The lucky puppy in Venice did a great job with my German shepherd. They were all so accommodating and very friendly. They did a de shed on him that was the best my dog has ever had. I would highly recommend there services. I will definitely go back again. Thanks Bill and Maverick.

We recently returned to FL for 6 months and I knew I wanted to find a new groomer for our Shihtzu mix, Lainey. The Lucky Puppy was recommended by a neighbor and we couldn't be happier. They got us in quickly and the communication was exceptional. My husband dropped off and Victor called me to clarify a grooming preference. I loved being called 15 minutes before she was finished also. When picking up, Marissa made a point to compliment Lainey's behavior. What dog parent doesn't like that? The facility is very clean and smells good. Lainey got a great haircut and looked so cute! I don't think you can go wrong with The Lucky Puppy in Venice!

We are new to the Venice area and so happy to have found Lucky Puppy. I have two Havanese pups that can be a handful but Erin and her team have been wonderful! I can honestly say my guys have had their best cuts ever! The "crazy" before photo is after making a cross country move. Definitely not the norm ;)

We’re new to the area, and went to another groomer who has a 5-star rating. Went back for a second time. For our next visit, they were too busy and couldn’t get us in for another 2 weeks so took a chance, and called The Lucky Puppy. OMG, it was a blessing in disguise because this place is amazing! The gals that work there are all so friendly, but most importantly, Shyane did a great job with our 17 lb mini Goldendoodle fur baby! You better believe this is now our new groomer!

I brought my dog to The Lucky Puppy to be groomed by Erin, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, Erin was warm, welcoming, and so gentle with my pup. She listened to what I wanted, and made sure my dog felt comfortable the entire time. When I picked her up, she looked absolutely amazing. clean, fresh, and perfectly groomed. You can tell Erin truly cares about the dogs she works with and takes pride in what she does. I’m so thankful to have found someone I can fully trust with my dog’s care. Highly recommend Erin at The Lucky Puppy in Venice!

I took my two “darling” Jack Russell’s to get groomed and apparently they were put in separate places: it wasn’t long before the wailing started. A conscientious staffer didn’t ignore the continual barking as some might well do but went and solved the problem …. She put them in the same room and Some form of peace and quiet returned. I was told how bonded they were and I really hadn’t realized that myself. When I arrived, Nellie and Charlie looked very cute and also very happy. That’s why I give the Lucky Puppy five stars. Next time I will take before and after pics and that will show what a nice job they do.

My two dogs have only been going there for a short time but they have been the best groomers we have found in my area. Staff is super friendly and punctual. Their mouth and paw add on service has done wonders. Highly recommend.

I love this grooming salon! I’ve been to multiple in the area is this is by far the best! They have open grooming where you can see your pets, the staff is so sweet & you can tell they love working with dogs. They don’t rush you or your dog in and out of the shop like other places looking to make as much money as possible. They take their time & the quality is outstanding! Highly recommend!

I really love that they use all natural shampoo's, too .... the best! All organic which is what I love for my pooch. His coat gleams when he's been groomed! Silky, soft and smells so fresh!
Erin goes "above and beyond" even when my pooch is having a bad day..... :(

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at The Lucky Puppy Venice.
We dropped off our small 15lb Shih-Tzu right when they opened at 9 AM, and he was the first dog there. Despite this, it took a full 3.5 hours for his grooming to be completed, and we didn't get to pick him up until 12:30 PM and I think it’s because we arrived with out notice at 12:00pm.
I believe this lengthy wait time is a result of overbooking, and it's incredibly stressful for any dog to be away from home and waiting in a cage to be groomed. Additionally, I noticed several new, young faces on staff, which made me concerned that they might be in training.
This level of service is simply unacceptable and We will not be returning.

My dog, Oliver, has always been very nervous when I take him to be groomed. He was greeted by Erin, even accepted a snack and calmed down quickly as he met Nicole. She gave him a great grooming and I couldn’t be happier with the caring and professional experience at this salon.

Lucky Puppy Venice Florida is amazing! Our Goldendoodle was there a few weeks ago for a bath and nail trimming. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. Duffy is going back in a few weeks for a full grooming! Highly recommend this grooming place.
