on the dash. I cracked the window to get fresh oxygen and she rolled it back up. I told her I rolled it down she tapped it to roll it back up. I rolled it back down again so that I can breathe and she rolled it back up again and cut the AC off. If you’re going to cut the AC off then stop messing with the passengers window. It was just very uncomfortable, unnecessary, and inconsiderate for me.
